One of the more recent new additions to Logan. This Costa Vida location is a welcomed arrival to a very busy college town. Often times, we would travel from the south end of town, to the Costa Vida on the north end. So being able to save the extra drive through the congestion of Main Street is appreciated!!! We stopped by, while passing through Logan last night. There were 5 of us in our party. As we approached the entrance, we were welcomed by a member of their team, who had just stepped outside to grab some fresh air. When she saw us walking up, she quickly went over to the door and opened it for us. She was very friendly. As we worked our way through the order line, each person that assisted us was equally friendly and made us feel welcome. All of our orders were were taken and made quickly and correctly. Upon sitting down, we noticed the restaurant was extremely clean and the counter where the beverage station, napkins, hot sauces and utensils was neatly organized and fully stocked. There was a team member actively wiping down the tables and pushing chairs in, after guests had left. He literally cleaned the eNtire time we were there. I am always a HUGE fan of restaurant cleanliness! Nothing to complain about with all 5 meals. The selections included beef nachos, 2 sweet pork salads, cheese enchiladas and a beef burrito. Everyone's plate was served warm and fresh. Portion sizes were great and the price is always fair at all of the locations, we visit. This one being no different. Overall, we had a great visit. It's always nice to visit a restaurant establishment that is clean, employs happy personnel and provides good food. We travel through Logan often and will definitely be stopping by again in the near future. read more

So the food is good, restaurant is clean, & staff are nice & kind, but today they went above & beyond! I forgot my bag there yesterday (very uncharacteristic of me- I blame the killer headache for my lapse in judgment) so I called even before they opened once I had searched my car & realized where it had to have been left & they were SO nice & DID HAVE IT!!! Even answered the phone before opening to my frantic self trying to find it. The biggest part- when I picked it up- everything was still there!! Including the cash I had in there! So not only is it a huge savings & avoided hassle to not have to replace everything- but they had zipped it up with even the cash all accounted for! Not sure if it was staff or a customer who found it initially- they totally could have taken the $ & said they got it that way- but NOPE! I was totally expecting to just be grateful for whatever might be left as we've just moved here from the city- but bless Logan & bless the Costa Vida staff for being honest & upstanding people!! I shall be much more careful & try to avoid having a hangry second grader out with me insisting to eat if I have a killer headache again so I don't forget things & definitely will go here again as much as possible! Sure, the staff here are worse than the other Costa Vida and they need A LOT of help with their drive thru - but the food is always tasty (albeit, half your order might be wrong) but the quality seems to be there still. Probably the worst Mexican food I have ever tried... The Green & Red Salsa were warm and tasted like tomato soup, with no kick or flavor. Got a burrito but tasted more like those frozen chimichangas. CATERING-- I organized an event that we wanted catered by Costa Vida. Eric (the manager) was the best! He was always prompt with answering my questions and phone calls and made sure that everything was in order for the event and that we got exactly what we needed. On the day of the event, the food was ready right on time and the employees helped bring all the food out to the car and loaded it in. They were so nice and friendly. There was a slight mixup where we were missing our GF meal, but I called Eric and he personally delivered it to us promptly. Honestly the best customer service that I've received. I will definitely be going back-- not only as a customer for myself but if I ever need a catering event in the future as well! read more

My wife and I have eaten here twice since it opened, and it has been a great experience each time we've come. The food is fresh, it tastes great, the staff is very nice and do their best to take care of you. They always clarify to make sure they get your order correct from the very beginning. I wish this was the only time this has happened, but three times now we have gotten the wrong order with someone taking orders over the phone that cannot understand English very well, which I am sure is frustrating for her as well as us. But today.. THE WORST EXPERIENCE: Costa Vida Logan, UT I ordered online, for outside pickup and paid with credit card. Drove, parked in the designated spot-waited. Decided to call, "Can you hold?" I wait, they hang up, so I call again. They answer, I ask for my food, they didn't EVEN HAVE MY ORDER, then: "Oh here it is". They hadn't even started it. I wait another 20 minutes, call, they answer, I say I'm still waiting-they hang up the phone. Now it's been 40 minutes, I walk in and there is my food waiting at the cash register.
