I found Carina on Groupon, and to my delight, she is one of the most kindest, most thorough and professional people that I have met. She gives a great explanation of the numbing, then blading, and healing process. Just as important: she is extremely precise. I've had my eyebrows threaded before, and those ladies just eyeball it. Carina, on the other hand uses rulers and lines to get the perfect brow, then checks in with you as to whether you like the shape. Last year, when I got my eyebrows microbladed for the first time, Carina had to guess as to what the final shape would be, because I had no eyebrow; she guessed almost exactly correctly, and during the touch up procedure, she made some minor adjustments and now I really like my eyebrows.
