Don't deal with this dealership. Absolute garbage and shady all around. Inquired about a vehicle from out of state. Salesman Mike McLean was super pushy the entire time to get me to buy even though the vehicle wasn't even ready yet. I should've known better when the first interaction based on the carfax they've already had the car an entire month. He told me they've had it two days. He acted like I was inconveniencing him the entire time. He clearly didn't even know what was going on with the vehicle. Giving me tons of different stories on it being serviced and then contradicting himself saying he doesn't know what's done to it. Continued to push me to buy even had the sales manager lance rogers call me on a weekend to try and put a deposit on it 14 minutes before they closed. Once again, without the vehicle even being cleaned yet and still in service for an issue with no idea how long it'd take to fix. Finally, on a Monday I decided to go ahead and put a REFUNDABLE deposit on it. Apparently they only do non refundable and I was the exception cause they're so nice but I know better and got it refundable, given I still haven't even seen it cleaned up yet. The next day they finally sent me updated photos with it washed, only took a week. Just to see they installed a front plate bracket drilling holes in the bumper (it never had one before and the cars been in Montana its entire life) this upset me as I don't need a front plate in my state and they just ruined an expensive bumper when they could've just asked me first knowing I'm out of state. They don't HAVE to install that. Anyways, I simply told Mike I was upset about that, never said I wanted to back out or get it fixed. And he immediately pushed to refund me even though I still would've taken the vehicle if he wasn't so rude about it. It's clear he didn't want my business since I got a good deal on it and he'd rather pawn it off to some local sucker and he'd have less work to do. Now mike and lance are completely ghosting me lmao when this easily could've been resolved with some simple accountability. Take your money elsewhere! Bought a new 2026 GMC Sierra SLT. I have since regretted the purchase. First, a $66,000+ vehicle should have a HomeLink ability to connect the vehicle to garage doors. Unfortunately I didn't know that it didn't have that feature until after I had finalized the sale. Since even entry level vehicles from most manufacturers have that feature I foolishly assumed an upline GMC Sierra would be similarly equipped . My mistake, but it doesn't make it better since I am constantly reminded by the fact my sun visor now has to host multiple remotes. Today I have just completed my first service. When I got the report from Corwin, it says the tires are starting to wear and replacement may soon be needed. The truck only has 6600 miles. When I expressed my surprise and dismay I was told GMC always puts the cheapest tire possible on the new trucks and most people replace them prior to 20,000 miles. I have rapidly gone from enjoying a new truck to worrying about what shoe will drop next. Unlike my previous trucks I think this one is going to be a short term adventure. Maybe a Ford F150 or Toyota Tundra will earn a convert. I realize this review is more about GMC than Corwin, but I think the sales process should have made these issues transparent. read more

They took it an replaced it with a peice of shit acdelco without even asking or telling me .. Will be goin in Monday an raising holy hell. Bout an acadia December 2025 . Poor service keeps coming out of this Dealership! After purchasing a vehicle, I tried to register the vehicle. I was informed Connie had not dropped off the paperwork. My temp plate expired and I was stopped by the police for this. I again tried to register my vehicle and once again Connie still had not dropped off the paperwork. Connie was rude and placed blame on the other departments at Corwin and informed me that the police are "ding dongs " for pulling over an unregistered vehicle and that she would take it down in a couple days to drop it off. Called Corwin GMC with a repeat problem, just to be treated very poorly. The first time our GMC Yukon AT4s front air ride system froze up leaving us stranded with the front all the way down, in Dec of 2022 we took it in under warranty and they admitted there was a problem and GM knew it. The second time they said our vehicle is outside your warranty and to schedule an appointment even though they know it's an ongoing issue with these systems. But what made it worst was he lied that it isn't an ongoing problem. We took it to a local reputable auto repair center up by Fatboys where they said they get tons of vehicles in with this exact problem. Ended up being a software issue which they fixed as they knew the fix due to a memo sent out by GM. Why didn't Corwins read the memo or maybe they did but just wanted to soak another customer. What a great experience with Brandon in the used car sales department. I called the dealership and explained our delicate family situation and not having the emotional energy to do the "used car sales dance" and felt heard. I told Brandon that my aging mom was looking to transition from a Ram 1500 to something easier to get in and out of. I told him my price range and that we were coming from Helena and didn't want to waste each other's time with the "back and forth" I had been used to when buying a car. We agreed on a price, made the trip, and couldn't be happier. My mom has a reliable and beautiful new car and that is one less thing on my family to do list. Corwin will leave you stranded and in the dark when your brand new (2025) car breaks. The buying experience wasn't great. Full of tired dealership tactics and games, but the reason for 1 star is our new car's transmission had issues in the first month of ownership and won't shift leaving my wife stranded (I'm using my wife's yelp acct to write this review). Brand new car dead in the water. Nearly a week after it $h!ting the bed and getting it towed to the dealership and they never bothered to reach out. When asked about getting a replacement / courtesy car, so we aren't stranded for weeks they were rude and said it's GM's responsibility. When we called GM they tell us to talk to Corwin. After nearly a week and 4-5 calls to GM we were told that if we go out and rent a car it MAY be reimbursed when this is all over. My wife has been without a car for nearly a week. In the meantime our 2 year old gets a bad fever and my wife has to run to the neighbors house to borrow a car to take him to the dr because I work 24-48hr shifts as a first responder. We have gotten zero help from Corwin, just tepid robotic answers. Corwin does not stand behind their cars and have been terrible every step of the way. I will never buy from them again and will recommend no one else does after the way they have treated us. read more

There's more! I *had* to take my Honda Pilot to Corwin for an urgent recall on my car, I have nowhere else in town that I know of to take care of recalls. I had a 9:15am appointment and asked how long it might take, understanding it is an estimate. The person assisting me said if there was something wrong, it could take 3 hours and if it's fine, it will be far less time. Great. I then received a text from him (I said oh, I just received a text from you! so HE KNEW I HAD JUST RECEIVED A FAULTY TEXT). This text said that I could monitor the progress on my car. Great, that will help so I know when to come back. At 12:15, I checked the app and it said my car was in inspection (not service). The text said to call and text if I wanted, so I did. FIFTY MINUTES later I still had no idea what the status of my car was. So I got a ride to Corwin and asked in person. The person helping me said that he had been busy with one customer for the past 3 hours and so hadn't gotten to my text. Um, okay, that's ridiculous. I said that I had checked the app and it said my car was still in inspection. He said that that app doesn't work. You know the app you texted me doesn't work? But you still let me use it to not get accurate information? The complete facade of communication is just outrageous. I asked the status. My serviceman took 20 minutes to check and then told me that it was being worked on right now, the final recall was in progress. I asked how long it would take (so I could decide whether to wait there) and he said one hour. Fine. It seemed really shady, though, so I took a walk and oh, wow, there's my car in the back parking lot, not being worked on. I walked back in and said hey, my car isn't being worked on, it's in the parking lot. My serviceman said, oh, he's at lunch. So....what's with the lying? I don't get it. I was told my car was being worked on right now and it sure the heck wasn't. I asked which recall hadn't been done and the serviceman LOOKED AT THE PAPER and said the moisture box (not the technical term, but I'm using it so you will see that later that *gasp!* was not true). I said I would take care of that later, I wanted my car back now. I wasn't going to sit there for 3 hours while they lied to me about the status of my car. He said okay and 20 minutes later brought me my keys. He said that the recall that hadn't been done was a different one than the moisture box. I am so confused. Do you all not know what you are doing? Or are you pathological liars? Why is getting straightforward car maintenance work done with them so awful? They smile big to your face and you think this is fine, but then it is obvious they aren't doing what they just said to my face. original review: My experience with Corwin Honda Kalispell is that they are... just the worst. A week after purchasing a car with them that I ended up hating, they proceeded to make trading that car in absolutely miserable. They wouldn't transfer any of the packages I purchased for the original vehicle (again, after less than ONE WEEK). When a few days after purchasing the vehicle I said I didn't like it (it had a top-hinged gas pedal which they had no understanding of), Randy, the manager said "too bad, there's nothing you can do in Montana." Do not go to this dealership! Pretty bad when people who have vehicles under warranty go somewhere else and pay to have the original problem fixed, as well as the problem caused by the dealership. Had previously purchased several vehicles from them, and had an offer in on a used Camaro, which they sold out from underneath us without ever contacting us, for a lousy $250 more, and to someone out of state, no less. Tried to order a pickup truck. They said they didn't know how to do that. WTH?? Kept pushing to purchase one off the lot, but they didn't have what my husband wanted. Then the Camaro thing happened, and they lost our business entirely. They could have had my husband's $75000 pickup, and we are now in the market for a new $45000 Traverse. We go to Missoula Chevrolet. They ordered my husband's truck the way he wanted in 15 mins. The latest is we recently tried to make an appointment for a problem with the touchscreen/infotainment on my Colorado, which I purchased from them in Nov of 2018 (the last of 5 vehicles we've bought from them). Apparently they are too busy to bother with this, and we were rudely told they don't want our business. We contacted Missoula Chevrolet, and they also stated they were busy, but if we could drop it off and leave it with them, they would try to squeeze it in. And when asked about it the manager said that the ad was what came from the dealership when it was new. He then said he would buy us lunch and that we could take it or leave it and walked off. Then I got in the vehicle and the gas tank was less then a quarter tank and I asked about that....the salesman said we only fill up our new vehicles not pre-owned. I reached out to the GM and he said that the have disclaimers all over their website and he left it at that. Scam artist, complete bait and switch company. I recently contacted Corwin as I was looking to sell my truck. Kelly Blue Book put them as a potential buyer. I contacted them, spoke to the representative and told him I had an old work truck I was looking to sell. I was very honest about the truck having dents and dings as it's been a construction work truck for my company for years. I sent pictures to the rep and we had a text message back and forth about conditions and such. I sent photos and asked if he needed any more to assess the vehicles value. We settled on it being towards the low end of the KBB value- $18,000. He said they could honor that price range. I was not about to drive 2.5hours one way to sell a rig with an unknown number guarantee. Upon arrival and inspection the used car guy tries to tell me there is hail damage to only the roof(not the hood) of the truck and that will knock $4k off it's value! completely baited me into driving 2.5 hours with multiple vehicles to then switch the price upon arrival. I run a business and charge $125/hour plus $1/ mile driven. Y'all wasted over $1,000 of my time and money. you cited hail damage on the roof, but not the hood? Clearly a scam attempt, but I'm not desperate for money and walked. Completely praying on folks, baiting them in and scam switching their price based on Lies. Honor your word, and if you need more info ask. Don't commit others and try to steal from them. read more

Corwin Motors in Kalispell is the worst dealership I have ever encountered. I wish I could give it ZERO stars. I waited 9 months for my vehicle to arrive because the first one they ordered was wrong. To be fair, there are a few people there who are nice, and somewhat helpful. But most of the staff is rude and useless. For example, when I took my car in for a service one early morning, I had to wait for over an hour to get a ride home. Even though there were multiple people just standing around talking and hanging out. You would think that with a lot full of vehicles and multiple employees just standing around, they could drive a person home rather than making them wait an hour. But no, instead I got a snarky remark telling me that there was nothing they could do and I would have to wait. After spending hundreds of thousands of dollars with them you would think the service would be a bit better. I could truly go on and on, but will spare you the time it would take to read it all. I just wish there was another dealership here that handles the type of vehicle I have because then I wouldn't have to deal with Corwin ever again!! read more

I brought my truck in to trade in and purchase another larger tow capacity truck. My salesperson was Kara Krause and I highly recommend her. The process was much the same I have experienced in my life buying cars. A bit of back and forth to come to a price. A few things that could have made the experience a five star. Every car I have bought in the last 20 years they fill your gas tank which didn't happen here and not until the end of the process I learned there was only one key fob for the used truck. This is a pain since today I am going to buy another one... you need at least two in the event you loose one. Anyway my fault cause I know these things should be included but didn't ask. We recently purchased my husband's new truck from Eisinger in Kalispell. After visiting many dealerships, we decided to drive 3 hours to buy from them. Truck aside, this company could use a bit of help in the customer service department. 1) If someone is driving in from out of town to see a specific truck or car (and put a deposit down to hold it) it's customary to have it clean. The truck had crumbs in all of the cup holders... even sticky goo in some spots. When we decided to purchase it and I asked if it would be vacuumed and detailed, the salesman looked incredibly annoyed. 2) Because they gave us "such a deal," on our $30,000 truck... they wouldn't fill the gas tank all the way before we left with our new rig. REALLY?! You're going to lose future sales because of $30 to fill it beyond half a tank? Wow. When I asked the Salesman why, he told me his Sales Manager said he couldn't. 3) ZERO follow up. No thank you card, no call to see how we are liking it. Nothing. As someone who has been a customer service manager in hospitality and big-box retail... SHAME ON YOU! We won't be back and we certainly won't be recommending your dealership to our friends, family or co-workers. I hope the $30 you saved on gas and 10 minutes you saved NOT detailing the truck was worth it. read more

05 January 2023 This is the most ATROCIOUS DEALERSHIP that I have ever seen or dealt with. Once a vehicle is sold to the customer, getting service help, for the purchased vehicle is zero to none! Calling the parts department, you can either get put on hold, the elevator music is terrible, or you can get passed around like a soccer ball, until you do get to talk to someone that is as clueless as a mannequin. When this person tells you, that someone will call you back, and I give two (2) phone numbers, after getting off of the phone, I know there will be no phone call. Yes, I was right. No phone call! Now, you can walk into Corwin Motors and (1) the sales people are scrambling around, to do what, that is a good question. (2) the parts department acts as if they are super busy either looking up parts, or may shopping on Amazon, or busy talking on the phone, maybe calling in the lunch order. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS NOT AT THE TOP OF THE LIST AT THIS PLACE, BUT GETTING THE ALMIGHTY DOLLAR IS! I purchased a 2014 Ford Raptor from this dealership, latter August, 2022. Approximately 10/15 days later, I had an issue with the map light. While in town, I stopped by Corwin Motors to try and get this problem resolved. The salesman (the man seeking the almighty dollar) and another gentleman (tight pants, no socks, no it all attitude) comes out to see what is going on with the map light. "Mr Know It All" after a few minutes, of doing who knows, fried/burned out, the map light housing! No apologies, just that Corwin Motors will have to order a new map light housing! Just this situation alone, a very simple situation, should have told me that I was dealing with some VERY CLUELESS, INCAUTIOUS, WISENHEIMER! I ask, would the housing fix the electrical circuit that this map light was connected to, the salesman had a "deer in the headlight" look, while MR Know It All, became very defensive, because how dare I ask such a question! After numerous phone calls, because leaving a message doesn't work, (they will not call you back), I finally found that the part was in at Corwin Motors! While waiting for this part, I also begin to have issues with the vehicle transferring into 4x4 low and 4x4 high. After calling Corwin Motors, I finally got in contact with, I guess an honest service technician that told me, CORWIN MOTORS DOES NOT HAVE THE UNDERSTANDING TO WORK ON FORD VEHICLES. CORWIN MOTORS SELLS FORD VEHICLES, BUT ARE TO CLUELESS TO WORK ON FORD VEHICLES! Thank goodness Kalispell Ford is less than 1/2 mile from this circus of a car dealership. I had to go to Kalispell Ford to get a second key made for this vehicle, when I purchased my truck, because the more Corwin Motors can inconvenience the customer, the happier, the owners and all of the employees, of this clown organization are! Now, since 02 January 2023, my truck is at a knowledgeable location, that has an understanding of how vehicles work, with service advisors that will call you back--KALISPELL FORD. This vehicle that I purchased, the latter part of August 2022, ( less than 6 months), is now getting the rear differential rebuilt/replaced, because metal shavings were found in the milky differential oil. Checking the differential oil is just as easy as checking the transmission fluid, checking the brake fluid level, adding wiper fluid, or even putting gas in the vehicle, if you know how! Thank goodness I did get an oil change, from the FORD DEALERSHIP, while my truck is still at KALISPELL FORD, while I wait back on a reply from FIDELITY WARRANTY! Yes, when I purchased this vehicle I was under the impression that these things were checked out prior to my purchase, but I was wrong.
