Wow -- where do I even start? Jason was fantastic! I usually go with a 20% tip, but he was just too good -- I had to bump it up to 30%! First thing I always check in a restaurant is the restrooms, and they were spotless -- huge plus! The dining area was just as clean and welcoming. I even had a great little chat with the manager to let him know how much I was enjoying Jason's impeccable service. I couldn't believe it when he said he just started! You'd never guess -- he handled everything like a seasoned pro. The food? Also wonderful. I had filet mignon, a side house salad, some added bread and butter, a glass of champagne... it was the perfect setup for a relaxing day here at 54th Street in The Colony. I'll definitely be back -- and hopefully sitting in Jason's section again!

Have seen a few of these restaurants and finally got the opportunity to stop in. The interior is cool with race cars hanging on the ceiling as well as various other decorations throughout. It's a large restaurant with a good size bar area and plenty of TVs. They offer a full bar and good assortment of drinks and ones they put their spin on strawberry Long Island for instance. The fried picked were some of the best I've ever had. They had a cheese dust on the outside and some type of spice that gave it a nice light kick. They were cooked perfectly and had a great crunch. The chicken steak sandwich was good. Definitely use a fork and knife but worth that effort. The cheesecake was gigantic and immediately you think "i won't finish this" that's until you taste it. So good. The service was great and we didn't wait long at all for anything. Definitely a great spot for lunch dinner or just to grab a few drinks.

Came here for lunch and had a an amazing burger and service. My husband had soup and sandwich and I had a burger. The burger was under cooked than how I had ordered but Brian C, our waiter, quickly took care of it. The burger and the side order of Brussel sprouts were fantastic! We will definitely be back!

Where do I even begin!? My friend and I were looking for some late-night eats and came across this place, and I'm soooo glad we did! First off, the staff is A1; everyone was friendly, and our server Zoey was fantastic! We had no idea they had happy hour apps from 9 pm to close, so of course, we had to order any and everything! lol We tried the calamari, crab cakes, mushroom caps, Gringo Dip & Chips, Tequila Wrappers, and chicken fingers. We intended on ordering entrees too, but there was so much food we had no space. So note to self, they have large portions, no complaints here. I'll be back to try the entrees. My personal favorites were the gringo dip, tequila wrappers, and crab cakes. Also, they had $5 Sangrias; it was unheard of! I didn't try it, but my friend said it was excellent! Lastly, we ended with the salted caramel chocolate brownie, and omg, y'all, that thing is AMAZING! I would go back for that brownie alone But to make it even better, I think we paid $20 each for everything; it's literally unheard of. 100% voting this place best bang for your buck!

Great place for casual food in a casual ambiance. Me and my coworkers went to watch Rangers game with visitors and we loved all the food and the service was awesome as well. Super attentive servers who checked on us frequently. Fried pickles were our favorite!! So good. The calamari on the other hand was quite salty so prob won't order it next time. This will be my go to place to watch sports and enjoy good food.

The servers and food…read moreare good, but we have had some recent issues as a result of the new general manager, who is very sloppy and unqualified at his job, which is why we left upset and took our business elsewhere the other day. We went in on a Sunday afternoon so it was not too busy at the time. My girlfriend and I like to be seated at a "low top" because she has back issues with climbing up into higher seating. We don't mind waiting for that as inside "low tops" are limited. The hostess was very nice, as they always are. She took us to the middle of the venue to seat us and then walked away while we were waiting on our server. I stood up to walk around the table so that I could sit next to her instead of across from her. She stood up to move over and pulled out the chair next to her so she could sit back down. At that moment the new general manager walked up, and without offering any explaination, took the chair out of my girlfriend's hand and said, "We need this table for another party." He walked away and left us standing there without offering us another solution, and apology or calling the hostess over to seat us elsewhere. We were left standing there dumbfounded and looking around unsure of what to do. We started walking back toward the front of the venue as we spotted another open "low top" near there. At that same time the female hostess saw what had happened to us, and she started to walk toward us. Meanwhile, another male server - acting as host - seated some people at the new table we were about to get to with the hostess. We got mad and said, "it feels like someone is playing a game on us!" The hostess apologized as she could see we were aggitated. It was not her fault, and we do not blame her. We blame the rudeness of the general manager. We left to go eat somewhere else. This is not the first incident with this general manager, though. A few days prior, we were eating in there and had a good vantage point of one of the side kitchen entries off to the left of the bar toward the ffront half of the venue. A bus boy sloshed water all over the floor while moving wet dishes in a container back into the kitchen. He didn't have a chance to clean it up because he was buy walking back and forth doing other things. No big deal. The general manager walks up and proceeds to yell at another female server about the water who had absolutely nothing to do with the spill After she walks away, he did not take any real care to clean the spot up himself. He comes back after a minute to clean it up but not with a mop or anything. He takes two towels off the bar and mushes it around on the floor with his foot. He , then, proceeds to kick the wet towels under the bar before walking away. Talk about a safety and hygene issue. This kind of left a bad taste in our mouth. He does not treat his venue or his staff very nicely. We wantedd to get up and tell the other female server that we were sorry for her. This venue would be great if they would fire this rude and sloppy general manager. It's a shame because this used to be one of our favorite venues to go to all the time. The experience is starting to feel cheapened and sullied now.

One big plus was the parking--they have a large parking lot, although we did have to walk a bit and the shopping area was really busy that day Valet parking was also available. The restaurant itself is modern and clean and the service was prompt, friendly, and attentive for the first part of our meal but towards the end, you were hard pressed to get our water glasses refilled. We started with the calamari, Korean BBQ tacos, and Brussels sprouts, and all of the appetizers were very good with generous portion sizes. Unfortunately, the entrees were a disappointment. I ordered the prime rib medium rare plus, but it came out closer to medium well. Another person at our table also ordered a steak, and theirs was overcooked as well. It's especially disappointing when a restaurant misses the mark on the main course since they had a few options of steak on their menu. The appetizers and atmosphere were definitely highlights, but the overcooked steaks took away from what could have been a great dining experience.

The Skinny Bear did seem a little stronger, but both had great flavor and were easy to enjoy. For appetizers, we ordered the chips and queso. The chips were thin, crispy, and had a nice dash of seasoning on them, but we do wish they had been served hot. The queso was warm, but not piping hot, and the texture was a little gritty, almost powder-like. We were expecting a creamier cheese, so it was good, but not our favorite part of the meal. Now, the star of the show was definitely the Boss Hog flatbread. It was cooked to perfection, baked really well, and had that nice crispy texture.
