    How cool is that?!

Delicious coffee, friendly staff, comfortable vibe. This is a legit roaster, i.e. they roast their own coffee beans. Lots of choices, different styles, single origin & blends, light roasts to dark roasts. Convenient location in downtown Vienna. And the walls are lined with cool vinyl records.

Café Amouri is a favorite coffee shop and meet with your friends place around Vienna. It's a lot of fun, for people of a certain age, to look at all the album covers on the walls and reminisce about when we first brought those same LP's home. This visit, we had a mango smoothie and a Mexican hot chocolate. It was interesting to note that the smoothie was dispensed in a plastic cup while the coffee was poured in a ceramic cup so loved and obviously washed many, many times that the decoration on it was almost completely scrubbed off. We found that the hot chocolate, much like its container, was worth the trouble of repeating again and again. The chocolate had a really nice kick of heat at the end which made it special. The smoothie was fine but just a little more icy with less fruit flavor than at other places we have enjoyed them. As an accompanying snack, we got an almond croissant which I'm sure was brought in and was just ok. Café Amouri has a wide selection of teas, coffees and other hot and cold drinks as well as some snacks (that I'm sure are brought in from the outside). The staff was very helpful and friendly and the vibe is definitely social but in a relaxed way. The parking out front may get tight but there is more around the back.

You have to try their Maple Ginger latte! One of the best drinks I've ever had in a cafe.

Such a community spot! The grilled cheese and tomato bisque hit the spot and the honey matcha was pretty dang good too! I'll be back! Great vibes!

Caffe Amouri is a really good place to get Coffee at in Vienna. Since it's not a chain, you can feel that it's a community staple. It has album covers on the wall and the next room where you can sit down after order is spacious and just feels comfy. Great if you need to get work or you just need a nice break for a good couple of minutes. I'll be honest, I was genuinely confused about ordering because the counter is a bit hard to see if there is a line but I figured it out and was able to order. I got the Honey Cinnamon Latte & a Croissant as a small pick me up before actually getting dinner. The Honey Cinnamon Latte features espresso, steamed milk, light microfoam with real honey and cinnamon powder. The barista who made the latte also made a cute bear latte art too! It was a good balance of not too overpoweringly sweet and not overpoweringly strong either. This was a pleasant drink to sip on even though I finished in minutes. The croissant, it's great but I didn't really think it was any different from any that I have eaten. If this was closer to me, I'd definitely check it out more.

Over a decade of new coffee shops coming and going and this place still ranks one of my highest. Though my go-to coffee order has changed through the years, this place remains consistent and their beans never disappoint. My order nowadays is an iced americano - the medium has the perfect three shots to ice and water ratio. They've expanded the cafe and there is more seating available. Still great/friendly service and a chill environment to catch up with a friend or do some work. They also host coffee-making classes and have made online ordering available.

I have wonderful memories of coming here as a child with my mom and my sister for breakfast and smoothies in the summer. I came back for the first time in a long time recently and got coffee here for the first time (an ode to being a grown-up, I guess?). The espresso shot in my small iced latte was extremely weak but their smoothies are still fire.

grilled cheese and tomato bisque lunch meal was ~$9, grilled cheese was small but the bisque was so good i want to try to make it myself. also got an americano, coffee was very smooth.

What a warm inviting coffee shop. Loved all the records lining the walls. Plenty of space to relax and enjoy your goodies. I grabbed an iced tea and crumb cake and let me tell you, the crumb cake was out of this world. When in Vienna, for sure pay them a visit.

Drinks were made incredibly fast even with so many people in front of me. They were delicious! Plenty of seating inside. Huge indoor area. Very convenient location. Really cool flavoring options for lattes. I got a pumpkin pie latte even in the summer it was wonderful!!!!

This is one of the best coffee shops in the DMV. The vibe, the friendly staff and the quality of coffee and teas have always been on point. Their Mexican hot chocolate is my favorite. I have been coming here for a few years now and even my coffee snob friends from Portland or SF love this place. There are few parking spots in front and back and public parking on the streets.

    Humorous sign in the restroom.

Stopped by for an hour on a frigid Saturday afternoon in mid-January 2024 and found a delightful place with excellent coffee! Two big pluses. First, the ambience is nice with a local community vibe (i.e., decorative wall of 1970s-1990s vinyl records is lovely in the "bar" style seating area). I sat alone at a tiny table in the large room, which was crowded. Second, the medium roast (Columbian) coffee was outstanding - high quality with a strong caffeine kick and smooth finish. There were only 2 minuses. First, there's limited parking available in front of the store (across the street from Ghaffari Orthodontics), but 15 additional spaces are available in the lot directly behind the cafe. Second, I brought my laptop to catch up on work, but Caffe Amouri has a "no WiFI" weekend policy to support face-to-face conversations. So, if you need to catch up on work over the weekend, this is not a good option unless you have your own WiFi hotspot. Also, if it gets really crowded, the main seating area may be full.

My favorite coffee shop in the Virginia, DC, and MD area. No one roasts a better blend. I've travelled around the world and I still prefer the blue ridge blend here. Staff are always wonderful. There's music on the weekend and the food is spectacular. It's conveniently located next to the WO&D trail.

I've been to this location when it first opened years ago and they've really upped their menu and decorations inside since. The ambiance inside is beautiful, ideal for anyone looking for a good Instagram picture. There's so many angles and details so that no matter where you're sitting, there's a good vibe. There's also gorgeous seating outside since it can get crowded. For food, you order from the front and they'll call you when the food is ready. We ordered the dubai gelato and pistachio lokmas. Both were presented tastefully to make sure our eyes and cameras wanted to eat before our stomachs. The dubai gelato was a quality dessert with a good ratio of milk: cream. The pistachio flavor was evident on top, but it was just a kinda tart vanilla ice cream with toppings. I did like it, however, and it paired well with the lokmas. The lokmas were fried to perfection, a nice amount of chewy, and covered with a good ratio of pistachio cream. They were a decent size and conducive to sharing. The prices of everything, overall, was pretty expensive, but the quality definitely made up for it. I'd recommend this cafe to someone looking for a unique sweet treat, catching up with a group of girl friends of 2-4 people, or for a first date!

The barista helped us out with any questions and was very kind. It was super cozy. The seating was extremely comfortable and I can see myself being here for a while. There was some cute merch too. The place was decorated with colorful posters of the outdoors, which followed the decor of what was in the rock climbing gym upstairs. Speaking of upstairs, you have to use the rock climbing gym's bathroom and the elevator was out of order. It wasn't a short jaunt either to go up the stairs (lol) so this was a bit inconvenient, which made us have to leave earlier than we wanted to. My husband is disabled and it would be difficult for him to use the bathroom upstairs without the elevator working - and there was no ETA on when it'd get fixed. This is an ADA violation to not have an accessible bathroom. FOOD/DRINK: They do have snacks and food to purchase but I did not get some this time around. I got the house special of an iced spiced demerara latte with oatmilk (rich, brown sugar, cinnamon syrup) - it was delightful and delicious. Just the right balance. Hubby got cherry lime espresso fizz (on the summer specials menu). He enjoyed it but I didn't particularly like it (too bitter imho). I couldn't see what brand coffee they used, which I like to know since there are certain brands that bother me. But this place didn't bother me. They do have non-dairy/alternative milk. I would come again if I were in the area but I wouldn't really seek it out. I've had better coffee but I've also had worse. Not sure if the hype lived up.

I ordered two regular matchas with regular sugar, one blueberry matcha with regular sugar, a regular iced coffee, four cupcakes (strawberry shortcake and mango), and a sesame egg tart. Now before y'all start judging me, these were not all for me . My back is getting big, I don't need all that to add to it lol. Everything was packaged securely and presented beautifully. What impressed me even more was the customer service. Orders are placed on a kiosk that sits a little away from the staff, so I honestly didn't think anyone was paying much attention to who ordered what. Imagine my surprise when one of the staff members walked my order directly to me with a kind and friendly smile instead of leaving it in the pickup area. That level of attention is impressive. Do you know how hard it is to make customers feel seen with minimal human interaction? Kudos to the team for pulling that off. Now, while I wanted to give five stars, there was one small miss. The cupcakes were a bit dry, and the mango filling wasn't quite my favorite. However, the sesame egg tart was hitting on every level.
