We were never clearly notified about how limited guest parking actually was, and visitors often had to park down the street. There were also times we saw people camping right outside in the corners of the property. They would get removed, but then come back weeks later. There were also multiple car break-ins while living here, and neighbors would often warn about seeing sketchy people at night. The move-out process required multiple follow-ups. The itemized statement was not initially provided by mail as stated, and was only uploaded to the portal after repeated requests. There were also duplicate charges and a prior payment that had to be corrected. After posting a review elsewhere, management responded stating that everything was clearly communicated and supported. 29.Jul 2026 A…read moreHeartfelt and Well-Deserved "Thank You" to Jennifer and Freddie I'd like to thank Jennifer, office associate, and Freddie, maintenance technician, for their assistance in solving a very stubborn and problematic clogged tub drain that I have been having on and off for several months. Problem: The clog had been happening often but temporarily solved by using commercial drain openers, hot water, and plungers. But with this last incident, the clog did not budge and the methods I previously used had no effect. It was clogged for 3 days and finally I could not stand it any longer and called the office for additional assistance. The reason why I did not call after the first day the clog happened is because I knew maintenance was already bombarded with other pressing matters and I thought that since I had solved the clogs before, surely I could do it again. Called for Assistance: Seeing that after the third day the clog was not resolved by my methods, I called the office and spoke to a very nice young lady named Jennifer, who was more than happy to assist me. She is always so pleasant and she knows her job and office duties very well and is genuinely concerned over all residence matters so she put in a maintenance request for me that day. It is my opinion and from my observation also that she should be an assistant manager because she is very capable of handling the job. Under the great leadership and guidance of Susie, the office manager, I know that Jennifer would flourish. Susie is very professional, confident, definitely knows her job duties, and she is very pleasant to talk to. The two of them would make a great team. Solution: When maintenance got the call regarding the clogged tub drain, Freddie, the maintenance technician, came with all his gear ready to unclog the drain. After a short assessment of the problem, he determined that this clog was very deep in the pipe which no drain opener solution could ever reach. He did not have to leave my apartment to get other tools because "Ready" Freddie was ready and had brought all the tools that a plumber would use. He cleared the clog in less than three minutes and all that standing water, which was in the tub, flowed freely out. He also gave me some helpful tips in maintaining the drain to keep it clear and free of any future clogs. He is so efficient and competent in his duties, and he's also very polite. It has been over two months now and everything is still fine. We have a great team of office and maintenance staff here, and I am happy with each one them. Thanks very much to Susie, Jennifer, "Ready" Freddie, Gilbert, and Luis.
