I already knew about this issue but decided to replace with new pads due to the lifetime warranty that Mr Tire offers on brake pads. Both times I was told the problem wasn't them and that I needed to buy new tires. Instead of wasting more money, I went to a different shop -- they re-balanced the same tires and now my truck rides perfectly. They confirmed it was not the tires, but the poor work from this shop. So not only did I spend money here for a service that wasn't done correctly, but I also had to pay even more somewhere else to fix their mistake -- right in the middle of the holidays, when nobody needs extra surprise expenses. No accountability. No resolution. No offer to make things right. Just excuses. Negative stars for wasted time, extra costs, and terrible customer service. I would not recommend trusting your vehicle with this place.
