Honestly this place doesn't miss, my personal favorite is the chicken fried steak and eggs sub biscuits and gravy.

Ever wake up starving? Trust me, Corky's is the place to go! HUGE PORTIONS!! So you can enjoy that breakfast skillet all day long (okay, maybe not all day, but you get what I mean). I've been to the Rancho location a couple of times and seem to always get the Santa Fe Skillet or one of their omelettes. ALWAYS with biscuits and gravy! Their biscuits and gravy is mouthwatering and just delishhhh!! Which sucks cause by the time I'm halfway through my actual meal I'm already stuffed so I can never eat much of the biscuit and gravy while I'm there. I've learned to just ask for the gravy on the side so I can take it home and enjoy it later. GREAT SERVICE!! My server today was Vanessa and she was just such a sweetheart. All of the employees I encountered greeted me with a smile and were just all super friendly. I love how welcoming and "homey" Corky's is. Parking: It's located in a shopping center that seems to be growing. So the addition of better stores equals to harder to find parking. Even though the parking lot is huge, don't be surprised if you might actually have to do some walking. Trust me, it's better that you park a bit far. You're gonna wanna walk it off by the time you're done here. Overall, yes I'm a fan. So happy this location is closer to my house than the Rancho one. Oh! and it's open 24/7! Yeah!! I believe breakfast and lunch are served all day (maybe even dinner...I'm not sure..) But yes! Big win to me! read more

I had some time to kill last week before Stater Brothers opened at 7 a.m. so I took advantage of the early morning peace and had breakfast at this newly opened Corky's. The interior is very nice and spacious with lots of windows and natural light. And my favorite--stools and diner counter for single diners or no nonsense parties. Of course, I sat at the counter and was promptly offered coffee, yes please! I perused the menu which included daily specials. Prices were a little steep for breakfast, but when you see the mountain of food that arrives on your plate, you know why. Though I wanted pancakes, I ended up ordering a cheese omelette with a side of fruit. Yes, it was huge (made with 5 eggs and probably a block of cheese.) To avoid a heart attack, I only ate half. Very good, very fast, and very nice servers/staff. Timing is everything and hiccups are inevitable with new restaurants. This new kid on the block is alright. Cut them some slack, take a deep breath, and try one of their pies! read more

The moment my sister and I walked in, we were warmly greeted by the hostess with a smile on her face. We asked to sit by the window and we were graciously granted a seat by the window. The hostess took her time explaining the menu. When the food arrived, it was warm and delicious. It tasted like a home cooked meal. The last pleasant experience was the delicious home made pumpkin pie. I would definitely recommend this place. It feels like home. read more

I ordered pumpkin pancakes but they didn't have any so they offered to make me banana nut pancakes. When I arrived home, I notice they gave me plain pancakes. If I'm going to pay $11 for pancakes give me the ones you offered. I would've went to McDonald's for plain pancakes and they forgot my extra condiments I asked for. The fries are so heavenly and great customer services, it gets a little bit busy on Sundays but it's never overcrowded.

Was disappointed with this place. I've heard both good and bad, but when I went the service BBC was just okay, and the food was bland. There are so many choices for coffee shops and diners that are better. I would recommend Mr. D's over this hands down. read more

2 part review! 1st is on the food. Warm, perfectly prepared to my liking and yes, I'll be back! Portion sizes are super filling. And the quality of food is only matched by their service! Today, I ordered my usual Breakfast Croissant which comes with a side, I chose their home fries! Potatoes were fresh, and not over cooked which is really important to me. I like that they let you season them rather than have them doctored up out the kitchen. my meal was excellent and their coffee is nice and strong. Im ready for a great day after 1 1/2 cups! Lol 2nd part is for Maggie! I was greeted with a smile from the moment I walked in. She was super warm welcoming, invited me in with a smile and immediately was attentive to me. Though I knew what I wanted walking in, she allowed me time to review the menu and brought me out coffee (what I wanted to drink) and checked all the boxes in terms of efficient, kind and caring service. You can tell she is a natural people person and thus I felt comfortable from start to finish. I can't say enough positive things about her today. I haven't left a review for Corkys before even though I've been eating here (3 years) and their Rancho location for 7 years. But today i feel it's totally worth giving her a shout out! Loved your kind and caring approach to service. You made my fresh meal and tasty coffee taste even better with your level of service. Thank you so much for being a part of my day and I wish you well. Again, service workers are expected (in a sense) to be there to make our experience great but life happens and we can't always expect people to be having a great day, right?! Had gone to Corkys for there taco Tuesday and I guess someone didn't get the memo when to start cooking because the menu said it started at 11am . I showed up at 12pm and the food was not ready, a server I spoke to said the wait would still be about 1 hour. Why have a set time on you're menu if your not going to have what you advertise ready!
