If I could give zero stars to Jeff I would!! My husband was at corwin motors a couple weeks ago to get an oil change on our van. His parents had just sold a car to them so he was out in the parking lot while he waited, trying to find their car. A sales guy beelined his way over to my husband and started trying to sell him a vehicle. My husband has a very hard time telling people "no" so he got suckered into going for a test drive and giving this guy his number. Well my husband eventually escaped the situation but the story doesn't end there!! Jeff texted the next day to ask when we were coming back to buy this vehicle. My husband told him we weren't interested so he proceeded to tell us we were putting our family in danger by driving an older van and that we should get rid of it before we regret it. The nerve!!!! And mind you this SUV he was trying to sell us was $50,000!!!!!! What young couple needs a 50,000 dollar loan?!? No us! Anyway Jeff texted my husband two more times trying to get him to buy this vehicle even though my husband was starting to get nasty with him. At this point we blocked the number because the situation was getting outta control. Fast forward a few days and this guy uses a different phone so that he can keep bothering us! I went to Eisinger to check out Equinox. Paul (Digger) invited me through Biz to Biz. When I got there, he was busy with another customer, so he introduced me to Burt (Frenchy) Goodspeed. That was the most delightful experience I have ever had with a car salesman. At no time was I ever "sold". He was not a salesman, he was a kind, patient and knowledgeable guide. He walked me through the process of learning about Equinox, I drove one and another GMC vehicle that was like an Equinox. He quickly became familiar with me and what I wanted and needed. I did not feel like he was interviewing me, I felt like he was getting to know a new friend. He walked away a few times and gave me time to think. Had he not given me that time, or had he wanted me to make a quick decision, I would have left. After all, I only WANTED a different vehicle, I didn't NEED one. As I think of it since, I realize I met an expert salesman. I learned valuable lessons from him for my own sales business. Ted & Jim are the best guys in the car industry I know. Lee & I were so happy to have them help us figure out what we need, and then make it happen. After my Dad, Bob, retiring from the car industry after working in it for YEARS, it was really emotional going back into a dealership and the stress of finding something new, and such an investment. I have to say this is the best car lease experience I've ever had. I went to the dealership with my husband who was looking at a truck (which was exactly what he wanted and leased, he too had a great experience) of course I started looking at the other cars at the dealership. Shawna their sales person showed me all of the vehicles that were in my criteria, totally knowledgeable about all the vehicles, low key, no pressure. Tyler the sales manager made me a deal I couldn't refuse. When I came back to pick up the car Shawna went above and beyond to get my lease exchange handled, worked miraculously through this entire process to make sure I was happy and satisfied. I've had nothing but great experiences with Corwin, particularly with their service department. Since purchasing my 2019 Chevy truck, I've gone to Corwin for recurring maintenance and for a couple of instances in which minor repairs (damage of my own doing) needed to be done. The folks at Corwin have been incredibly responsive and the quality of their work is outstanding. Most of my contact with Corwin has been through "Danny", a Corwin service representative - great guy and is on top of everything; nothing falls through the cracks. Otherwise, their service bay area is spotless and orderly and, from what I've observed, the service techs go above-and-beyond to make sure your vehicle leaves is top condition. We traveled 2 1/2 hours to Kalispell to look for a vehicle for our college age daughter. We were greeted with Josh Wear's friendly personality right away. This was our daughters first vehicle she would be purchasing on her own. Josh was great on making this an exciting experience for her. He walked her through the process with a big brother approach, making sure she was comfortable with the purchase. We never felt like it was a pushy atmosphere. Brad was very helpful and had a great sense of humor. I brought my car in to replace a headlamp that apparently had burned out and also to have my axle checked because when I was in about 2 weeks prior for an oil change and tire rotation, the mechanics checked out my car and it appeared there was a problem with my axle and the boots. I did contact Ben Eisinger and he said he would only pay $200 at one of his shops to do the $1400 estimate I got from another shop. That's not working with me. I have had two other people I know have issues from the quick lube in the past month as well. Only way to solve this issue is to do what is right and pay for the damages at a shop I choose. read more
