ARRRRRGHHH!!!! Came here to get sandwiches for a beach picnic. The staff is very nice. Ordered the Tom Terrific but substituted Feta for the Provolone, no tomato, no onion and added cucumber of which they charged me for. Well, the sandwich came without any of the add ons I paid extra for and also the things I asked to be removed was on it including the Provolone cheese I asked to be substituted for Feta!! Super frustrating to have to peel off tomato and onion and throw away cheese you dont like. There was alot of Turkey and Salami on it tho. We also ordered the Tricky Dick which is the tuna salad sandwich. The tuna salad was so soupy and had so much Mayonnaise that the bread was wet and soggy! We thru half of this sandwich in the trash. Just Awful! Totally ruined our beach picnic and was a waste of money. I do not recommend this place. read more

Greetings, Had the Skinny Dip (French Dip) today and where it was a good portion of meat and good flavor the execution needed some love. Hot sandwiches should be served hot and cheese melted properly and not have a cold center and unmelted cheese. Au jus had great flavor but should not be the heat source to melt the cheese and make beef hot in my opinion. Purely constructive criticism. I wish I had taken a picture but I was starving and ate it too quickly It was mid morning and I needed something to eat - ordered a BLT, thinking that's easy enough and should be fine at a new place. I received the best BLT I have had in a long time. The roll it was on was soft and light but toasted on the griddle - the bacon was cooked perfect - crunchy, salty and just the right amount. Fresh lettuce and tomato and the perfect smear of mayo. Simple perfection. Friendly staff, quick and easy ordering and clean up. Lots of options. Can't wait to visit again! read more

I say, without exaggeration, that the Dalai Lama is in the top 5 breakfast sandwiches I've ever had. I asked the staff for recommendations and they did not lead me astray. Egg was cooked perfectly, everything stayed nice and hot, great grill on the Taylor ham, and somehow the bread never got soggy. The avocado toast was also a hit, they use real avocado slices and not a spread. Great atmosphere -- we ate at a picnic table outside on a nice day and there was a good shade/sun balance. This place is the sandwich shop that Brewster has been waiting for. I've been coming to the cape for my entire life and I've always struggled to find a decent breakfast sandwich but this place ends that struggle. It's not a NY deli, but you can get a great breakfast sandwich for a decent price. I haven't tried any of the lunch offerings but the stuff on the menu looked good too. read more

Cheerful service and reasonable prices. The menu is intriguing and the portions are generous. Comfortable if you are dining along and want to sit and read. Absolutely not worth it. We waited 60 min for our order of 4 breakfast sandwiches only for the order to be wrong. I subbed out spinach for avocado on my wrap and when I got my order the avocado was on the side. I asked why this was and the chef responded "oh I forgot to add it to the wrap so I put it on the side". Pure laziness. read more

We stopped at this shop, under new ownership, because we had a gift card. What a piece of luck! Their breakfast sandwiches are outstanding and the muffins are out of this world. We ordered a couple and had to go back for one more corn muffin to eat later! Coffee is great too - including cold brew. Service is quick, friendly and attentive - especially one young man who was so eager to serve up the drinks and bakery items. The inside is so cute, too - with beautifully lettered chalkboards for menus. What a delight! read more

Most to all of the food that we have ordered here has been good. If you're looking for a nice sandwich, this is a great spot. The seating inside and out is great if you don't want to do take out. Though, I do have a couple a critiques: 1, the "sourdough" bread is not your crunchy loaf that one may think of, instead, it's closer to white bread; 2, the service is a tad slow for a sandwich shop, I shouldn't have to wait 20 minutes for a sandwich; 3, quality control could be improved as my Italian sandwich was made without meat once. This business has the possibility to thrive, as the great food just needs to be better supported by other business aspects. All in all, if you haven't given Peacemaker a try, you should swing by next time you're indecisive on what to get for lunch. read more
