If heaven was a place on Earth, it'd be Costco! They carry everything you can think of and at such a great deal! My fiancé and I will go here for groceries every two weeks to bulk up on his meal prep foods and it'll cost us under $100 every time, but last forever! You can spend the same amount and Pick N Save, but get 1/4 of the groceries that only last two days! The only downfalls that we've noticed is that Costco likes to cycle out some products for some seasons AND they like to move things around. However, we will always go here for our bulk needs (toilet paper, water, paper towels, Tupperware) because the prices are incomparable! Also, the food samples are a PLUS! We've been to Sams Club, but just seem to like it a lot less. Can't put our finger on it, but Costco is best. Would be amazing if there were more locations! read more

My fiancé and I just got memberships here a little over a month ago, and we love it. Costco is great for buying items in bulk (including various paper products, snacks to pack in lunches, meat to later freeze and store) and if you want a cheap meal - you can get an all-beef hotdog and a soda for just $1.50! To be honest, we weren't sure that getting a membership here for just the two of us would be worthwhile. We upgraded to the executive membership (where you get 2% cash back on your purchases), and if you don't get back what t would have cost for the upgrade, they give you the difference. It's a win-win! You could easily have large shopping trips here or small ones - the one thing to remember to is hang on to your receipt before you actually can leave the store. read more

Tire center is a joke. Takes 3-5 times longer than other stand alone shops even with appointment. All 4 tires were 10 psi low and sensors not reset. read more

Clean and spacious with helpful employees. Purchased my membership online and didn't have the information when we entered the store. The service desk looked us up and we had our cards within minutes. We switched from Sam's Club because the West Allis location is closing. I'm disappointed that Costco doesn't have the self service check application or self service checkout period. It seems a little less technically savvy than Sam's Club. The bakery is small compared to Sam's Club. We will have to see if the quality is as good. If I could live here, I would. I love coming, but unfortunately can't spend less than $100 per trip. It's just not possible for my family. So many healthy options (and not so healthy for those days you just want to pour Chicago mix popcorn down your throat) and the furniture is a decent quality for the price. We just bought a sleeper sofa for our office/guest room and it's lovely. And the bakery is amazing. We just bought a birthday cake from here, and I don't know why we waited so long to get one. I was paying $50 for a filled shred cake from the grocery store, but when they changed their frosting to some nasty crap that's not frosting, I had to find something new. I typically don't care much for white cake, but the white cake at Costco is the kind of thing dreams are made of. Simply put, it's probably my favorite store. read more

I ordered a sheet cake from the New Berlin, WI bakery on 8/22 and not only was the customer service amazing, so was the cake!!! They even did a cute custom zoo design on it for my daughter's 1st birthday and I cannot begin to express how much I appreciated this experience! :) read more

Been a Executive member since April 2015. You pay more for the membership but get a 2% rebate after 10 months. Well we had a problem with our rebate check. They sent it to the wrong address so they reissued it in June. They are supposed to reimburse you up to the $55 it cost for the Executive membership. We tried to get that reimbursement today, about $23 since we only got a check for $32. They told us that since the check amount was from February and we had $20 accumulated for this next year, they could not tell when that amount was credited - meaning from the time the original check was cut. We would lose the accumulated amount if they gave us the $23. Next year we are going with the base membership since $23 means a lot to Costco. read more

Store itself is fine; however, the cashiers have been extremely rude two out of the three times that I have been there. I will not be going back. Cannot believe they charge you to shop there and then treat you so poorly. It's really awful. I went back giving them the benefit of the doubt and they proved to me that customer service is NOT a priority there. I generally love our Costco store and decided to fill my prescriptions there instead of CVS (Target). Thinking about the 2% rebate mostly. Have done it twice and both times have been a real hassle. The first time they couldn't find it in the system and it took over 1/2 hour extra once found to process it and then no text was sent as promised so then I was wandering the store longer then needed to. The second time it was called in by my Doctor and I never received a call or text that it was done. I called today 3 times in 20 minutes and no one ever answered. Rang about 15 times and a recording then said goodbye. The number was correct because it did include Costco prompts. So then I called the membership desk and they got someone in the pharmacy to answer. She tells me that they can't find the RX again, but looked harder and said "here it is but not filled". It had been called in 3 days earlier. It was to be filled on the 28th, but evidently their system cant keep a script for the date it needs to be filled if called in a day or two before. Their prices weren't any better then elsewhere and not worth the 2%. Ridiculous way to operate a pharmacy. Going back to Target. read more

Very happy a Costco opened on our side of town. Got some bakery from them for an early Christmas party. It was great. Huge Pumpkin pie for under $6. Meats and frozen items far exceed quality at Sam's. read more

This review is for Costco Tire in New Berlin. The prices are good and they include road hazard warranty without charging extra. Do NOT however take your vehicle to this facility if you value your alloy rims. They have damaged two rims on my vehicles changing tires. The first rim they replaced, the second they did not. They farm the review out to a 3rd party that reported that the pictures I sent (unable to upload here) did not demonstrate damage that could have been caused by the tire replacement. Well, the pictures demonstrated deep inch long gauges in the aluminum that was perpendicular to the rim edge (in line with the breaker bar they use to break the bead) AND my truck tires are high enough profile that the rims do not contact curbs AND the gauges were not in the rim when I took the vehicle to Costco, but were there when they finished the install. Extremely disappointed with the damage they caused, and how they handled it. I will NOT be using this facility for further tire purchases. read more

I waited in line for a considerable amount of time to put gas in my car. Once I pulled up to the pump, I inserted my Costco card and then my payment card. I was directed to choose my grade of gas, put the nozzle in my tank, and pump my gas. I did this, and the pump didn't appear to be working. I cancelled the transaction and tried two more times, cancelling my transaction each time when the pump did not work. I left and went to Kwik Trip instead. When I got home, I discovered that Costco had charged $100 on my debit card for the cancelled transactions! I went onto the online customer service to file a complaint; I stared out as #102 with an expected wait time of more than 30 minutes. I actually waited almost 50 minutes, and the first thing that was suggested wat to go to another part of the website to file a complaint! I received absolutely no help; I repeatedly asked why my account was charged $100 for something I didn't purchase, and the only response I ever received was that I would have my funds returned in "about" 24 hours. I was then told that if I wanted to have my problem solved, I should make the 25 minute drive back to the store and find a manger. So I ended up spending 3+ hours to purchase some groceries, attempt to put gas in my car, and trying to get Costco to return the $100 they took from my account without my permission. NOT the type of service busy people need! read more

We had Sam's membership for years. Then Costco built in Grafton, and I'd make a trip up there every couple of months. Then they built this one in New Berlin, much closer to home. I love this store. It is spotless inside and out, staff is friendly and courteous, they have what I need, and the prices are fantastic. Their house brands are very high quality, their premium ice cream was rated high by Consumer Reports. Well worth the membership fee. Parking is great too. read more

I do shop there often and the price is good on tires and batteries for the cars. But watch out some of the prices are not good at all. A can of nacho cheese is $3 more than their competitor down the street. I was very surprised by that. The liquor selection and produce are nice. The store is always clean. I do feel that it is a bit pricy for being a membership store. read more

They had a really nice selection of Christmas trees me and my kids came by earlier today and picked out a nice tree and some decorations for it as well. Also had a good selection of warm clothes for them we stocked up for the storm that was coming in. Clean as usual organized and a HUGEEE selection of everything that you can think of really. read more

We have been Costco members for over 25 years and always been satisfied with them until now. We bought a TV from them that failed. We were in the 90 day period for returns but Costco pushed us off the thier warranty dept.witch tried to fix the problem. With no avail. Now they will not exchange it for another TV because it is beyond the 90 days. Costco is no place to by electronics. Beware of thier warranties they are fraudulent. read more

Costco has a lot of good deals on bulk items. Their produce is fresh too. The food stand has great comfort food at a good price.
