Thankfully, I made it through with ample time and kept in contact with the driver Izzy. Once I made it to the agreed pick up zone at LAX it was a breeze. Izzy took care of loading everyone's luggage and offered a snack and waters. Five minutes before each drop off location, he would make an announcement so riders could prepare and make ride arrangements. He made me feel safe! The shuttle itself with clean and in great condition. The seats were comfortable and reclinable. The seatbelts were in great condition and must be warn at all times. I wish there was a little air freshener though. There were monitors toward the front that showed fun facts about both LAX and San Diego!! They offer gift certificates with discounts and can earn points for each use. I will definitely use this service again!!

He was prepared for our needs related to luggage and timing for our international flight. We had arranged for pickup on our return to San Diego. Again, Rudy was right there as we stepped up to the curb, totally prepared as before. Initially, I used for a large group executive Mercedes transfer vehicle for several hours. Everything was very well thought out, punctual, and kind service. They are even willing to extend and give quotes for extensions if needed even though it was unexpected. I appreciate that. Vehicle was top notch, clean, and had waters. Driver always easily available when needed and ready to go and very good with communication. Then started to use for airport drop off. Very lux service. Picked up with a Escalade always very clean and shiny in and out, driver always dressed up in a suit and tie (nice touch), and they help you with all your luggage on and off. Waters waiting for you after a long trip. Recently, had come back and was at a layover and forgot to set up a pick up and called Mike. He was able to arrange a pick up within hours. I really appreciate it bc after traveling for 24 hrs all you want to worry about is to go to sleep and this was one less thing off my plate to think about. We are on the older side and were stranded at the airport at midnight. The company never called us afterwards. I gave one star for the pickup at our house. Being stranded at the airport at midnight is frightening. This company should not be in operation.

They have attendants available at the site for assistance. It is an easy check-in-- you have the option to pay online or at the spot when you return. It is a pretty big garage. They have indoor, rooftop and valet. Price for the indoor parking is $23/day, which is pretty steep. Only a few minutes when you arrive at the terminal. Nice shuttle. Courteous staff. Overall, great experience thus far.
