I ended taking the 1:30 appointment, but when i arrived my car wasn't started being worked on until 2...ok. For a simple oil change and i guess inspection took almost 3 hours?! Didn't leave out of there until almost 4:30. Technician kept telling me it's done and almost done for an hour. Don't lie just tell me how long it gonna be, i would've gone else where. Ended up canceling my appointment for 5pm which is inconvenient. I can say they have good customer service, but bad turn around time.

For some reason, the folks at Hank May's think people enjoy the look, feel, and attitude of a DMV or the waiting room in Beetlejuice. The staff are surly, rude, and clearly don't want to be there. Worse yet, it is SLOW. I went down the street to a competitor and was in and out in 10 minutes.
