The crust is amazing in texture and compliments the thick deep dish aspect of the pizza itself. Working a really long day late into the night, we were all really hungry but wanted someplace that delivered and was quick since we were trying to make a deadline. At first after calling them up to place my order, I was rather hesitant as I not only had to repeat my order multiple times, but the person on the phone seemed really distracted and would constantly ask me to hold and appear to help someone else. In total, it took about 15mins just to get our order placed in. Quoting a 45min delivery time, I was actually pretty impressed that they made it roughly 45mins after ending the call. And despite the various hiccups over the phone, they got the order correct and even made sure to provide plates, cheese packets, napkins, and plenty of ranch sides. We each ordered a small pizza, which was still really good sized incredibly filling for 1 meal. Not wanting to pass out for food coma, I still ate my fill and had 2 slices leftover that I wound up finishing the next day. I got the Trevor's Combo, which had pepperoni, mushrooms, and Italian sausage. And not only were the portions big, but the pizzas were also really good. I've really miss Pizza 1 and wanted to find something that was similar, missing that good sourdough crust and cheesy thickness. We didn't want to cheat the driver out of a tip so we still tipped him $8, so we paid $50 FOR A LARGE PIZZA!!!! Which, by the way, was not very large. We called the shop and the guy on the phone kept trying to give us the run around, and made up excuses as to why it was more than the website said it should be, then he said he'd refund us for the gluten free extra charge and NEVER DID.
