Originally I was going to get my groomsmen's suits in fashion district but the price Margarita offered me was the same and her quality was much better. All the groomsmen flew in from out of town. They picked up their suits the day before the wedding and was able to get the pants tailored that day. Great little shop for suits! I went in looking for a suit for my wedding after going to mens warehouse and friar tux shop, both were a disappointment in options available. As soon as I went into Giorgio Cosani the nice lady Armina eyed my size and put me right into a grey suit that fit perfect right off the shelf. What a great find this store turned out to be! I ended up purchasing two very high quality suits made of silk, cashmere and wool, three 100% cotton shirts, Bostonian shoes plus they gave me a great FREE tie and handkerchief set for "checking in" on Yelp. I recently went into Giorgio Cosani because I needed a sharp looking suit for some formal business interviews. Problem is, I haven't worn a suit in years and I am horrible at picking out clothes for myself. I chose this place hoping to get some good old fashioned customer service to steer me in the right direction. I wasn't disappointed. Alina was great! In total, she spent 2 hours with me while I tried on stuff, all the while giving me suggestions on what would look good together. She even told me if some of my own shirts and ties I brought with me from home would match my new suit. All told, I bought a suit, a couple shirts and a few ties. I left very happy with my new selections. Also, there were a few minor issues with a couple of the things I had just bought. Alina took care of them immediately, no hassle. Awesome place! When I arrived, I was greeted by Margarita, who was very friendly and knows her suits! She took one look at me and was able to gather my correct measurements with one look. I told her what I was looking for, and that's what she found for me. No bs, no trying to sell me something that I wasn't asking for, very direct and this is how I like to do my shopping. I left the first day, unsure (but really 99% sure I was going to return to the store and buy my first suit). I returned to the store the next day and bought myself a suit. Then returned the day after one more time, with my cousin, and bought myself and my cousin a suit. From the moment I walked in with my fiance, I knew this place was special. Ilina, a lovely and sharp woman, immediately made us feel right at home. Once I told her what I as looking for and she got my general sizes, she was at work pulling some great suits for me to try on that were in and around my budget. Within 20 minutes, I found two beautiful suits with all of the accessories at a good price. I honestly had a really bad experience here. I got married and had 8 grooms men. 3 of my grooms mens are really fat and I told the store that I needed a suit that can fit me and all my groomsmen. I had elaine help me and she was very helpful. We came to an agreement that the suits would be 130 for all 8 grooms men. Little did I know that they changed the price and charged my groomed 15 bucks more. This was very unprofessional and I probably wouldn't of gotten mad if they would have been straight forward with me from the beginning. Another issue is that my groomen went on separate occasions and the older lady that is the manager is completely lost. She has no idea what she is doing and does not care to help. My grooms men were all frustrated with her because of her lack of communication. Also all suites came with a white collared shirt. 4 of my guys were given shirts that were supposably their size but they didn't fit. They have a policy that once the bag is open you cannot return, which makes no sense because they measured incorrectly, so in reality it's there fault it doesn't fit. Overall I would never go here again. They are very disorganized and really waisted my time on several occasions. I must say Giorgio Cosani is by far the most honest and fair store of any kind that I have purchased from. Four months ago, I had bought 3 lovely suits from them. Later I discovered one of the suits was dis colored slightly. I called them, and of course they asked me to bring it in. I brought the suit in, and Margarita, ever so professional and courteous, agreed the suit was slightly dis colored. We agreed that I leave the suit so the owner could take a look at it at a later date. A couple of days later Margarita called me and said that the owner also agreed the suit was dis colored because they had the suit as a display in the window, and it had gotten dis colored from the Sun. The suit was accidentally put back on the store rack where it was chosen by me and bought. The great staff at Giorgio Cosani decided to give me a suit of my choice that was actually more expensive than the dis colored one I had bought in the first place. Not only did they admit to making a mistake, they went beyond the call of duty and made me feel better than I had when I originally went to their store in the first place! This place is what a true definition of excellent customer service is!!!! I needed a nice suit for a reasonable price and I had no idea about suits at all. Caroline and Alina were working that day. They were both fashion experts and they gave me personal one-on-one service. I am very picky so they took their time in showing me many options and the best thing is that they have all price levels in their store, all categories, from entry level products to high-end brand names. I felt very comfortable in picking the best suit for me without any pressure from them. I also got a nice pair of Bostonian shoes but they had to order my size due to the fact that I am size 14 shoes and my suit needed alterations and they had to do a special order for my shirt. They called me the next day with a follow up that the shoes were shipped, then they called me again when they received the shoes and shirt, they kept their promise and delivered everything on time.
