This place is just plain COOL!! The paninis are awesome and the burritos are also delicious. Portions are HUGE and the staff is really friendly. The only drawback is a lack of parking and the fact that when it is busy the inside of the store is a little chaotic. I should actually give the corner store 10 stars, because I actually ate 2 burritos, in succession, that were definitely both 5 star. One was curry chicken and the other pork, both sublimely hand crafted. I've been B-BAB (beaten by a burrito) before, not the case at the corner store. I was exalted, on high, by a burrito (EOHBAB). Great little place to get a burrito. I've had both the chicken burritos as well as the breakfast burritos and have always been very pleased. They use excellent ingredients and have one of better varieties of hot sauces I've seen at a restaurant/deli. Looking for a healthy option for lunch we stumbled upon Corner Store. There were cars lined up in the parking lot so we thought it must be good! We were served by bright and bubbly high schoolers, efficient and in an assembly line. Place was clean, organized and no frills. There are two lines, one for Paninis and one for the burritos. I was able to pick white meat chicken and veggies for mine. My husband chose the BBQ chicken burritos. Fantastic! We will be back! read more

We made an impromptu stop here on our way to P-town. The burrito line was really long so we opted for paninis and ordered right away. I got the italian meats with pepper relish and it was really tasty. It was hearty enough to save the other half for later. The best was the coconut cream whoopie pie we got for dessert. Hands down the most delicious burrito I have ever tasted. What more is there to say? They have a ton of options to build your own burrito, and delicious sweets as well. The staff are amazingly friendly and always seem very excited -- I would be too if I was surrounded by such delicious food all day. My only advice is to go earlier on in the day, because towards closing time the ingredients get a little cold. Absoutley the best food ever. The burritos are awesome, the whoopie pies are to die for and the panini's are amazing. My advice is to call ahead your order if is near lunch or dinner time or anytime in the summer. You will NOT be disappointed. Bland, bland, bland. Even Chipotle is better. I ordered the grilled chicken burrito...neither the chicken, nor the salsa, nor the black beans, nor the rice had any flavor whatsoever. I guess that's what you get for New England Mexican food. Cannot believe all the 5 star ratings. My husband said the blackened tilapia was better, though...so I gave it 2 stars. This place will not disappoint!!! Easily, the best burrito I have had in my life, EASILY. I had the sweet beef, which was simply delicious! My wife had a panini, which she said was very good as well. We are visiting the cape for a week (with 4 nights left) and have decided to make a return trip to the corner store so she can have a burrito and I can try a panini. It's a must try on your visit to the cape. It was obvious that while we were there during lunch hour on a tues it is a local favorite as people were quickly in and out grabbing their lunches. Food was fine, service incredibly slow and inefficient. Overall the best thing that I can say about this place is it is a better value than most of the other breakfast places on the cape (not saying much). However, if you factor in your time spent waiting in a line that barely moves for a small very Americanized burrito, you might not consider it such a great value. Practically no seating. On a recent visit to the cape, stopped in to The Corner Store for lunch. I had the best burrito of my life...great fresh ingredients and wonderful staff. Everyone seemed to be having a really great time! The options are endless, my husband chose a steak burrito and I had the special, which was blackened tilapia. Enough said, but also in a convenient location, and the staff could not have been friendlier or more helpful. It's a shame. It really is. I was prepared to give a 5 star review based on the food. Burrito was so delicious, it had no right to be that good. Unfortunately, a very rude employee ruined the experience for me. I had just finished my burrito sitting in my car, decided to take advantage of the conveniently placed garbage can out front and throw away my trash, as well as the fast food bag in my car from yesterday's lunch. As I turned to walk back to my car this extremely rude, smarmy blonde girl comes storming out yelling at me that "trash cans are for customers only!". I was a bit caught off guard as I had just 15 minutes earlier purchased a burrito and a beverage, thus making me a customer. I informed the girl that I was a customer, that I had just bought a burrito. She replies with "well you're done so you're not now, so again the trash cans are for customers only thanks!" and storms back inside. Completely disrespectful and ruined my plans for dinner as I was intending on returning. Now, I will be avoiding this place like the plague. read more

My family and I LOVE this place!!!!! We usually get paninis, sandwiches and whoopee pies; I have had the burrito as well. Everything is fresh- fresh - fresh, and really great. The menu and selection are terrific; it's no wonder the place is always mobbed, even out of season. Just as significantly, the owner is very hands-on, and makes sure everything runs smoothly. On a recent trip on a very busy Saturday morning, two sandwiches did not make it into our "to go" bag. The owner called several times that morning on my home phone (the number we gave at time of our phone order), trying to get the sandwiches to us. We were at the beach, so we missed his calls. He then proceeded to leave messages that a gift card for the sandwiches would be at the store waiting for us. He even continued to call until he actually spoke with me in person.
