The Korean Short Ribs were literally pot roast with sesame seeds and green onions served a top a serving of dry potatoes. We enjoyed the ambience and the wine but would not go back due to the food. We ordered the bacon biscuit with grits and the avocado toast, and everything was absolutely delicious. The grits were the standout item for me. We learned they are made with locally sourced grits from a North Georgia mill, and the cheese combination created an incredibly creamy texture and rich flavor. The coffee was excellent as well and was served in a large mug that we really appreciated. We also discovered that the coffee is sourced from a small local roaster in Johns Creek, which fits perfectly with the restaurant's commitment to supporting local businesses. The dining area is somewhat small, but there is bar seating and outdoor seating available, which provides additional options. We also found out they have a second location in Johns Creek near our neighborhood, so we'll definitely be giving that one a try soon. It was indeed crowded (on a Tuesday!) but my experience is one I'll never forget. She had made reservations and so to save a bit of time, we did valet parking. And from the friendliness of the valet, to the near immediate greeting and seating upon arrival, Seasons52 truly made my birthday special. I honestly can't give enough kind words for our server Tori - she was a genuine treat! Professional, attentive, kind ... just a beautiful soul. Please acknowledge Tori for the kind human being that she is and the wonderful service she provides. And my steak - the 8 oz. filet - oh my! Easily one of the best I've ever had! Perfectly cooked and seasoned. I savored every bite! Even the young guy at valet parking (wish I had gotten his name) was attentive and pleasant.
