Usually, if you want to deliver a package overnight to the East Coast, any fedex has a cut-off time of 5:45, no exceptions. If you come here, though...they'll make an exception. It really just depends on the employees, but I find that all of the people here are really helpful and not snotty. They have the latest pick-up time as well...anywhere else is around 5:15-5:30.
