The Greek food is legit and it's delicious! I can't stop eating. This food is so good you'll make a mess in your pants. Takeout is what I got I could only imagine how good it is in person. The baklava is really fresh and flaky. I'm in love.

Stopped by this family diner on the way to Virginia Beach. Very casual, laid back atmosphere. Our waitress, Cindy, was awesome! Very personable and she did a nice job My meal was great. I ordered the Greek Spaghetti. Was cooked with garlic, butter and feta cheese and topped with grilled chicken. Delicious! I could only eat half of it because I was so full. Had the rest later for dinner. It warmed up nicely and there was enough left for my botfly and I to both have a large bowl of it. My entree came with a Greek Salad. That was terrific. Big chunks of feta and olives, finely chopped red peppered and a little onion. Yum! Also the meal came with fresh baked bread and butter! They bake their bread and desserts on site. My only regret was not having enough room to order one of their delicious desserts! I would definitely recommend stopping at this locally owned restaurant. The menu was extensive and I am sure anyone could kind something they would enjoy to eat!

What a time warp this place is. Classic Greek-run diner with decor to whip you right into 1980. Pastels, linoleum, and those ever-so oddly placed statues. Give this place another 5 years and maybe just a table top reno and this place will be the next retro hub coming totally full circle. [please get those table top music machines that you can flip through pages of songs and play for a quarter!! Lean all the way into it!!! Extensive menu- of course. But went with a Turkey and cranberry sandwich (comes with chips) Slippery dumpling order with chicken And a chocolate milkshake (hold the whipped) Service was pleasant and attentive. Food came out quickly. And for a $24 dinner, I really can't say much. Plenty of parking. Big ol neon sign outside so you can't miss it. For an off the beat, local diner in sort of the middle of nowhere, did the job. Over heard a few other customers talking about having ate there earlier for breakfast now coming back the same day for dinner so I'm sure the locals love it. Seems the kind of place where they get a lot of regulars.

We went here two days in a row while visiting Wilmington from out of town. The breakfast food was good, although service was slow (they noted they were understaffed, which is normal these days). On the second day we ordered two giant eclairs to go. We tried both on the way home but found that the filling in both had gone so sour they were inedible. It appeared that both had been sitting around a while, so keep that in mind when trying the desserts from their case.

This is the classic all American (greek) diner you know and love. The staff was kind, and while very busy was able to get our food to us incredibly quickly. I ordered coffee, eggs, bacon and potatoes for my side. The eggs weren't as cheesy as I liked, but the bacon was perfectly crispy and the potato were the whole show of my dish. Stayed apart of the clean plate club here and I'll be back again next time I'm in PA!!

Atmosphere: When I arrived for lunch, it was busy, but I still managed to get a table. Sitting in the middle wasn't my first choice, but when it's busy, it's busy. The outside is all cobblestone, while the inside has plenty of booths, tables, and a bar. There wasn't anything too unique, but it's a big space with plenty of seating. Coffee: The coffee was hot and fresh, and the whipped cream was homemade! I haven't had homemade whipped cream in a while, so it was a pleasant and exciting treat. Food: I wasn't sure what I wanted to order but settled on the Greek Plate Appetizer and a breakfast sandwich. The Greek Plate was good and came with Grilled Pita, Kalamata Olives, Cucumbers, Tomatoes, & Feta Cheese. It was served with fresh Tzatziki Sauce. I was relatively disappointed with the breakfast BLT sandwich. While it was good, I hoped for more. Maybe a side? It just seemed boring with just the sandwich. It was a good sandwich but nothing too exciting. Service: Our waitress was friendly, and our food came out fast. The issue was when we went to get the check; it took a long time. I needed to hit the road, but it took a while. In all, it was good service minus when I needed to leave. Overall Thoughts/Would I Come Back? I liked Cosmos, and it's a good stop for anyone passing through Wilmington or local. I would go back. I would probably order a lunch item next time.

    French Toast Breakfast

my breakfast order got messed a couple times. first time i order home fries and they gave burt potatoes. second time they gave me bunrt french toast.incredible bad service and thuy refuse to give a refund. very unprofessional cook and server. never eating here again. very unprofessional. they lost thier touch.

    Disappointed

This could of been better. 1. I ordered an plain omelette and bacon. Not a bacon omelette with egg. 2. I don't want the meat cooked in my omelette. 3. Home fries slices of potato barely cooked.

Service - Quick and timely. They were so nice and seated us right away on a busy Saturday morning…read more Food: Caramel Iced Coffee - Lacking flavor. Since it is hot coffee poured over ice, you get a very watered down drink. I would stick with a flavored hot coffee. Boston Cream French Toast - Creamy. From the Bavarian cream to the whipped cream topping, it was very wet for the meal. I would ask for the whipped cream on the side so it doesn't melt into the hot french toast. Side of Sausage - Great cook. These were links, not patties. The casing on the link gave the sausage a nice snap. It was served piping hot and very well charred on the outside. On to my next food adventure....

It's been over a year since I was last in the area. I was hungry for a solid diner breakfast and…read moreheaded straight here. Walked in and it felt like I was just here yesterday. The massive dessert case greeted me, brimming with colorful delicious-looking pastries, cakes, and pies. I was seated promptly and handed menus which included their specials of the day; everything from lasagna to moussaka to stuffed peppers to barbecue ribs. My waitress, Dee, came over to ask for my drink and went away with my order. She appeared again quickly with my coffee, which was hot, and honestly - better than the standard cup of coffee in most places. Mmmm As I waited for my order I couldn't help but notice how happy their patrons are. It's 1:30pm on a weekday so I see a lot of people who look like retirees, along with a smattering younger diners and some folks in work uniforms. A couple was leaving and stopped to have a friendly conversation with one of the people who worked there. It's obvious they've known each other for a while, regulars. A table over starting singing "Happy Birthday" to their friend. The 70's and 80's songs were enjoyable without curbing conversation. My food came out faster than expected and was piping hot. Toast options are white, wheat, or rye. I requested it dry as I don't want it slathered with margarine or something unidentifiable. It came dry but they included two mini containers of real butter with it. Heaven! Dee came over and checked on me in a bit, offered me more coffee. More yum. Mmmm. Total cost for a Florentine omelette (spinach and feta cheese), a whole lot of home fried potatoes, two slices of toasted bread with real butter and jelly, coffee, and a comfortable friendly atmosphere: $14.45. I couldn't finish it and took about 1/3 of the plate home for later. I have no idea why they're not between 4-5 stars for a diner. Food is solid, coffee is fresh and hot, service is quick and friendly. I think they're worth every penny.
