    pistachio latte and toffee latte
    Salena A.

We arrived around 10am and only a few customers were present. We were able to sit and wait for our coffee at the available cute tables and chairs. Shop was clean and quiet. Friendly service. We only ordered drinks this time - the toffee latte and the pistachio latte. Both were delicious! Strong coffee and great flavor. We will be back!

Wow great coffee, great vibe, and great service! Their most popular coffee coco latte is so delish. Make sure to get fifty percent sugar I believe that was perfect for me. Would totally come back again!

It was my first time visiting Costee Coffee, and I will definitely be coming back! They have so many delicious drinks on the menu. I tried a few different options, but I highly recommend the Pandan Coco Latte--it is simply my favorite! The flavors are incredible, and I will absolutely be recommending this spot to others.the customer service was great. They have a seating area if you choose to enjoy your drink there

I've been wanting to try Costee Coffee after seeing that Durian Latte because I always like trying new and interesting things. Anways, as soon as I entered, I was not greeted and even better, there was no menu to be found. There were 3 TVs inside that were all turned off on a Tuesday afternoon. There was 1 person studying inside at the time while the lady working the front was fulfilling online/phone orders. As I stood at the front, the lady pointed at the kiosk telling me to order there. I was looking for the Durian Latte but could not find it anywhere. I ended up ordering an Iced Americano and an Iced Toffee Hazelnut Latte, half sweet. I had entered my phone number before ordering and when it was time to check out, there was a $1 cash discount so with that, I thought I would have to pay with cash. I asked the lady if they accept the cash but the lady just pointed at the kiosk once again. The latte was very milky and sweet. The Americano was not good at all. Terrible drinks and even worse service. I honestly don't understand the high reviews because this was the most underwhelming coffee experience I've had in 2026.

We were in the area getting food and I noticed this coffee shop and I had to go in to grab something. The vibe in there is very cute. Love the decor. The young lady was very friendly very helpful since it was my first time everything sounded really good, but I went ahead and ordered something that sounded very unique to me. Waited a few moments looked around, went ahead and placed my order. There was a few people in front of me and I waited maybe 5 to 10 minutes. Received my order and it looked beautiful. Like I said it was definitely something different that I would not have normally gotten. It was a weird tasting drink, but I did enjoy it. I'm glad that I did try something different that was out of my comfort zone and that they had unique items and not just regular coffees. I'll definitely be back to try something different.

Decided to give this little coffee shop a try since I've passed by a couple times but never walked in. Glad I did because it's an easy add to my coffee places rotation! The coffees I got were strong and tasty - not too sweet or watered down. Definitely gave me the caffine I needed for that morning boost. The store was clean and organized as well. Can't wait to recommend this gem to my friends and family.

I've been to this coffee shop even before it was Costee Coffee, so we've been curious to try it. It will have to admit the flavors were intriguing and numerous, but the coffee itself wasn't sufficient. We tried the osmanthus rice wine americano and the tie guan yin coco latte. Both were milky and sweet with barely any taste of coffee. Pretty disappointing and maybe I prefer a stronger coffee so the drinks from this shop weren't my cup of tea. But ultimately won't be back to try more.

I had a satisfactory experience at Costee Coffee (Rowland Heights). I ordered the Mango Coconut Coffee ($5.99 - 24oz). I felt awake after sipping. It carries the flavor of sweet coconut and fresh coffee. (Quick Note: Costee Coffee used to be a Cotti Coffee. The coffee tastes EXACTLY like Cotti Coffee. The interior still displays Cotti Coffee posters.) I arrived at Costee Coffee (Rowland Heights) on Tuesday (around 1:12PM). Parking is easy. The lot is huge. Customers order at a self-service kiosk. Staff is business-like and professional. Staff worked quickly. My drink took about two minutes. Very fast! As mentioned, I liked the Mango Coconut Coffee ($5.99 - 24oz). This coffee didn't taste like mango, but the coconut and coffee roast shined brightly. It's a refreshing, sweet coffee that flowed smoothly. Regarding ambiance, Costee Coffee (Rowland Heights) is uncomfortable. The location is cramped and humid. Everything smelt musty, and I had to repeatedly wave away a buzzing fly. The location is tiny; it has four tables. However, the decor resembled a grandparent's aging living room. No music plays, so it's eerily quiet. Fortunately, there's utility. The location has customer internet with password; the details are on the left stand. There's also a gender neutral restroom for customers. However, the electric outlets are not convenient nor near any tables; rather, its two outlets are far away near the straws. Overall, Costee Coffee (Rowland Heights) is not bad. Currently, it's just a Cotti Coffee with a slightly different name and a musty, old interior. If curious, go with low expectations. 4.3 out of 5

    pandan cream mousse latte
    Eugene H.

Costee Coffee (Rowland Heights) Costee Coffee is such a cozy little neighborhood gem. The space feels warm and welcoming, and the family-owned vibe really shows through--everyone is kind, genuine, and makes you feel like a regular even on your first visit. I ordered the Pandan Cream Mousse Latte and it was so good. The pandan flavor is fragrant and lightly sweet (not artificial or overpowering), and the cream mousse on top is smooth and fluffy--basically dessert-level satisfying without being heavy. Once you mix it in, it turns into this perfectly balanced, creamy latte with a really unique twist. If you're in Rowland Heights and want a cute, relaxed cafe with thoughtfully made drinks, Costee Coffee is 100% worth stopping by.

Costee will Cost me a lot of dough cause this place will definitely have me coming back Fo Mo! And that's definitely Fo Sho! I ordered two very interesting drinks off the kiosk that was overwhelming for me, LoL. The first drink I got was the Pampas Blue Coco Latte and this was delicious. I'm not sure what was in it because there was a language barrier and the sweet old lady couldn't really explain it. Plus I can't read Chinese, LoL. My second drink was their Purple Rice Whisper Americano. Now this drink really blew me away because the aftertaste was something like a Saki or Soju blend. Either that or she mixed it up with the Rice Wine Americano but whatever it was Hella freaking good but that's my opinion. The shop itself is cute with a few seats. There is a kiosk to put in your order so no real interaction with people unless you have a problem. I will definitely be coming back to check out more of the menu. And that's my take on this coffee adventure, Peace.

Coco coffee and Jasmine peach tea
    Maria D.

Came when they just open super friendly and helpful. It was my first time there and I did have a few questions . I went with the coco coffee with less sugar and it was so good. The jasmine peach tea was really refreshing. I would definitely come back and try some other drinks because I love coffee . They also have food on the menu which looked really good will have to come back and try it out

    Durian and Pistachio lattes.
    Citlalic R.

If you're a latte lover, you have to try their Signature Durian Latte and Pistachio Latte! Both were incredibly creamy, smooth, and full of flavor. The durian latte was rich and unique without being overpowering, and the pistachio latte had the perfect nutty sweetness. Every sip was delicious, and you can tell they put so much care into their drinks. Can't wait to come back and try more!

Stopped by here on a Sunday afternoon and was greeted by the nicest lady. She was very attentive and was so welcoming and patient while we decided on our orders. I had the pandan latte and it was amazing. It was not too sweet and the coffee was strong. I really enjoyed my drink and especially enjoyed the vibes of the coffee shop and customer service.

I think 50% sweetness was a good choice because the grape flavor was already pretty noticeable, so I don't think I would want it much sweeter. There are so many tea and boba shops opening now...startups or from Asia, and honestly most of them…read moreare disappointing. Some of the most popular and hyped-up shops have weak tea flavors, yet their wait times and sales are through the roof. Maybe it's placebo, maybe it's the hype...and today, I was invited to try ChaHalo's new Lychee Series, and these are my honest thoughts. (Also the shop is in a busy parking lot with lots of restaurants, stores, and grocery. The shop has very cushy chairs!) I tried all of the lychee drinks at 100% sweetness and tasted them immediately, as the ice started to settle, and again after the ice completely melted and am impressed that the flavors held up through each stage. I'd get them again except for the smoothie. Lychee Oolong Milk Tea: This was my favorite. It's milky with a pleasant sweetness, but neither the milk nor sweetness overpowers the oolong tea or lychee - the flavors were harmonious. The lychee adds just a tiny bit of tartness, while the oolong is fragrant without being too strong and they create a buttery flavor. Lychee Smoothie: This one was my least favorite, but mostly because I'm just not a huge smoothie person unless there's some creaminess to it. The smoothie also melts a little too quickly for my preference. There was a generous amount of house made lychee jelly, and I really liked it. The jelly didn't taste watered down at all. Every sip was smooth and pleasant, and the jelly added both a nice texture and an extra layer of lychee flavor. Lychee Jasmine Lemon Tea: This had a really nice sweetness, and again, the flavors worked well together. The jasmine tea was prominent, while the lemon was mild and added a pleasant fragrance without making the drink too sour. It also wasn't bitter, very light and refreshing. I want to point out: I actually hate the flavor of canned lychee. I love fresh lychee fruit, but canned lychee has a very distinct flavor that I personally don't enjoy. Canned lychee is used at probably almost every boba shop, so it's something to be mindful of when ordering lychee drinks. You should expect that distinct canned-lychee flavor rather than fresh lychee but depends on how the shop uses it. (same with longan) I think ChaHalo used it well. The lychee flavor was noticeable without completely taking over the tea, and the drinks continued to taste good even as the ice melted.
