I have been going to their Pikesville location for 4 years. NOT ANYMORE! Let's start with the rude man who is the Host/cashier. He seats folks however he feels like rather than when they came in. Today was the last draw! He sat two women who came in after I did before me. Say what you will but "coincidentally" they were black and so is he! The feckless manager offered no help. This arrogant front man is mishandling his position while the manager retreats to the kitchen. I know several customers who have abandoned the Pikesville location for the Owings Mills facility.
