I went to CCC on 3 June 2021 at 5:30pm to order a fresh brewed cup of coffee and was told they are OUT of fresh brewed coffee!!!!???? I have to settled for the instant (Americana) cup instead, I was not a satisfied customer. How can a coffee COMPANY run out of fresh brewed coffee?? Its coffee au laits have been consistently delicious for the two years I've been coming here. And then a few days ago, I got a soy, sugar-free almond latte. Phenomenal. But that was early in the morning, around 7:00, before much of the rush. Today, I ordered the same drink. However, the baristas were super busy and a long line had formed. Unfortunately much of the quality goes down there once you hit that rush. Also, didn't seem like they utilized pumps for their syrup. Here's the summary: -Round 1: drink didn't have the flavoring in it. -Round 2: she opened a new bottle of flavoring and, without the pump, poured a lot of the syrup into the already made drink. It was then too sweet. -Round 3: re-made the drink, got the syrup just right, but used regular milk instead of soy. -Round 4: I stood in line again. I then acknowledged they were busy but asked for a refund. She said she'd grant it, or they could just re-make it. I gave them another chance. The guy made mine this time and poured too much flavoring in. I just gave up after 20 minutes. Great, little coffee shop conveniently located in a beautiful area. However, get here before the rush; otherwise, they tend to get overwhelmed with orders-especially if the orders are espresso and milk based. read more

Fantastic little coffee stand right by the Coronado Bay. It has the most beautiful view of all of San Diego and Coronado beach. There is also all sorts of things happening there for example live music, entertainment for kids and lots and lots of different styles of restaurants. We were approached by two at the workers at the Coronado coffee company who helped us a lot by suggesting what are the most favorite and popular coffee drinks there. I decided to go with that iced white mocha and the rest decided to go with three nuts but since they were out of cashews they just did it were to nuts, almonds and walnuts. After a few minutes of standing by and enjoying the view and listening to the live music our coffees are already. I can confidently say that this was one of the best coffee I've ever had. It was rich and delicious not too sweet and very satisfying. I only wish they had a location closer to Glendale area so I can have it every single day. read more

This place is a kiosk with outside seating and a spectacular view. The place was busy, but the wait was reasonable. We ordered hot chocolate, and had it in hand in less than 2 minutes. The drink was delicious, and not overly sweet. The staff here was friendly. In spite of it being very busy, they had a great attitude and kept the line moving fast. What a great location right on the Bay and lots of areas to sit outside and enjoy the view with public seating or your own beach chair. I've been here multiple times, its a wonderful spot, they have 5 or 6 tables for you to sit and chat with friends or family, I like their coffee, I do order regular everytime, they do have nice station for milk, sugar and honey along some starbucks like spices, pastries are delecious specially the cinnamon roll, its on the pricy side but I do get it, its one of the most expensive spots in San Diego to rent and do business, the Downtown view is extremely relaxing and amazing, I come here often on my lunch break. read more

This place wasn't anything special in terms of atmosphere (compared to a hangout hipster coffee shop) but it still hit the spot for my coffee cravings! I got a 12 oz iced mocha which had a decent chocolate coffee taste for $4.00. It was definitely more chocolatey than normal mochas, but I didn't mind that at all. The coffee flavor was also a bit masked so I couldn't truthfully tell ya how it was. But to me, it was good. I also wanted to try a frappe but unfortunately the lowest price for one was a dollar more at $5.30 (expected for tourist-y places) but I'm glad I tried out the iced mocha. Sadly, previous reviews that said the service wasn't so nice are true -- I wasn't uncomfortable but just don't expect to be greeted with open arms by the barista or cashier. read more

This isn't the *best* coffee place, but I appreciate this place because compared to the coffee at the nearby hospital I work at, the coffee here taste like heaven! I've tried the americano, espresso, chai latte, and latte! It does the job. I didn't have any problems with the taste either. As long as it is clean , tastes like coffee, and would keep me awake when I need it! This is a "cart-like" coffee place at the ferry landing. The staff here is kind. They sell some pastries,croissants, and bagels. I have to try their acai bowls. I think the pricing is fair. I have their "stamp card" and I think the 10th drink is free. If you happen to drop by the ferry landing, this isn't a bad place for an Americano! I love sipping my coffee while looking at downtown. read more

I've been to this coffee kiosk many times before and have never had a problem. Today a friend and I went to The Landing to go enjoy the day and decided a cup of coffee would be nice. The lady behind the stand seemed like she did not want to acknowledge our presence. We stood in front of the baked goodies and patiently waited while she shuffled from the front counter to the sink and washed something. No "hi", I will be right with you. Nothing. We tried to ask her questions about some of the pastries and she just was not having it. We seemingly annoyed her just by asking what was inside the almond croissant. After our question she kind of wandered toward the cash register. I asked you if I may please have an almond croissant for both me and my friend. She then snaps, "you order over here". The whole transaction seemed to piss her off in some way. I sincerely hope that she is not the owner. read more

I used to come to this place 20 years back, I remember there was an older gentleman (looked like a surfer) who used to provide service. The service was ok as well as the drinks. Cannot beat the view and there is no other coffee places in the area. Came today, got breve and two kids hot chocolate. The lady there was very pushy. Forget about smiling, just acting as they do not want us here. Sorry for disturbing. I will take my few dollars some where else. Even though I try to try non-Starbucks as much as possible. We walked up and they blender was not working, then we sat down right next to the register without ordering anything. I then saw another lady walk by with a blended drink and I said what the heck? The staff could have said hey its working now. So I eent back to the counter and the young lady and she said oh we turned off the toaster and it worked. Then I told her we are at a local resort and they recommended you guys and there was a discount and she said no. I had to get the paper from resort and she had some attitude and added a discount. Good spot to be on a warm breezy summer day or cold chilly evening. They got prime real estate with a good view of the city skyline on the bay. Nice place for people watching and dog watching too. You can see the Ferry going back and forth on the bay, paddlers, kayakers, boats and occasional jetski's. If you're lucky some of the Navy ships go by including that crazy secret weapon one that looks like a Star Wars contraption. This place has Stumptown, Kombucha and Suja. Awesome! I tried a regular skinny hot latte. Nothing spectacular. Its decent. Tasted like a medium roast. No bitterness or over powering flavor. Well the atmosphere more comes from the location as opposed to the people inside the tent... but it's a very convenient spot for this kind of thing. They constantly make sure my drink is too perfection, and always bring a great smile to my face.
