The workers are very nice and it is always very clean but when you walk in the door it smells too much like Lysol lemon scented cleaning spray. cosmos on baseline is so much better because it's so stinky when you walk in so maybe if they made this one stinkier I'd like it more

THIS is pie/pizza by the slice. You know that scene in the Goofy Movie with the pizza slice? Yeah thats Cosmo's. This is the kind of pizza I envision when it's friday night and I need something to pair with my Coors Banquets. Real pizza for real people.

THIS WAS AMAZING. We come from texas so after a 16hr drive this definitely made everything worth it.

Coming from Houston with my family and we all enjoyed this huge pizza we were all stuffed and the spicy ranch was amazing, will definitely come back again one of the best pizzas I've ever tasted!!

Well back in college I visited a friend in Fort Collins once for a long weekend. Yes, you know what i'm going to say. We ate some pizza from this cosmo and I guess the spicy ranch stuck with me. Thousands of years later my partner and I are checking out Boulder and we needed a lunchdinner. We were famished and happy. After accidentally ending up in the college restaurant area of this town surrounded by scary loud boys i ditched all my hopes and dreams of getting some sort of veggie tales dish and said let's just get a pizza and get out of this loud boy area. That's exactly what we did. At first I couldn't remember what this place is called ... Carlos pizza... Colins pizza... capricorn pizza I don't know... spicy ranch ...COSMOS PIZZA ! That's what it is. Well five stars because it's pretty good and I added a bunch of stuff and swapped and the whole nine yards on my pozza and they got it all right. Also. They are not wimps on the sauce. You get a real serving of the ranch. Thank you cosmo and thank you to the cosmos for this linner. It was great to get away from those terrifying young men and end up in the cosmos with some spicy ranch after all this time. God bless

Entire pie was burnt on the bottom. Ovens should be cleaned daily this is completely unacceptable. I threw the whole pie away because my dogs wouldn't even eat it! Wasted $30 and my kids are still starving.

Came here after climbing at the nearby Movement Gym - one Mediterranean pizza slice w/ the SPICY RANCH (of course) really hit the spot. Don't even bother thinking you will be able to share one spicy ranch - just get one per person. Definitely would return again after a hike in the Flat Irons or another climbing session at the gym.

cheese pizza with some "oh yeah that happens" bits, apparently

bit into my pizza, and found burnt charcoal pieces of other crust stuck to the bottom of my slice. i called and all they said was "oh yeah that happens." no apology, just a refund of this one slice. and this was after i already didn't get the spicy ranch i'd asked for in my original order, and they were not helpful on the phone then! no dinner for me tonight, won't be eating this for sure. the way i was talked to on the phone the second time was bad enough to come here and write this review. i bit into something that, frankly, doesn't look all that sanitary and their attitude was as if this was just a normal occurrence. i have been eating cosmos for years but this here is straight up not good pizza. why i'm really here tho is because their reaction to it was even more upsetting. they did not care that they are serving food like this!!! tldr check your crust, because this just "happens sometimes" at cosmos, leaving you shit out of luck with no appetite

Ask the Community - Cosmo's Pizza

What's with the polar reviews here? A friend of mine recommended this place & their spicy ranch. Any Yelp elites care to chime in?

Great question, I’d look at what time most negative posts occur. I think you’ll see that a large portion of them come after 2am. Being open late is definitely a part of Cosmo’s. However, it’s not always easy to please everyone late night.

We have a favorite pizza order, a salad and dessert we almost always face. It's gotten to almost be joke status when I walk in. They know my order , it's so perfect I dare not change. There are so many toppings I cannot have, I always go with the basic B and a Caesar salad. The basic B is for basil, an herb I adore. So this is really a simple but tasty Margherita with classic char on the crust. If there is no char, it's not NY pizza. The salad balances it perfectly. My husband always gets the Telluride Redfish amber ale. Not easy to find in Boulder. Tonight I had the Stem Cider Off Dry because they did not have the Hibiscus or the Chile Guava in stock. But Stem is local and my favorite brand and Off Dry the most common at bars. After such a nice meal on almost a holiday. We topped it off with a house made cannoli. Prepped fresh at service time so it won't get soggy. We can come here every few weeks , no matter the weather and enjoy it every time. The view is great and there are always people out on the deck getting pictures with the Flatirons backdrop. So glad they built to maximize the view.

We went with the Lottie's Salsiccia, which had sausage, vodka sauce, and sweet and sour peppers. It had an interesting mix of sweet and savory flavors. Our waitress also recommended us the Trapanese, which was super creamy as it had pesto sauce and burrata cheese chunks on top. We added anchovies to half of the pizza and that definitely added some saltiness to it. For drinks we had the aperol spritz and frose, which were refreshing. They have indoor and outdoor seats, though outdoor is limited so you may have to wait. The flavors of the pizza really came through well, but the crust was a bit too thick for my liking. One with more attention to detail, fluffy crust, more 'Italian' style, more homey. This is the place if you're craving that more authentic Italian style experience! They've got actual margarita pizza (that's not just a cheese pizza with tomato slices thrown on it like other places..) and really unique style pizzas if you're feeling adventurous. We had one unique pizza that had sausage, honey, and pistachios. I usually dislike sweet and salty and my partner hates nuts, but they did this pizza so well it was one of the best pizzas we tried there. I believe they mix up their menus cause when I tried looking it up online for the exact name of the pizza I couldn't find the pizza. But I'll post a picture of the pizza. They also have a great appetizers and the slice their prosciutto to order. What I love about this place is you can sit at the pizza bar and watch pizzas being made and meat being sliced and arranged beautifully. I loved their limoncello drinks which is perfect for spring/summer day out on their patio. The servers are kind and hard working. This definitely is one of my favorite places to hang, date night, girls night, business dinner, etc.

After leaving an event nearby, it was time for me to get acquainted with Pizza Colore! Slice shops are a dime a dozen nowadays. This place has a long counter with pizzas by the slice for your eyes to wonder upon. Very few seats near the front window and outside, but I believe there was more seating towards the back of the restaurant. I ordered an "East Coast" slice (their version of a supreme) and a cheese slice. After a few minutes, my order was ready. I loaded them up with grated cheese, red pepper flakes, and oregano. These were served piping hot, as any respectable slice shop should do. These slices were good! Practically no flop other than the first bite, crust was crispy and bready, and I felt like the toppings/cheese and sauce were balanced well. My main qualm was that it was missing salt in the dough and sauce. If it was seasoned throughout this would've been a great slice! However, the spicy ranch for dipping was clutch! Service was quick and friendly. Many people were popping in for a quick bite. I loved standing outside in the moderately cold weather scarfing down my hot slices, while watching the Saturday night crowd cruise by on Pearl Street. As close to an east coast experience as you can get in Colorado! I came in with little to low expectations, and left full and satisfied. Glad I finally gave them a shot. Prices were right and the product was respectable!

We order the scampetti alla romana grilled shrimp it was the best we've had since moving from Chicago and our beloved "Orzo Italian restaurant" of old town we frequented.
