I was able to get all of the candles and I wanted and selected and smelled. Lol The staff here was so outstanding. They answered all of my questions they didn't miss a beat. I even had my free coupon for a full-size body care item and I was able to get that as well. I know so many people go on this day and get the total limit of candles that you can buy, but I only got five and I was excited about it. These are my favorites just in case you were wondering: lol I went with Black tie, champagne toast, watermelon lemonade, In the stars and spiced apple toddy! For my free item that I received, I went with the end of stars body wash. Thank you to the amazing staff at Bath & body Works. I will most definitely be back. Thanks for taking my picture. This store is located in a plaza alongside Marshalls, Popshelf, Target and other stores. Due to the amount of retail in the area, there's tons of parking available if you decide to visit. The store itself is setup just like any other, including a friendly greeter at the door. There were a number of sales happening on this visit so I was having a blast. I was bummed that two seasonal scents that stood out to me weren't displayed beyond the testers, but a sweet associate still took time to try and hunt them down in the back. I ended up walking out with about 8 soaps, some hand sanitizer and a lotion for under $25 with my deals!

Recent trip there was one woman working there (did not get her name) who just cut me off at every sentience and didn't listen to anything I was saying regarding what I needed and why. I get that this is not a particularly glamorous job but having some knowledge and basic customer service skills (or just you know life skills) isn't asking for the moon. Ended up going to antoher location. It is also worth noting that she also could answer questions regarding other stock or basic info such as what location is the next closest or proving me with their number to call in advance to see if they had was I was looking for.

The young lady…read moreand older Asian woman at the register were having a whole conversation complaining about some of their customers. I stated " If this is how you feel about your customers, you can keep your merchandise." And, I walked out of the store. I then came back, and told them their conversation was very rude and disrespectful. I stat d " You want the money, but you don't want to show respect." They were not the least nit concerned, and just shrugged their shoulders. I know this establishment will not go out of business due to this review. And, my purchase, had I made it was under twenty dollars. But, I work very hard for my money, and I do not have to spend one penny in their establishment. I will not patronize this store or shop in it again!
