I was there for four (4) hours & still I was a mess! BIG waste of time & money - simply STAY AWAY! The salon owner offered to "fix", no charge, but it had to be on her time, weeks later, then when it came time for the appt. I was sick, so the text message response read "OK NO problem, feel better. Call the Salon when you are ready to reschedule". When I called, later that same day, the person answering the phone knew nothing (typical of this place) & then the owner texted, didn't have the guts to call & she wrote...that too much time had passed (what an idiot, it was on her time) & b/c of the cancellations (only one (1) cancellation), I could reschedule, but I would have to pay full price. What a psycho! DON'T GO! THEY ARE NO GOOD! I also paid about $400! DON'T DO IT!!! They should be ashamed of themselves, but they take your money & send you out, looking like a complete mess! Unfortunately, I said yes, and I was really disappointed. The wash felt rushed, and my long hair was blow-dried in about 20 minutes. The ends were left straight, and even after I asked for them to be curled inward, the final result still looked unfinished, like I had done it myself. This was for my graduation, and the photo was taken right after leaving the salon. Definitely the worst blowout I've ever gotten.
