She listened to my concerns and customized the deep cleansing facial for my skin. I was left with hydrated and clean skin. I knew I loved their service when I received multiple compliments on the second week from having my facial. Recently, I saw Sasha for the same deep cleansing facial as I was in desperate need of extractions. She took care of me and was gentle throughout the entire process. When I called to understand why, they refused to discuss it and simply hung up on me. I found the customer service to be unprofessional and disrespectful. If a business chooses to cancel a confirmed appointment, the least they can do is explain the reason politely instead of refusing to communicate. Unfortunately, this experience left me with no confidence in their service.
