I'm pretty sure most of these reviews are fake, because my experience was horrible. The botox wore off in 6 weeks! SIX. It normally lasts 4-5 months at other providers. When I contacted customer service, they were extremely rude and unhelpful - and I mean really rude, like refused to help at all and cancelled my membership but refused to refund my membership payments. This is essentially punishing me and forcing me to pay full price to use up my membership fees in the future. Just stay away, don't believe these syrupy reviews. Nick E. is truly the only person I will ever let touch my face. His expert approach is to only do what's needed and natural so you won't ever risk looking like a botched and bloated housewife. What I love most is that he really spends time marking up your face to ensure everything will turn out symmetrical and beautiful. He's a perfectionist and doesn't want you in a chair every other month, which I appreciate. I have pretty deep smile lines, which are trickier to treat, and Nick always makes sure my results look natural and are sustainable. He also explains in detail what areas he wants to target to solve my overall complaints (spoiler: the solve isn't always taking a syringe directly to the problem wrinkle!). Such a good experience for me! I came to Plump for botox in three areas and under eye filler (both first time), and was incredibly impressed with Pam. She was super professional and took her time with our consultation to figure out what I really needed. My under eye filler came out flawless, as did the botox in two of the three areas. For my gummy smile, the botox had no effect, so after 2 weeks I was able to come in for a (only $40) touch up. I've also never had a better result in all of my years of injections! She doesn't overdo it. She makes you just look fresh and your best. And at 47 years old it's so important to have someone who knows what they are doing. Came here yesterday for the first time and had an amazing experience. My friend and I had Kelsey do our injections, and she was amazing. She really listened to our concerns and what we wanted from our results. She was also super sweet and polite, and made us feel really comfortable. I got botox on my forehead and filler in my lips and the lines near my nose to smooth them out. It's only day two, but I barely have any bruising on my lips, and in the past I had really bad bruising on multiple occasions. The price was also very reasonable. The rest of the staff was also warm and welcoming, and the place was clean and comfortable. I'll definitely come back when my results start to wear off. I went in for a lip filler appointment with Kelsey Tidland. Once seated she walked me through the procedure and let me know of any pain or discomfort I may feel during it. When she started she always made sure to check in and see how I was doing and would let me look at the progress and again would show me the next location she would add filler to. After she had finished she let me know of what to expect for the next few days and what proactive steps to take to reduce swelling, pain, and bruising. After being a happy Botox client at Plump for 2+ years, I've found the results of my last couple of visits to be so-so. I loved the first couple of injectors I tried here, but as Plump has expanded to more locations, more injectors have been hired, and I feel like the overall skill level and quality (or maybe level of training/supervision) has gone down. I still love the friendly staff, the pretty facilities, and the extreme convenience of the scheduling. However, the last few times I have booked an appointment, the availability has been with newer injector(s) who I ultimately felt were less professional- for example, not wearing gloves while prepping the injections- and less accurate with injection placement, making the experience and results rather disappointing. I may give it one more try with one of longer-tenured injectors if I can snag an appointment, but am also considering just taking the less convenient and more expensive route and going to my dermatologist for Botox in the future. read more

Cheek fillers "InstaReadyCheeks" 2CC of Juvederm Voluma (two syringes) by PAM LIGGETT! 10/10 experience RESULT: Unlike when I got lip fillers, which took about two weeks for me to actually see the enhancement, this was instantaneous. I was not necessarily after more pronounced cheek bones, but rather my ultimate goal was to get a more defined, sharper, leaner face. The effect speaks for itself in the before and after picture. (Be aware that again, my face is extremely asymmetrical so it was challenging to make it perfectly balance but still so much better than before) EXPERIENCE: Went to the Chelsea location and was warmly greeted with a hibiscus tea. After filling out a quick questionnaire I was promptly taken to a private room with Pam. She talked me through the treatment and proceeded to draw lines on my face with white pen to assess the symmetry of my face and mark the injection sites. She found that my face is severely asymmetrical and therefore would need to use more filler on one side to balance out my face (something only a really talented and experienced injector would see). The injecting itself was less than 7 mins long. RECOVERY: Very mild redness which dissipated within 30 mins, and no bruising at any point. Sleeping slightly upright on my back that night was probably the only thing that was uncomfortable. The following day my face was a little sore, and smiling/laughing exacerbated it. It didn't hurt though, just sore. As far as swelling goes, I can't tell. There may be underlying swelling that will subside? PAIN: 1/10. I'm more afraid of needles than a toddler at a first doctors appointment, and I cannot stress how pain-free this procedure is. Pam was very attentive to my anxieties and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I was also given a tool called a Vibrata to hold against my chin to mask the sound of the needle puncturing my skin (all the vibrata does is loudly vibrate). Pam is such a specialist that she replaced the needle various times since it becomes blunt. It was literally completely pain free--the only discomfort was from sitting in that chair knowing a needle was in my face. FINAL THOUGHTS: I love my new cheeks! Ive had my fair share of injections, and I can say wholeheartedly that it's not just a matter of the treatment but ALSO the skill of who is doing it. Pam is an artist with a true eye for this work. I highly recommend cheek fillers to anyone seeking to add more dimension to their face, and I implore you to book with Pam if you're in NYC. read more

I have always been insecure about the lower half of my face, namely my lips and smile. I come from a long line of thin-lipped Irish women. I remember so clearly in middle school, trying to pull off Gwen Stefani's bold red lip and looking like I just drew two Crayola lines across the top of my chin. For some reason, I always lumped fillers in with more surgically heavy cosmetic procedures, but with the rise of places like this, I started entertaining the process more. I read a lot of reviews for a lot of medical spas, and settled on Plump based on the amazing gallery. Holy s***, I have lips now! I saw Jiyean and she was great. I didn't really have much guidance to offer her on what I wanted other than, I want lips but I don't want to look unnatural. She did an amazing job in helping me choose how much product to use and stopped at multiple points of the process to ask me if I liked how it was going. Also, it was really minimally painful - eyebrow threading hurts SO much more than this. Don't be turned off by the bruising - I bruise super easily, and those bruises reflect much more on my idiopathic hematoma formation and not on Jiyean's injection skills. When all was said and done, she used almost a full vial for me. The end result is having lips that don't disappear when I smile, but most definitely still look like they belong on my face. I absolutely cannot wait until they are fully healed and I can pull off that Gwen red my middle school heart always desired. read more

I had a lump (under eye) and i understand Mistakes happen, but I was spoken to like it wasn't their fault and it "happens" - no it didn't just "happen", one injector was educating the other using me as a subject of education - I didn't mind, but a mistake happened and I still paid full price and was left with a hallow eye and 200$ credit. I had it dissolved today and pressed on (4 hours later it's gone - was easily fixable) - So, basically I paid to get my filler dissolved, does that make sense to you? Every drop is expensive Lol but The product was stuck in the canula injected area for eye (guess it didn't make it into under eye?) . And gave this weird effect (see images attached). I'm trans and a perfectionist - every detail counts! Especially since I'm venturing into YouTube soon. *#%** But what really set me off beyond the gaslighting attempt- was the front desk brunette! ** side note: the blonde is always pleasant and amazing. I really like her even if it's authentic or not- she's just one of those types that pleasant to be around (the injectors are also super cool). It started 4 months ago or so I when i called to book and the brunette answered and replied "do you just want to go online and book" when I called to book over the phone. I wouldn't have even been pissed- but the energy became so stuck up and very rude. And I've worked with real fashion models who I made into top models and they never acted like that. Like why am I getting this shitty treatment - i am a loyal customer. Is it my transness? My fabulous ways? That I'm twice your age and I look better than you? What is it grasshopper? I'll just say this - cheeks are great here - and under eyes as well if a mistake isn't made(but they fix it). They have a great technique here. I highly recommend if you desire cheekbones and under eye conservative (more expensive with better results go to an ophthalmologist surgeon for eye area injections - they even do Botox to keep eyes from squinting when you smile!) Anyway I'm almost done with my novel. I'm just so passionate about aesthetics- oh yeah, I've spent 4-5k? Here? But my face gets injected by like 3 different locations. I really loved the foundation they laid on my face. Best of luck everyone reading this- I know the desire to turn back time and to be treated how you feel. Especially women! I've never had anything cosmetically done before so I wanted to really do my research before going for it. After doing research and finding that Plump not only had the best reviews, they also had great documentation of their clients procedures/before & afters which ultimately led me to believe they were the best place to get my first lip fillers done. I went with Samantha, who is a total rockstar at making lips look so good. I was nervous but she totally made me feel at ease. I also went in there just knowing I wanted thicker lips but had no idea there were things to consider like if I wanted to keep my Cupid's bow or have that filled out? Etc etc. I told Samantha that I just wanted "overlined" lips and she worked her magic and actually gave me the lips I've always wanted! I need to be honest though, when doing my research a lot of people claimed lip fillers are a 1/10 pain. IT IS NOT. You get about 10-20 minutes of numbing cream to help but once you're injected it will still hurt. Although the juvederm fillers include some kind of numbing effect so after the first two injections on each side, you won't feel much anymore. Anyway, if you're wondering if you should go here to get lip fillers done, the answer is YES. My lips are thicker but a lot of people tell me they still look good and natural.
