    chicken noodle soup

I could not believe how little the BLT was, It had one slice of wilted lettuce, A couple tomatoes, Bacon was a nice amount, BUT you could tasted that it was old. Chicken noodles soup was extremely oily overpriced for the food!

The husband and I came here and enjoyed a lunch at this spacious and airy location. It was pretty busy as there are always plenty of people around Woodfield Mall. We shared an a-ok small chicken rosa pasta and a Choose Two of 1/2 chicken pomodori panini with a baked potato soup. The baked potato soup was saltier than I prefer.

I stopped by this Corner Bakery with my mother to get lunch. It was a perfect atmosphere. There were a few customers in there when we arrived but it was quiet enough that we could have a conversation. The cashier was very nice and helpful. I ordered the pick two option with the tomato mozzarella sandwich along with the cheddar broccoli soup. I got the side salad as a side. My mother ordered the classic Caesar salad with chicken. The food came out quickly and was served hot. The food is what you would expect if you went to any of their restaurants. It was good, not great, and filling. I don't get a lot of their desserts since I'm typically full after my meal. I recommend this spot if your in the area. The prices are reasonable and are very competitive for the crowded Woodfield area.

A Corner Bakery / Maggiano's combo location here.

This Corner Bakery is typical and one of the several that are connected to a Maggiano's.  They have a nice location just north of the Streets of Woodfield and with a large, convenient parking lot.

It really must be hard times in the restaurant business to resort to getting help like this. I cannot recommend this play and I will not be going back. Maybe the original shop in the city is better. The sandwich itself won't be reviewed bc of the bitterness and rush in which I came to write this review.

And who wouldn't love a free ice cream cone while you wait, or after your meal? I thought it was unique that in addition to vanilla there was a banana cream flavor. The gals at the counter shared they try to switch it up. I loved the size of the tender meals offered and generous portion that stretched to two meals for me. Interesting, the cole slaw was the highlight of my meal, with the fresh flavor and complimented the tenders and crinkle fries well. My lime, coconut dirty soda tasted like vacation in a diet coke and I wanted to add a shot of rum to it! Friendly service and a short wait time were much appreciated, as I ordered my food to go. My husband's hot Nashville chicken sandwich was tasty and just the right amount of heat for him (but too hot for me)!

Actually is a pretty good amount of food. The prices are okay for portions. Coming here this is where we knew to go. The line was pretty long which gave me an indication that it was popular/good. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. I ordered their Falafel bowl, with rice and a bunch of their available options. You are allowed to select 4 and then every topping after that is $1 per topping. This seems a bit extreme as they are NOT generous when adding your selected ingredients. I was expecting a much larger portion, but understand they are a business and have to manage their margins. The food itself was fine. The falafel were just ok, and had been sitting in a container, lacking the crispiness and freshness I am used to normally. For the extra options, everything tasted fine, I just felt skimped on the portions I was given. The highlight for me was the hot sauce that they offer. It was extremely flavorful and had a nice level of heat. I would buy that by the bottle if It was available. I think Falafill is worth a try, but you just have to manage your expectations. They do not come close to the traditional mediterranean restaurants I am used to visiting, but for mall food it's pretty good.

So we got out of the car and saw someone pull up in front of the restaurant and jump out at 11:59. As soon as the door was unlocked at 12pm, this customer went in, and a few others after them. This is a small joint, and it was already half full by the time we ordered, then sat down (they told us the table at which to sit). I didn't know, but asked, and found out that a salad bar and miso soup are also included. The salad bar was pretty decent, with fresh vegs. They even had French fried onions (my guilty pleasure) and a very good House dressing (ginger vinaigrette). The portions are enormous. The couple next to us got ramen, and it was practically overflowing. We ordered takoyaki (too much food, we didn't need). I had the Pork Katsu bowl and my companion had a Katsu curry. I wished I had ordered the curry -- it looked dark and rich and thick like pudding (not like a boxed curry). They also gave us a bonus piece of chicken karaage which was so large and crispy. I think I'll get the curry next time, or the ramen. We originally came because we were going to get a karaage sando, but get the curry.
