Super rude service One of the girls that worked there was near by & was I grabbing a color and the girl was like are you doing gel and I said no regular color and she gave me an ugly face & she snatched the color I had & she was like you need to get a regular color then and then I was like which ones are regular color & then she acted like she didn't even know & I was like they all say gel & then she pointed at one & I was like well do you have one that looks like that one and she just grabbed a random one & I was like yeah I don't like it & then she just walked away .... later after I picked a different color I waited a good 10 min then was asked to sit in one of the chairs & I waited there for about 10 minutes no water in the chair for your feet or anything. I then got up and left. I was there for a total of 30 minutes with no service & a smart mouth. read more

I would have given this place five stars, but the nail tech that was working on my manicure cut my cuticles and sliced it open. Let's just say that shit hurt. It was only due to carelessness. The other nail tech who did my pedicure was amazing. They have a nice selection of colors, gels and nail colors. I didn't think their prices were too fair, but since they are in the nicer part of arlington, there prices reflected that as well. They also had a nice drink bar if you're trying to get hammered while your getting a mani pedi. Overall, I'd say 3 stars due to the prices and that one nail tech. read more

Let me start off that I'm VERY picky when it comes to pedicures, especially because I get French tip. The lady who worked on me did an AMAZING job. I got the cosmo pedicure. It was probably the best treatment I've ever gotten. The massage was the best part. Yes I got hot towels , wax, and a stone massage but nothing beat the massage when she was working on my back , neck and shoulders. Let's just say I'm coming back for every pedicure from now on. Recently when I come, I'm forced to make an appointment.. and they have started adding ridiculous charges to my bill to nickle and dime me to death. I paid $80 for a plain pedicure (the cheapest one with regular polish) and a dip set. ( no designs.) Love love love! Came here randomly after hearing about it. I called ahead and asked if they had any openings for the next hour. After arriving, I was immediately greeted. The staff was so friendly and kind! I got the dip powder for my first visit. I have never had a set last that long! My nails lasted over 3 weeks without breaking! During my next visit, I got a pedicure. It was my birthday so I got the most deluxe one and it was amazing. Also, let's not forget about the drinks... an open bar! They have so many options. Beer, wine, champagne, margaritas, Bloody Mary's, cocktails, etc. If you aren't looking for anything alcoholic, there's a variety off coffee, teas, sodas. This is a really nice place with a real bar in it. This place is worth a 5 star however, today June 12, 2020, we showed up for our appt and were proud to see the signs on the doors stating that "EVERYONE MUST WEAR A MASK WHILE INSIDE". But, When we stepped through the door the guy that greets customers is not wearing a mask and doesn't appear to have one with him. He never wore one the whole time we were there. The rest of the employees did wear mask. They did a great job at social distancing all customers. HOWEVER, 3 customers were allowed to be inside and receive pedicures while not wearing masks. 1 of them didn't even appear to have a mask with her. None of the staff said anything to them, not even the ladies giving the pedicures. It's a damn shame, but I won't be coming back. With so many nail salons in the area, you have to be vigilant against the spread if you want your business to survive. One infected person will shut you down. read more

Best pedi I've had on a long while. I showed up with two others without an appointment with two others. After a brief wait, they seated us in the chairs and let us sit and soak while letting the chair take care of our backs. I got the Manhattan pedi. It was wonderful! This is a small point, but I was exceptionally pleased that they use bigger towels for the hot towel wraps. For the first time ever, I didn't suffer drafts or droopy towels! I went to this location last Thursday. After reading the reviews I decided to call and make an appointment. I wanted to make sure I got in with no problems lol! I called the same day and the lady that answered was very nice! When I got there around 4:00pm they told me to pick a color. I got a gel color/514 for my nails and toes. I wasn't sure of a color so I asked the man that was at the front desk. He was very nice and helped me with no hesitation. I got my pedicure done by a lady name Vain not sure if that's how you spell it, but she was very nice and quiet. I loved her, she definitely took her time on my pedicure and manicure. I was there about two hours, while I was enjoying my margarita I saw people coming in around 5:45pm and they were advise that they were booked for the day. Which you don't really see that often in a nail place. I feel like they really care about making the customer happy and giving them the best service, so they don't rush! Which is fine with me because I will definitely keep coming here. Especially with their bar and service this place will be my second home! Just a tip for anyone wanting to try this place is to make an appointment or call ahead to check if they are busy. read more

So after being recommended this nail salon I decided to try it out. Upon entering I was greeted by a woman who was very kind. The woman that ended up doing my nails was nice also. They didn't explain what color palettes were gel, dip, etc. so I spent a bit of time maneuvering around to find the gel colors. I hate to be the boujie one, but I was super excited about this lavish bar I'd read about in all the reviews. Unfortunately, I wasn't even offered a beverage or anything which I thought was strange - that's never happened in any nail salon I've gone to. I bring it up only to attest to attention to detail and overall customer service compared to the pricing of the services. I don't mind paying more for service and quality, which I felt was lacking a bit from my experience. My nail technician didn't really talk much which is a plus or minus depending on the type of person you are. I, for one, like to talk to my technicians. Regarding my services, I got a gel manicure and she did an OK job on my nails, however you could see the brush streaks and they could have been a bit smoother. Compared to other nail salons she definitely did a better job, but there were a few things that could've been done differently for me to give a higher rating. Overall, I love the color - I just wished I would have gotten the service everyone else wrote about and smoother/streakless nails. I'll probably try again, but will be requesting Kiwi. This place is above & beyond the most beautiful nail salon I have ever been to in Texas it reminds me of the salons in California

Came in for a pedicure. Asked for no nail polish and wanted the callus on my feet removed. So i was charged for a standard pedicure $28 plus $5 for callus removal. The nail technician seemed to be in such a rush. She was done in exactly 26 minutes. From what i hear from friends, a good pedicure should last at least 45 minutes. The callus wasn't fully removed. I feel like she could have done a little more work. Will not be coming back. read more
