While on vacation I had to get my nails redone because they were lifting so I stopped my Cosmo Nails and I was nervous going to a salon so far from home but took a chance any way. Came in on a Sunday afternoon around 230 and was seated with Priscilla. I got a soak off, gel x set (medium) with gel and it came out to $85. She did such a great job on my new Gel x set! She listened to what I wanted in terms of design and color and delivered! If you're a nail girlie like myself and need your nails done while in the Orlando/ Lake Buena Vista area, I'd highly recommend her.

The vibe here is really soothing. You are greeted by your manicurist with a menu of your requested pedicure selection. They have a variety of selections for you. I needed soothing while my partner needed more of a lemon treatment to help exfoliate the feet. The manicurists even give you a lotion tailored to your feet and their needs as you're about to head out. You will even get a complimentary drink as soon as your bottom is in the seat to get started. Give them a chance to pamper you.

I feel like I'm going to regret not gatekeeping my nail tech, but Nick deserves the recognition! I've gone to him for 3 appointments now and he has given me great attention and service every time. The drinks are complimentary and he always makes sure I have a glass. This week I came in for a gel manicure and requested French tips with a snowflake design. I love the light pink he put on my nails to make the white pop and to hide my nail blemishes. He is very patient and takes his time removing my cuticles, making sure not to cut me. My nails turned out amazing! Last week I pulled a muscle in my ankle while running, and he gave me an additional foot massage (no pedicure) to help. If you want great looking nails, make sure to make an appointment with Nick!

Great service, clean and welcoming. My daughter & I got a mani pedi while we were visiting DisneyWorld. They offer drink with service which is a plus given how hot FL is. Originally, I was going to give this nail salon a higher rating, a 3 would have been my highest. However, my manicure lasted only four days and started to chip. I knew something would happen after the nail technician had to thin out what seemed to me like old nail polish, using polish remover twice while polishing my nails. If I am paying $25 for a manicure, can they not at least open up a brand new bottle of nail polish? Then, during the final polish process, the nail technician hit her fingers against five of my polished nails. It was very obvious that this was a new technician, but between her inability to communicate with me due to language, barrier, and lack of experience, I felt my experience at the salon was subpar. My rating is based on: 1) a mediocre manicure 2) the inability of the nail technician to communicate with me in English, and lack of care in what I was trying to tell her. She should have grabbed someone that can translate, but didn't seem to have a care as to what I was trying to tell her. 3) my nails were filed a little crooked, and because she could not understand what I was asking her to correct, when she walked away, I grab the nail file and file my nails myself 4) I noticed other customers were being offered drinks, but I was not one of them as advertised on their website. 5) finally, it was very disappointing to pay for a manicure that lasted only four days with no excuse to not last longer. I was not swimming or washing dishes more than normal for that to have happened. Maybe my experience would have been better if I was serviced by a more experienced nail technician. But due to this experience, I will not be back again.

Friendly staff.. enjoying our time spent there. My girl Tina was friendly, easy to talk to, and you can tell she's really into this. She spent time making my nails the way I wanted, from shaping to polishing and picking the right colors. My friend who waited for me also enjoyed her time spent and drinking her mimosas. I was a walk-in and they were busy, I had a very little wait time before they got to me and my uncle who has never had a pedicure done in his 67 years on this planet... They did an excellent job on both of us. My uncle came out like a new man, he stop complaining about his feet.. Good work

My boyfriend and I came here for pedicures on Saturday afternoon. We ran a half marathon on Saturday and had a marathon on Sunday so a pedicure was the perfect way to recover in between. We both opted for the VIP pedicure because of the paraffin wax (and the benefits it provides sore muscles). We were both extremely satisfied with our pedicures. It was one of the best, most detailed pedicures I've ever had. I brought my own nail polish but they had so many color options. The salon was also very clean and beautiful with a limited bar. We will definitely be back.

I chose this spa because it was next door to the hotel i was staying at. They had a decent color selection I was hoping they had a color close to my finger nails (I only went for a pedi) but they didn't so went with white. I appreciate their effort in trying to find a matching color though! They had drinks for an additional fee and the worker was super friendly. The hot stone massage was amazing I really needed it after my flight. read more

I came to Orlando without getting my nails done for our Halloween Disney trip. I decided to stop here and it was the best salon I've ever been to and I'm from Los Angeles. I have the cutest nails I've ever had. There was so much detail put into my nails and the prices here were shockingly affordable. My son and husband got a foot massage while my daughter and I got our nails done. My only con is that this salon isn't near me. I'll be back though and will wait to do my nails until I'm here. read more

This place saved the day! I traveled to Orlando for work and broke a nail and needed to get it fixed. It was gelX and it had a very unique chrome powder on top. I was thankful that I was able to get a last minute appointment for a dip manicure but the salon was dirty. Looked like no one ever cleaned up in there. The man who did my nails was nice but one of them chipped an hour after I got them done. I wouldn't go back there. read more

Absolutely amazing experience! From start to finish. Started off with being given complementary glass of wine. My pedicure was first I got the perfect white toes. I did acrylic nails and they copied the picture perfectly!!! I'm serious if you want to get nice ass acrylic nails or nails done in general come here! The ladies here are incredible! From the moment I walked into the beautiful salon, they were delightful. They searched until they found the exact color to match watchband. They need some improvements with their technicians and their supplies. I showed up and their sign outside their building was missing .. I walked in thinking that shouldn't make me drive off so I gave them a chance. The place seemed clean and they have you check in on a device which I liked since it keeps track of how long a customer has been waiting. The technician was nice, but since their a language barrier it was difficult to communicate what I wanted done. Her supplies looked messy in the handbag and overused. It looked old which made me also question how sanitary it was. I kept asking my technician multiple times to trim my nails shorter and to cut the ingrown nails and she just kept smiling and nodding her head yes but never did what I was telling her. She spent a great time massaging my legs than actually completing a great quality pedicure. Im talking about actually getting rid of the dead skin, ingrown nails, trimming and filing them correctly. All of that was done poorly. I was disappointed.. I will not be coming back. read more

I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!! I love it!! I got a Royal Treatment pedicure (worth the price & worth your time) the technician took his time & did the dang thing (I wish I would've asked for his name to share with you guys, but I remember he was older & wore glasses. I was very relaxed! They even use grapefruit & lime during the pedicure which I've never seen before but I was pleasantly surprised & I was gifted a lotion packet to take home! They're very clean which I appreciate & they work their asses off offering flexible scheduling from morning to 9:30 pm! I also got a full set on my hands. The tech's name was Amanda, I could tell she was tired (it was late & I could tell she had been there all day already). Amanda, even though exhausted, volunteered on doing my nails because I wanted a specific design that only certain techs know how to do there. Well, during the beginning, she caught herself making a mistake & took the nails off & redid them which I appreciated because most places I've been to, see exactly what I see if they made a mistake, but just keep going because they don't care. Amanda cares & she's a perfectionist!! I love my nails & so far, the prettiest design I've ever had in my opinion I left feeling so happy & feeling much better about myself. I don't drink alcohol but they have it & offer it for those who do! For those who don't drink, they carry water & sodas I live an hour away & my schedule probably won't allow me to take the trip as often as I wish I could come back, but ill do my best to return as much as I can & if I'm ever in the area again, I'll make it a point to stop by! told us they could take 2 pedicures at 2pm, one of us got taken at 2:20 and the second person wouldn't have been serviced until 2:50 but we decided to not get one since it would have been an hour later and had to wait even longer. nice place but rather they say they couldn't service us when i called to book. read more

It included the standard nail service plus a sugar scrub, lotion massage, hot towel, and polish. It was so pleasant after long days of walking. I really could have sat there for another 30 minutes just getting a massage. The spa chairs are also massage chairs that are very pleasant. The business owner shared that they have been grateful for customers that are visiting during the pandemic as it's been hard on small businesses.
