    chicken noodle soup

I could not believe how little the BLT was, It had one slice of wilted lettuce, A couple tomatoes, Bacon was a nice amount, BUT you could tasted that it was old. Chicken noodles soup was extremely oily overpriced for the food!

The husband and I came here and enjoyed a lunch at this spacious and airy location. It was pretty busy as there are always plenty of people around Woodfield Mall. We shared an a-ok small chicken rosa pasta and a Choose Two of 1/2 chicken pomodori panini with a baked potato soup. The baked potato soup was saltier than I prefer.

I stopped by this Corner Bakery with my mother to get lunch. It was a perfect atmosphere. There were a few customers in there when we arrived but it was quiet enough that we could have a conversation. The cashier was very nice and helpful. I ordered the pick two option with the tomato mozzarella sandwich along with the cheddar broccoli soup. I got the side salad as a side. My mother ordered the classic Caesar salad with chicken. The food came out quickly and was served hot. The food is what you would expect if you went to any of their restaurants. It was good, not great, and filling. I don't get a lot of their desserts since I'm typically full after my meal. I recommend this spot if your in the area. The prices are reasonable and are very competitive for the crowded Woodfield area.

A Corner Bakery / Maggiano's combo location here.

This Corner Bakery is typical and one of the several that are connected to a Maggiano's.  They have a nice location just north of the Streets of Woodfield and with a large, convenient parking lot.

This not a chopped salad at all, the chicken taste fake. I'm so upset that I wasted my money on this. I will never order this again. I didn't like the salad dressing that comes with it either. Please use grilled chicken, not fake rubbery chicken please.

Half-and-half, chicken tortilla soup and California Grille Panini sandwich

I've been here twice, both on a weekend (Saturday during lunch hours). Absolutely NO parking spots during that time. I had to park by Dick's. Corner Bakery is connected to Maggiano's, which could explain the terrible parking situation since they share the same lot. You can valet your car for $$, but I'd rather save my $$ and get the exercise. Gotta burn off those carbs! My go-to menu item is the half-and-half, chicken tortilla soup and California Grille Panini sandwich. It comes with a pickle and your choice of chips or carrots. I opted for the chips because I felt like pigging out. Both are pretty good for a chain restaurant. The service seems to be consistently decent at Corner Bakery. Friendly staff, quick to get our food, keeps the restaurant clean. Be wary if you sit outside at this location! Birds like to hang here and eat the crumbs. On my most recent visit, there was one persistent bird that was determined to get some of my friend's food (I was already done eating at that time). He was hopping towards us, on the floor, on the chair, on the table. Even with me shooing him away, he kept coming back. We moved to another table, and I left my plate and dish there. The bird ate some of it and then came to our table again! Finally, we just had to sit inside because my friend was freaked out by the bird. In the end, bird - 1, us - 0. Come here outside of peak hours if you can, and say hi to the bird for me!

Not my normal stop but a vendor brought in their muffins. I had their banana and chocolate. I am still thinking about their banana one. Wow!

The food definitely stands out in terms of quality. It is most comparable to places like Canes , with the chicken/fries/toast combo. However they excel in comparison with their dirty sodas and other food offerings. The fries, cheese curds and Texas toast are all delicious snack options. Everything comes out hot and cooked to order. The portions are a good size and it all tastes fresh. The dirty sodas were a fun thing to try out. During my visits, I tried the "Toasty Marshmallow" (Mr Pibb) and the "Float On" (Barqs) . Both are sweet combinations and are fun treats. There's a lot here that makes them stand out from most fast-casual places and overall provide a quality dining experience.

Shops that offer chicken tenders, chicken sandwiches, fries, and similar options have become very commonplace in this area of the Chicago suburbs. Even without considering the quality of food, there's a few features that make this a hit for me. The dining room is fun, yet appropriate. The value here is great both in terms of quantity of food, and overall pricing. The ice cream that changes monthly provides a fun way to customize a periodic visit. While I'm not crazy about the texture and flavor of it, it's still an enjoyable dessert -- particularly on a warm day. The sides such as fried cheese curds and spicy fries are different. The dirty soda options also provide a ton of possibilities for social media posts and different flavor options on each visit. Service is not too slow for how busy the restaurant is, and parking isn't too difficult. The food is very good here, both in terms of flavor and texture -- and generously portioned as well. The tenders rival the best versions I've had from other dedicated chicken restaurants. Crispy with tender chicken that stands well on its own without sauces, but at the same time has a heightened experience with the quality sauces, which each have a distinct flavor profile. I also enjoyed the cole slaw and texas toast considerably, and especially the fries which were crisp and matched very well with the sauces. The same level of food quality is also present in their sandwiches and wraps, which mix the same quality components together for a delicious product.

The staff is always nice and helpful, and for the most part, it's been pretty clean. Some stickiness here and there, but they always notice or clean when told about it. The last time we came here, a customer was screaming on the top of his lungs about how bad customer service was. He was being derogatory and told a Latino worker to go back to his country. It was awful. I'm mentioning this because although that specific worker argued back with the customer (for justified reasons), the other 3 workers on his team tried to de-escalate the situation to get the man to leave the store with his food. After 10 minutes of the guy yelling, they were able to get the guy to leave. Once he left, the workers were great friends and coworkers to the guy who was targeted and had him go on his break to cool down. It was nice to see them taking care of their team. Foodwise, I have never been disappointed with my sandwiches. I usually order an Italian sub and the ingredients have always tasted fresh and delicious. I'm also a huge fan of their craft refresher drinks, specifically the pineapple passionfruit one!

We ordered chicken karaage, potstickers, salmon avocado sushi, and I had the katsu sandwich. So we got out of the car and saw someone pull up in front of the restaurant and jump out at 11:59. As soon as the door was unlocked at 12pm, this customer went in, and a few others after them. This is a small joint, and it was already half full by the time we ordered, then sat down (they told us the table at which to sit). I didn't know, but asked, and found out that a salad bar and miso soup are also included. The salad bar was pretty decent, with fresh vegs. They even had French fried onions (my guilty pleasure) and a very good House dressing (ginger vinaigrette). The portions are enormous. The couple next to us got ramen, and it was practically overflowing. We ordered takoyaki (too much food, we didn't need). I had the Pork Katsu bowl and my companion had a Katsu curry. I wished I had ordered the curry -- it looked dark and rich and thick like pudding (not like a boxed curry). They also gave us a bonus piece of chicken karaage which was so large and crispy. I think I'll get the curry next time, or the ramen. We originally came because we were going to get a karaage sando, but get the curry.
