Again very unprofessional.we purchased our home in Maple Hill in 2003. In the fall of 2026 It would've been 23 years. On average, the HOA fee has gone up $15-$20 a year. Years ago we were approached about getting our deck replaced. They came out, looked at our deck did some measurements and told us that we were next. It never happened. When we ask why they said that it would be $1500 out of our pocket to get them to do the work. Although it was promised. We had a 4 inch divot in our front porch right in the middle due to ice dams on the roof. The rebar had rusted through and the concrete was disintegrating. It took eight years to get it fixed. How nice of them to do it the year we're selling and moving out. Also over the years they had to cut down some trees. When we bought our home, part of the reason was due to the beautiful foliage. They cut down nine trees surrounding our building. With promises to replace them all if not some. Do this day they replaced ZERO TREES! They want us to pay for half and use their arborist Co. BULLSHIT

Even though we had a hard time deciding between single family homes (Detached) and town homes/Condos (Attached), Ryan was always patient with us. He was with us every step of the way with great insights on affordability, explaining how home offers work, even when we decided to switch our search locations! No matter the twists and turns we presented (I'm sorry Ryan!!), Ryan stood by our side the entire process. In fact, he was a mentor for us, who went to essentially EVERY single house we wanted to see, who gave valuable opinions and insights on every home and even the area where the home was located. He checked in with us and made sure we actually loved the house instead of pushing us towards a home to make a quick sale. Ryan is the kind of real estate agent you would want; patient, will educate you during the whole process, and will ensure you're taken care of during the whole process!

We had to sell our condo due to unemployment, it was an emotionally difficult process but Ryan and his team were always supportive and compassionate. Ryan went above and beyond in terms of availability and providing hands on help. This process could have been an absolute nightmare with a lesser realtor, but we always felt safe guided by Ryan's expertise.

    We could not have picked a better realtor for our first home! As first time home buyers, you can…read moreimagine we had tons of questions. Michael always answered promptly and in ways that made it easy for us to understand. If there was something confusing, he breaks everything down in great detail. He was great at making us feel comfortable enough to ask him anything at anytime! Not only is he knowledgeable about the ins and outs of realty but he has a great eye for seeing the positives and negatives in homes. He pointed out things at houses that we never would have seen on our own. After seeing multiple houses that were not a fit for us, he always had an optimistic attitude reassuring us that the perfect house for us is out there. He was right! When we found the home we loved, Michael was involved every step of the way. We had a few frustrating hiccups along the way with the seller but Michael handled it all very gracefully. He kept in touch with the seller and updated us as often as he could. We could not have gotten thru those frustrating moments without Michael. In the end, everything worked out! Michael was even able to renegotiate our agreed price to a lower one! That was a pleasant surprise for us!     There is a reason Lance and his team are #1. They are just so good! "Energetic" is a good one-word…read moredescriptor for Lance and everyone we worked with. From our initial interview, Lance showed that he understood the market, appreciated our home's position in that market, and would use all his experience and expertise to get our home sold quickly and at a good price. In all fairness, Lance did say we had a great product to sell, i.e., a completely remodeled ranch home in a desirable neighborhood, a home he described as, "warm and rich." Given that, we just don't see how anyone could have worked any harder or done more to attract buyers. Lance started by contacting his team's list of buyers who were looking. Then, he placed our home on the Private Network. We began showing immediately. By the time we got to actual listing on the MLS, we had over thirty showings and six offers. Our home was on the MLS for one day and we accepted an all-cash, no contingency offer 13% above our asking price. Of course, you may have a different experience depending on what you have to sell and where it is. Maybe our outcome was just exceptional. Regardless, we were totally pleased with our choice of Realtors and believe you will have your best shot with Lance and his team.
