Ordered a pizza for pickup, the place was really busy. We'd called it in, arrived on time and they still needed just 6 more minutes. I felt sorry for the employees, they were moving a mile per minute. Now onto the pizza, so good!!! For sure we'll be going back here. Took our pizza to the Corralitos Brewery. Really wanted to have a new pizza spot to use. Ordered a large pepperoni, when I went to pick it up I noticed the pizza was just taken out of the oven and then I waited and waited (only person in there ) and so I went to the outside window to see what he was doing and I saw he was on his phone typing and arranging pepperonis on the cooked pizza ..really odd.. Oh my gawd! I just got an xl, 1/2 "manzanita" and 1/2 "the dude". This pizza is crack. The manzanita is a true local taste, with apples and sausage from a local market. Best pizza in Watsonville hands down. Wings are solid as all get out too, which is key if you are a me. Only reason I didn't give them 5 stars is because the "dude"...s that answer the phones aren't really good at taking orders and they need some kind of a system to track their regular customers so I don't have to spend 20 minutes trying to tell the guy my address and tell him my order 3 times. Delivery drivers on the other hand have been solid and quick. Need better training and systems on ordering end for sure, but in the end WAY worth the grub that follows. read more

I called in for a large half caliente/half chicken garlic. It was ready a couple minutes early, which was perfect. We loved the chicken garlic, not so much the caliente. I like spicy but it was just too much. Service was fine but a little cold. I will be back. There are a couple other pizzas I'd like to try. read more

I was headed out to Big 5 for some hunting supplies and noticed that Papa John's pizza had gone out of business ( no great loss ) and it was replaced by Corralitos Pizza. I asked the manager at Big 5 what he thought of the new place...he said it was really good and suggested I go buy a slice. That is exactly what I did. In fact, I bought two. One was the Manzanita...which was straight up the best pizza I have had since moving to Aptos some 25 years ago. Seriously...it is that good. I met one of the co-owners when I was ordering and told him I was a harsh critic of bad pizza. He did not bat an eyelash. Now I know why. Fantastic crust...amazing sauce that was not so nasty sweet like Papa Johns'...and the Corralitos sausage toppings were simply Heaven. Cannot wait to head to Watsonville and get a whole pie. So exciting to have a pizza in this county that will make an adult happy. If you cannot tell the difference between a Little Ceasar's pizza and the cardboard box they serve it in...you will not appreciate this place. Your loss. But if you are a grown up and want a quality pizza, this new spot is the real deal. Bravo! read more

Really good pizza. Toppings are fresh and they have terrific options. It is the most expensive pizza in town. We usually get their pizza when we want something different. I am a big fan of the Dude's and the Asian Peanut. The Manzanita is good if you are looking for a different kind of pizza. The salads are okay. They used to have big cookies that were fun to bring home for the kids. Last time I was there they had small ones. read more

YES! Try it and spread the word! I rarely feel motivated to leave yelp reviews, but after one slice of Corralitos pizza I knew I must! I will admit (perhaps shamefully) that I did like the Papa Johns in that spot....BUT, this is infinitely better. We had to try the Delicious Manzanita, because it has Corralitos Cheesy Bavarian sausage on it. And it did not disappoint. The cinnamon apple is an amazing touch. This is the first pizza I have had in years that made me excited about a new place. My son said he was "worried about me" because I got so animated. But when my kids tried it - their eyes lit up too. They knew why I was impressed. "This is sooo good mom". So - great elevated flavors for adults, with the added bonus about local sourcing to counter the guilt for eating pizza. After waiting 2 hours (on a Sunday after being quoted delivery "within the hour"), the order that arrived wasn't even close to correct - not even the wrong toppings, but the complete wrong number of items ordered. We just happened to be staying a block away from this spot in Watsonville for the weekend, and saw the reviews on Yelp- looked good enough to me. After checking the menu (intriguing flavor combos) we decided on chicken ranch cilantro, and went with the recommendation to add the bacon and jalapenos- MAN am I glad we did, it was delicious! The crust was good, the toppings were tasty, and the people working there were very friendly when I picked up. If I'm ever staying in Watsonville again, I will definitely be back! read more

When this place opened, it was an instant favorite! Every order has gotten worse. Several issues with payment/pricing, quality of ingredients has lessened, and forgotten toppings/extras are common. Ordered by phone and charged $8 and change more than online price. Noticed my credit card charge the next day and saw they added $7 delivery fee. The first time we had this pizza in the first few weeks it opened it was great! We had the Manzanita apple pizza and it was surprisingly delicious. We've since tried it a few more times and it just gets worse. They've somehow screwed up our order each time, usually with the payment. In addition, the quality of the food has diminished significantly. When we first got the Manzanita it had sausage, apples, blue cheese, and onions and I think some other stuff. Now it just has sausage and apples. I can't prove it, but I swear the crust was better the first time, too. It's a new business hitting it's groove and I'm afraid that they're taking some cost cutting measures that are taking it from awesome to mediocre. read more

Second time, delivery guy was 30 minutes after stated delivery time, pizza was BARELY warm, and just didnt taste good. Had some the next morning, because cold leftover pizza is amazing, RIGHT?!
