Fun Drinks and Good Food, but Seating Needs Improvement We visited Coronal's II Authentic Mexican Restaurant in Brockport NY and had a mixed experience. The drinks are huge and fun. I ordered a margarita with a Corona beer upside down in it, and it was delicious and definitely a highlight of the visit. The food was good overall. I had nachos the ground beef was a little too salty, but everything else was enjoyable. The guacamole was fresh, and they bring out the avocado and cut it at the table, which was fun. The service was friendly, which we appreciated. The main downside was the seating. The chairs are clearly worn down and very uncomfortable. My daughter and I both found them painful to sit on, with no cushions, which really affected our comfort. Overall, it's a decent spot with good drinks, solid food, and friendly service, but the uncomfortable seating kept it at 3 stars for us. read more

This Vegetarian Texas girl was skeptical, but this was such a pleasant surprise! I had a huge Jamaica that was perfect. And loved the Vegetarian and Vegan choices on the menu. Brockport needed this place or maybe I needed this in Brockport!? I live in Tampa but my husbands family from here. When we come up we usually break away while my husband doing family stuff. Went to trusty Yelp to find a place to eat and glad I found Coronas! If you don't like Mexican food there's something wrong with you lol. Staff super friendly. I sat at the small bar by myself (5 seats) with 2 TVs. They have daily specials, lunch specials, happy hour specials and a typical menu. I ordered the lunch chicken enchilada and came out pretty quick and tasty. $10 combo I love that they serve bottled beer with ice cold glass and happy to see corona premier on draft I love the tables/booths with high backs. My family and I came in for dinner on a super busy night to try out this new restaurant in Brockport! The restaurant is such an upgrade from the diner that was here before. The restaurant is nicely themed and decorated, and the plush seats are comfortable. Our waitress was also super sweet and was so great, especially for how busy the restaurant was. The chips and salsa were very good, and we couldn't stop snacking on them while waiting for our food. I ordered the La Bandera, which is three enchiladas, 1 chicken with cheese sauce, 1 beef with green sauce, and 1 cheese with red sauce, served with rice. It was delicious! All three were amazing, and I was really happy with my order. I sampled some of my family's veggie fajitas, polo asada, and street tacos, and I liked all of them. Decent ambiance. The place was very clean. Food: It was really strange that they didn't have any hot sauce. I asked for hot sauce, and the server brought out two kinds of mild sauce. The guac was was ruined by the mixed in brown bits. My hubby liked the enchiladas supreme, especially the variety. I got the carne asada street tacos and the corn tortillas were flavourful and crispy. Wife and I have been wanting a good Mexican restaurant to open in town. Corona's opened this last Tuesday 2/7/23. We went there to night. Other locals are hiring the place Locke crazy. The staff were very friendly and attentive. This is a very good thing let's keep some none chain places. Chips and salads was very good, we also had the guacamole Azteca which was very good and fresh. My wife ordered street tacos carne asada she loved it and thought he tacos were very good. I ordered the Burrito Mexico (steak) which was damn good. We are very happy to have this place nearby and hope they continue to keep busy and do very well. I highly recommend this place. Having been open for only four days I have to say they ran extremely smoothly. read more

I've eaten here twice, once inside, once was take out. The first time was decent but not stellar, good service, nice family atmosphere. Was a bit put off by being charged for chip bowl refill. First time I've ever seen that and I've eaten at Mexican restaurants all over the US. Last night ordered take out and it was not good at all. I ordered nachos with ground beef, cheese, and guacamole on the side. Nope. What I got was a wet mass of a chips on the bottom with chicken, beef, sour cream, jalapeño, and TONS of lettuce. It was not what I ordered and was inedible. Also ordered a medium margarita to go which was 18.00 for 12 oz. of ice and 6 oz. of liquid. Sorry, not going there again. All in all, 40.00! read more

If you remember what used to be here you are probably excited to try this new Authentic Mexican Restaurant in Brockport NY located in the old Two Brothers next to Subway on rte19. We came here for a late birthday dinner for my friend. The tables were nice and comfy, they had booths and tables to seat 4 and 6 people. The lighting is a bit dark inside here though. There were so many different options on the menu. It was a bit overwhelming even thought I had looked at this menu multiple times beforehand. Our waitress actually did not speak English, so she told us we could just point to it in the menu. She tried hard and was great, but it was so difficult to order and communicate. Now how to ask to split the bill 3 ways? :D:D Our food ranged from guac, cheese dip with chorizo, El Burrito Ranchero, Chicken burrito bowl, Taquitos Mexicanos, and a kids chicken fingers with rice. To start, the rice was not hot, it was on the colder side of warm. The kids chicken fingers were inedible, like they were made yesterday and microwaved for me today. There were 4 pieces of 2 chicken fingers, cut in half and you could just see how dark and way overcooked they were. These took 5+ more minutes to come out after the rest of the the adults food even though the order was put in 5-10 mins before everyone fully ordered. Next, The Taquitos were not horrible, but for $13 they were pretty bland tasting and the chunks inside were crazy and tough to chew off. No cheese that I could see. Other than just being kinda blah and not real tasty, the pricing is higher than the menu they give you suggests. The burrito bowl, that was confirmed 3x, was $16 but was charged $18.99. We still left a nice tip, she tried and we still got what we ordered in the end. I probably wont ever return, but still glad to try. Hope this criticism is creative . You know your servers do not speak English, there were a few English speaking looking ladies in there that I saw. They could go from table to table and just make sure everything was okay, nothing was misunderstood, any requests that want to be made that cant be done from pointing at the menu. Your servers must be stressed and anxious af trying to take all these orders from this hugee menu by having people point. Come on. The servers were more authentic than the food. -_- read more

The food tastes good, when it's made right. I've been there 4 times now, every single time we've gone 90% of our order was incorrect. I didn't say anything and just chalked it up to a mistake. The last time it was all wrong again, I brought it back for a refund. They told me someone was supposed to call me to tell me my order was made wrong. Nobody did. Ordered chips and queso, got chips, no queso. Ordered Birria tacos with the onions and cilantro on the side, they put the stuff on the taco and don't give us the Birria sauce to dip it in. Very disappointing, I was SO excited for a Mexican restaurant in brockport. Sadly will not be returning, I hate ordering something and getting something different, which seems to happen a lot here.
