05 January 2023 This is the most ATROCIOUS DEALERSHIP that I have ever seen or dealt with. Once a vehicle is sold to the customer, getting service help, for the purchased vehicle is zero to none! Calling the parts department, you can either get put on hold, the elevator music is terrible, or you can get passed around like a soccer ball, until you do get to talk to someone that is as clueless as a mannequin. When this person tells you, that someone will call you back, and I give two (2) phone numbers, after getting off of the phone, I know there will be no phone call. Yes, I was right. No phone call! Now, you can walk into Corwin Motors and (1) the sales people are scrambling around, to do what, that is a good question. (2) the parts department acts as if they are super busy either looking up parts, or may shopping on Amazon, or busy talking on the phone, maybe calling in the lunch order. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT AT THE TOP OF THE LIST AT THIS PLACE, BUT GETTING THE ALMIGHTY DOLLAR IS! I purchased a 2014 Ford Raptor from this dealership, latter August, 2022. Approximately 10/15 days later, I had an issue with the map light. While in town, I stopped by Corwin Motors to try and get this problem resolved. The salesman (the man seeking the almighty dollar) and another gentleman (tight pants, no socks, no it all attitude) comes out to see what is going on with the map light. "Mr Know It All" after a few minutes, of doing who knows, fried/burned out, the map light housing! No apologies, just that Corwin Motors will have to order a new map light housing! Just this situation alone, a very simple situation, should have told me that I was dealing with some VERY CLUELESS, INCAUTIOUS, WISENHEIMER! I ask, would the housing fix the electrical circuit that this map light was connected to, the salesman had a "deer in the headlight" look, while MR Know It All, became very defensive, because how dare I ask such a question! After numerous phone calls, because leaving a message doesn't work, (they will not call you back), I finally found that the part was in at Corwin Motors! While waiting for this part, I also begin to have issues with the vehicle transferring into 4x4 low and 4x4 high. After calling Corwin Motors, I finally got in contact with, I guess an honest service technician that told me, CORWIN MOTORS DOES NOT HAVE THE UNDERSTANDING TO WORK ON FORD VEHICLES. CORWIN MOTORS SELLS FORD VEHICLES, BUT ARE TO CLUELESS TO WORK ON FORD VEHICLES! Thank goodness Kalispell Ford is less than 1/2 mile from this circus of a car dealership. I had to go to Kalispell Ford to get a second key made for this vehicle, when I purchased my truck, because the more Corwin Motors can inconvenience the customer, the happier, the owners and all of the employees, of this clown organization are! Now, since 02 January 2023, my truck is at a knowledgeable location, that has an understanding of how vehicles work, with service advisors that will call you back--KALISPELL FORD. This vehicle that I purchased, the latter part of August 2022, ( less than 6 months), is now getting the rear differential rebuilt/replaced, because metal shavings were found in the milky differential oil. Checking the differential oil is just as easy as checking the transmission fluid, checking the brake fluid level, adding wiper fluid, or even putting gas in the vehicle, if you know how! Thank goodness I did get an oil change, from the FORD DEALERSHIP, while my truck is still at KALISPELL FORD, while I wait back on a reply from FIDELITY WARRANTY! Yes, when I purchased this vehicle I was under the impression that these things were checked out prior to my purchase, but I was wrong. IF YOU ARE IN THE MOOD TO BE SWINDLED, LOOKING FOR A DEALERSHIP THAT DOES NOT CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER, EMPLOYEES CLUELESS Thank goodness I did purchase a warranty, but purchased this warranty along with the truck at Corwin Motors. I will have have to see if the warranty is any good, or did Corwin Motors swindlescam, or use the art of deception for more money! read more

I am writing this review now that I am finally done dealing with Corwin Honda. Dealing with Corwin Honda has been absolutely awful and I can't think of one good thing to say. I was neglected, ignored, and rejected at nearly every turn in this purchase. I saw online Corwin had a vehicle that I was very interested in. My salesman Jake and I came to an agreement on price of the vehicle which included Corwin replacing the broken windshield and a trade in value for my old vehicle. I left content with our agreement on a Wednesday after being told the windshield would be replaced on Monday. Saturday I was told the glass for the vehicle had been ordered on the Wednesday I bought the vehicle and everything was on time. Monday I was texted and told the glass was not there and the third party hired to fix it didn't know when they would get it so I should come get my vehicle, and that they didn't have time to do paperwork to trade in my old vehicle so we could do that the next day, I reaffirmed the price we had agreed upon. Later that night after I had made other nessasary arrangements to sell my old vehicle I received another text from Jake saying they no longer wanted my vehicle because it would be too difficult to get the title seeing as one of my parents moved out of state and was on my vehicles title. Two days later, still no word from the third party about the windshield so I decided to take care of things myself. I went to Safelite Auto Glass and they gave me a Quote saying they could have the glass installed in a week. I took the quote to the dealership and asked to speak to a sales manager, Brian, who promptly wrote me what I thought was a check. He didn't bother to ask what was wrong, if he could make anything better which was very upsetting because I had just done their job for them in less than an hour that they hadn't been able to do in the week since I originally paid for the vehicle. I took the "check" back to Safelite when I realized it wasn't actually a check but a work order. I had to contact Corwin AGAIN to figure out what to do with that and after being bounced around on the phone for 10 minutes I was told to give that to Safelite to deal with. Both the manager at Safelite and I were very confused by this and he apologized profusely for how Corwin Honda was treating me. In the mean time I took my old vehicle to a salvage yard that said they'd be willing to buy it. The mechanics there said it was not only a cheap mechanical fix but the title issue could be resolved very easily in less than a week. The day before the glass was to be replaced Safelite told me they still had no contact with Corwin. I went in again and asked to speak to a different manager, after about fifteen minutes of waiting a man named Randy came to speak with me. I explained the situation about the "check" I was given and he clearly didn't listen because he tried to see if they could fix it there at the dealership. I explained it again and told him to call Safelite. He was very rude and aggressive to me and the manager at Safelite over the phone. Once again, I got no apology from Corwin Honda. Exactly a month later and zero check ups, Corwin Honda emailed me saying my paperwork had been delivered to the MVD and I would get an email in seven to ten days with an appointment to register the vehicle. Eleven days go by, my temporary registration is now expired and no word from MVD or Corwin so I contacted Jake asking what to do and I was told I could either wait for that email or go in. It has been a month and a half now, I went to the MVD and asked at the information counter what paperwork I need to do this myself since I never got an email. The person at the counter says is that they have never sent emails to anyone regarding registration of a new vehicle and they don't know why Corwin Honda would have told me this. read more

Again, would give zero stars if I could. First sold me the car with bad brakes, had to take it back in and make them replace it themselves as the service check said brakes were good. Now-- Had this car under a year, has been shifting weird for last 6 months, finally got to take it in, then they pawned me off on ford saying it was a recall. It was not a recall. Ford said they would help me anyways. the entire transmission needs replaced and its only 4 years old and was also told it was a rental car which I was not told when buying it. Just scum bags, dishonest, and disgusting people who just want to make money and do not care about anyone right after the car is sold and driven off the lot. They must have some really nasty notes about me in my profile because they always treat me like complete shit every-time I go in there. I am not afraid to speak up about the unprofessionalism, terrible customer service from service and sales at the entire Corwin Company. I have bought 4 cars there my entire life and this last one was treated like garbage. DO NOT GO HERE. read more

Bought a great used car in August, we're now almost 2 weeks into September and my local DMV still hasn't received my title in the mail. When I contacted my sales guy, Connor Schmidt, he said he would "see what they could do to get me an extension on my temporary plates" and that "once they put the title in the mail "it's out of their hands". Well, my temporary plates expire in 4 days. That was yesterday, today I spoke with Caleb, he talked to their title people, called me back and let me know they were working on the problem. He then texts me and lets me know I can pick up the temporary plate, that's an hour and a half drive from Libby to Kalispell. So, I'm supposed to take time out of my workday and make a trip to the dealership for something that isn't my fault? I really like my car, when purchasing it the salesman was good, we did wait awhile to talk to the finance guy, but this experience has definitely put a bad taste in my mouth. read more

We traveled from Tacoma WA to purchase a 2013 GMC Duramax Diesel. Communication with our sales rep, Remi was excellent! Pics, video, and preloading the paperwork for an efficient transaction when we arrived. Their pre-sale safety inspection was excellent. They really made the difference between buying a used truck from them VS. from a private party. This truck is fully serviced and ready to tow. They posted a vehicle that was grossly overpriced (go figure) then when my husband and I went to look at it and test drive it, they had it ON THE LOT completely trashed. Cigarettes, weed containers, pill bottles, garbage strewn all about and in the front seat... How about don't post it (or overpriced for that matter) if you haven't even taken the time to clean it. Then when I called to let them know, Anthony was his name, didn't give an absolute crap. He could have rectified the situation or at least shown good customer service but that was obviously too much to ask. 0/10 would not recommend ever. read more

This establishment engages in predatory lending. Young adult relatives were pre-approved for a loan as first time car buyers. The salesperson here talked them into a more than double interest rate so they could "walk out with the car", saying the pre-appoved took a lot of time. Yes- bad decision on the buyers part, but a bad business approach to taking advantage of first time buyers. Their bank is re-doing the loan and is pretty shocked that this happened. read more

Was so hoping for a better experience than previous owner , but no ... a full day to get a vehicle back for an oil change scheduled for first appointment of day- went at 1 to see if ready because they weren't answering phones and told it would be ready by noon... huh? Then stood around 10+ minutes when picking up when returning at end of day because I had prepaid for service and they couldn't figure out my service agreement I paid for at purchase of vehicle - then treated me like I got a free service and should be okay with whatever- didn't rotate tires as service was paid for either, just bad all around . I researched for a car that I felt would be safe enough and large enough for our rapidly growing family. Eisinger Motors Sales department was phenomenal and didn't make us feel like we were taking too much time making our decision. We had our 2016 Acadia for less than a month and it started leaking water through all of the electrical buttons on the Interior ceiling after it was washed. And by leaking I mean a steady stream of water. I called Eisinger and the person I talked to was so apologetic and stated she had put me on the schedule for first thing in the morning. So I drove two hours with two tiny children to get my car looked at. Miraculously, nobody knew about our situation or had us on a schedule. They stated it would be 2-3 hours before they could look at it and we should go over to the oil change center first. We were bounced back and forth between areas and finally I just started crying in the middle of the show room with two small children. Two hours later the service person helping us stated that it was the windshield and eisinger doesn't cover glass. Then he said "we did our best for you because I had service change your oil"... I have now spent countless hours going to glass shops getting the windshield checked, making calls to eisinger because my windshield IS NOT the problem. I found out MYSELF that GMC has water tubes from sky lights to the wheel wells that back up, but nobody in this service department was willing to lift a finger to fix a problem. I am now sitting in my driveway catching water from my electrical unit in my really expensive and "safe" family vehicle. I am so beyond sad about my new vehicle purchase, and so disappointed Eisinger Motors. All I heard was good things, and all I have had was terrible experiences. read more

If I could give zero stars, I would. Worst experience ever. Drove 2 hours to look at 3 trucks. Called ahead on our way to let Jo know exactly which trucks so they were ready because we were in a time crunch, we were ASSURED they were on the lot & ready to be seen. Get there, 2 of 3 were on the lot. 1 was on an 'offsite' location 'down the road'. Took 1 of the trucks to get the other truck AT THE MANAGERS HOUSE 20 MINUTES AWAY. We had no idea or we would never had agreed to go get it. Even worse, on our way the truck we were driving & interested in's computer starting glitching, turning on/off radio by itself. This couldn't get any worse. Until we got to managers house, the truck we were most interested in was dirty, stuff everywhere like they've been driving it for weeks. Drove it back another 20 minutes to dealership & it made the most annoying noise, as if there was a grasshopper in the freaking vent. We couldn't get out of there fast enough. I've never wrote a negative review in my life but wasting 6 hours due to poor customer service, neglect & disorganization is unacceptable. Save your time, their prices are 'aggressive' but their service/product is a joke. I'd pay double to not have to go back there. read more

A couple months ago, I took our family Chevy van into Corwin to get the transmission serviced, since it hadn't been working right for quite a while. I was told the system looked good and that if the servicing didn't work right, bring it back for diagnostic work. It was possible that another smaller type issue could be the cause if this didn't work. A month or two later, after no changes, I brought it back for recommended diagnostic work. The diagnosis went from "the system looks good" to "you need a new transmission", for a mere $4,300. When I objected from what I had been told prior, I was talked down to in a condescending manner and told that it was some "transmission bands". Not trusting the sudden and dramatic shift, I took it down to Flathead Transmission for a 2nd opinion. They called me back a short time later to ask for permission to proceed, as they had found the issues. There was a broken transmission filter laying in the bottom of the pan. Nothing about any "transmission bands". How could these items have been so badly missed by the Corwin diagnosis? They also recommended a new wiring harness and re-servicing the system, which I did. Total cost: $470 and system works perfectly. This saved us approximately $4,000, which is a pile of money to this family of ten. Lost our $120 "diagnostic" fee and not really sure what they serviced to begin with if there was a broken filter laying in the pan and the original problem never changed. I wasn't very excited to talk to anyone here after this and being talked down to. I did send a detailed email to groberts@corwinauto.com on April 7th but never heard anything back. read more

Upon trusting Eisinger Motors with lives of myself and my family to replace the brake lines in my GMC truck, I was shocked to have lost the brakes driving down the steep road into my drive. Upon investigation by the tow truck driver, and two independent mechanics, it was proven that one of the brake lines had not been replaced, due to the rust and compared to the others that had. This brake line had broken and caused me to loose the brakes. Passengers were hurt, and the truck was destroyed in a collision with a tree. After paying 1,500.00 for the replacement brake lines I trusted that Eisinger was honest and competent. As I have served for our country, I believe people to be honest. I dealt with Brad as my service advisor. he was very easy to deal with and he explained everything to me that needed to be done to my car. (No B.S.) Avoid buying used cars from them they are crooks! My son in law purchased a used truck. Being a trusting person he believed them when the told him to truck was in great shape. Two days after purchase the truck doesn't run needs over $5000 in repair work just to get it running, which of course they refuse to do. They knew the truck would break down and they still sold it with a smile on their face. We have since heard that they have a reputation for this so be careful. read more

Beware of used cars!!!! I bought a used Lexus from them. I had just gotten out of the hospital and was desperate for a safe reliable car to get back and forth to the doctor. They assured us the car was in immaculate condition. There was even a pack rat nest in the in cabin air filter! The check engine light came on on the ride home. I recently had some problems with my Chevy Colorado diagnosed at Corwin Motors. That was all good but where I really had an issue was the courtesy shuttle. The guy who drives the courtesy shuttle is great, friendly and knows how to get around! My vehicle was finished and I called for a shuttle. He showed up at my office; no problem. Then he says "oh we need to stop by another shop and pick up my boss," no problem I figure. We get to the shop to pick him up and he's not there. So we have to wait for almost 15 minutes (by that time I could've been on my way leaving the dealership) and the guy finally shows up. After he goes and drops the keys he goes to the back seat and gets out a BIG BOX OF JIMMY JOHNS SANDWICHES. I mean seriously?! I had to sit and wait and delay my day so you could get lunch. That's not cool. "Family business for over 100 years" should not being doing this to a customer. read more
