I saw a lot of buckets filled with serrano chile and cucumbers. ****Everything seems fine until the final part***. There are only 2 car lines using for both way in and out. Also you have to go out with the same scale station when you got in. Which makes the traffic flow slow and busy. There're car waiting right behind us. We're feeling so rush. Whatever number of scale she said we just ok with it without having any doubts for 2 not full bags at 25lbs. As right we got home. We check again the weights of both bags 3 times with home scale. It's ONLY 15-16lbs. I evened take picture of everything i got and ask chatgpt to estimate. The number's same what we just checked at home from around 13-19lbs. I have no idea how's car scales work? Why it added up to 10lbs difference. With the price 50cents/lb for upick is really affordable but then you add up the scale like this is non acceptable! Will be the last visit to this farm. I find myself going to his line whenever I see him because I know I'm going to leave laughing. More people should talk about how great the staff is here. In the rare occasions when I'm not able to find something I wanted, it's because it's something so obscure I wind up having to either ordering it online or making a trip to some hidden specialty store in the Bay Area to get it. I've been shopping here for a couple of years. There's another grocery store that's five minutes from my house, but I drive the 20 minutes to shop here because the overall experience is so much better. Today's trip really stood out to me because of a couple things... while I was at the deli waiting for the clerk to work on my order, at least three other employees came up to me and asked if I was being helped. I've been to other stores where I've stood at a counter for literally 5 minutes, watching employees going out of their way to not acknowledge me. That never happens here. Then I was really taken aback by how the peppers and mushrooms were displayed. The fact that whoever stocked these mushrooms took the time to turn every mushroom cap side up and arranged all the portobellos the way they are speaks to a dedication to quality work. You can tell that in this store, nobody half-asses anything, and the employees take pride in what they do.

I saw the word "Plums" on the sign and felt that I'd like to treat myself, so at the next corner, I turned around. I have significant dietary considerations, and plums fit right into my plan, for a few reasons. So I stopped and bought a bag of plums... $6. I tried to tip a buck (I only had $7 cash on me so "here... for the tip jar"). Nope! "Thank you, but put it in your tank". The two young ladies that helped me were delightful, and told me about their property and how it's been in the family since it was built in 1911. I love history! Such a beautiful property. But the plums!!! Oh man... so amazing, sweet and perfectly ripe. I was so lucky to just happen-by this gem on the last day of their plum-sales season. I can't wait to see what their next harvest is.
