Ordered the pupusa taco with asada and their empanada de leche. The pupusa was flavorful, and the empanada was like a warm hug from the inside (which was still warm at the end of the meal even though I took about half an hour to finish my main). You can tell they put a lot of care into their food and their customers. Will definitely be coming back when I'm in the area.

Usually I can place an order and it's ready for pickup in 10 minutes. Even on busy Taco Tuesdays, it's still pretty quick. My husband and I love Los Gallos so much, we eat here almost once per week!

I have no issue with the fee itself. My problem is that the sales tax is calculated on the total after the fee is added. The credit card fee should have nothing to do with the tax amount. Additionally, the suggested tip amounts are also calculated based on the total that includes both the sales tax and the credit card fee. Most customers expect tip percentages to be based on the pre-tax cost of the food and drinks. As a result, you end up giving a lot higher tip than you intended to. Because the payment screen does not show an itemized bill, it's very difficult to verify the charges or calculate a custom tip unless you remember the exact prices of everything you ordered. I hate when a restaurant's billing practice isn't transparent to customers.
