    Pumpkin Mousse Pancake breakfast
    RoseMary F.

Several years ago, I ordered Pumpkin Pancakes from Coco's restaurant. Pumpkin Pie is one of my favorites, so I thought why not try pancakes. I encourage you to try these, which are available for a limited time. The major difference that makes these pancakes the BEST is the special pumpkin mousse they make. They do not need syrup or butter, the mousse is sweet and smooth and tastes out of this world!!! My problem is the Coco's in Brea, Glendora, and Covina have permanently closed down. If the Upland location closes, I am out of luck. Believe me, I've tried pumpkin pancakes at a different restaurant. They could not compare, they were the typical kind without mousse! Coco's also makes a delicious Pumpkin Harvest pie this month. Enjoy the holidays, let them add to your traditional Thanksgiving dinner. Make your plans to come out to Coco's for breakfast or dessert. They do have great weekly deals, such as: Kids eat FREE on Tuesday (with a purchase of an adult entree); and, on Wednesday every person receives a FREE slice of pie with their meal. What are you waiting for!! Help keep this location going. I want pancakes in November 2025 and beyond! I hope to see you there, don't forget to tell'em that Rosemary sent ya!!

Pumpkin Harvest Pie, $22.99 prior to tax ($24.78 after)

This Coco's Bakery Restaurant is located right next door to a Big 5 with plenty of parking. My husband and I drove down to this restaurant on Saturday evening, around 7:15 pm since this is one of the nearest Coco's. Sadly the other locations closer to us have closed. What brought us here was their Pumpkin Harvest Pie ($22.99 prior to tax or $24.78 after). My co-worker kept talking about how good their pumpkin pie is and that I had to get it, lol. I told my husband and he agreed, which made for an impromptu drive. When we entered, we were greeted by a friendly hostess when we walked in. He asked us if we would like to dine in or make a to go order. I told him that we would like to purchase the pumpkin harvest pie and pointed to the last one in the bakery case. He boxed it up for us right away and my husband paid for it. Then we were on our way home to try this delightful seasonal treat. This pumpkin pie (they also have a pumpkin cheesecake and also a regular pumpkin pie for those interested) is described as "Perfectly spiced pumpkin pie topped with velvety pumpkin chiffon and finished with fresh whipped cream" on their menu and website. So the pumpkin has two layers, the bottom layer is the pumpkin pie layer and the top layer is the pumpkin chiffon layer that is similar to a mousse texture and then topped with a dollop of whipped cream. This pumpkin pie is good, just as my co-worker had raved about (although I do not think it was worth the drive, lol even though she would disagree). I like the whipped chiffon layer, that goes very well with the pumpkin pie layer. But I think the crust was just okay. My husband liked the pie and my mom loved it and looks forward to grabbing a small slice each night since we purchased it. Customer service was very friendly and quick. If I lived in this area, I would most likely be a regular because my mom really loved Coco's (and used to frequent the location in Arcadia often, but sadly it closed a few years ago).

Came in was greeted right away. Francisco the Manager was very nice and friendly. They were very busy for lunch, but still received fast service and food came quickly. Ed the server is a funny guy. Restaurant was clean and the first thing you see when you walk in is a huge pie case with tons of options. I had the breakfast burrito w/ fresh fruit. Only thing i changed up was the sauce inside. I just added cholula. The other lady servers Letty & Roberts were very nice and asked if I'd like some refills. Id definitely come back here again. They have free slice of pie on Wednesdays with designated times. They are going to rebrand soon, and they showed us a new menu items and photos that looked really nice. Will be called Cali's Eatery & Bakery. Can't wait to try it out. They will also have alcohol to serve and have TVs to watch sports on.

Great little diner, always with friendly service! Very family friendly restaurant and kids eat free on Tuesdays (I think 11-9 but may want to double check). We also had the key lime pie and Dutch apple pie a la mode and warmed up- delicious!

    Chicken Tortilla Hot Soup

Feels like home when you're here! Great service, yummy food & fair prices! We had chicken tortilla soup a 4cheese tomato, and bacon sandwich Don't sleep on this Cocos!

Over priced and taken advantage of who on gods earth would pay 7.69 for half an avocado!!

Terrible place they charged my girl friend 8.00$ for HALF an avocado as a replacement for an item they didn't even sell. Called the place to complain and they hung up on me, the second time I called they said I'd have to wait until the morning shift next day to even talk to a manager. That discount is from a door dash coupon that wasn't the restaurant. I have the receipt still.

If you could only smell this brown muffin amazing

On the way back from the snow, we decided to stop at big five to get some snow gear for our next snow adventure. In the middle of shopping for our sporting goods, we need to go to the restroom. So we stopped in at Cocos . Just coming from eat and we definitely weren't hungry . I feel guilty using a business restroom without being a customer , so I bought myself a brand muffin. Such a great idea ! Brand muffins are made daily. I figured I would eat it in the morning with my coffee. Great plan until the smell started seeping out of the box next thing you know my cousin and I are taking a little taste test. So, so so so good ! I wish I would've got 2 !

It's tradition for my daughters and I to go out to breakfast on Mother's Day prior to going to church. We got here about 5 minutes after they opened and there was already a line inside! Very popular place! The line moved quickly and we placed our order at the register. They call your name when your order is ready and my daughters were kind enough to go pickup everything. There's tables inside and outside and we chose the large corner booth inside. It's very clean and roomy inside with minimal decor. The owner brought over cookies for the moms, and brought out cups of iced water for those who needed them. Great hospitality and service! I was tempted to get the Ube pancakes, but I had been eyeing the lilikoi French toast all week, so I went with that and a cappuccino. Also got a side of bacon and eggs. My oldest got the buttermilk pancakes and my youngest got the chocolate chip buttermilk pancakes and an iced matcha + honey with strawberry cold foam. Everything was wonderful! They make their own bread for their French toast and the passion fruit curd from scratch! Wow! So good! The strawberries were also super fresh. The bacon was cooked perfectly--nice and crispy! Really good portion sizes as well. We will definitely be back!

Great Local Bakery With Fresh Bread & Friendly Service…read more I was visiting my mom in Upland and was looking for a bakery when I came across this spot. The reviews were great, and now I see why. I went on a Friday, apparently their busiest day so a lot of items were already sold out, which is always a good sign. I picked up some Hawaiian rolls and a sourdough loaf, and they even sliced the bread for me right there. When we tried everything at home... wow. So fresh and delicious! They also offered some sandwich rolls that I'm excited to try next time. This is a small, family-owned bakery tucked away in a quiet strip mall, and they offer a nice variety: rolls, sourdough, bagels (the jalapeño cheese bagel is on my list for next visit), and more. They even make custom orders like numbers or bread rings for parties. They accept credit cards and Zelle (no tap or Apple Pay), and parking is easy. The girl who helped me was super friendly and made the experience even better. I'll definitely be coming back to try more of their items!

The cashier helped me decide on a couple loaves after I told them what I was making. Super helpful. It took a second to get their attention and it seems the bakers are fully focused on bread but can't complain when the bread is great! Service 8/10. Food: Sourdough round. Theirs is a softer crust, dense crumb sourdough. It's thick, chewy, and carries a good tang. Don't expect an airy and glutenous dough but expect a darn tasty one. 9/10. Cranberry walnut round. A weekend special apparently. It is delicious, carrying the same tang from the regular loaf, a thicker crust, and a ridiculous amount of both walnut and cranberry. It is not a shy loaf. Basically sourdough+ 9/10. Cheddar Jalapeño bagel. Duuuuuude what in the world. Okay get off your high horse once you get here from the east coast. This bagel does not have the same crust and chew. But it is a great item. It does have a great chew on the exterior, snappy and bouncy. The dough is perfectly fluffy. And the taste. The taste! I'm didn't need any spreads and didn't last the drive home. Didn't even remember to snag a picture till it was nearly gone. FULL of cheddar and jalapeño flavor. Highly recommend.
