Has found a vehicle we were interested in on their lot online. Called ahead to ensure it was still there and still available. It was a trade in (used vehicle) but fit ALL the criteria we were looking for. Dealership was very clean and one thing that was highly noticeable & appreciated here, was that they did not have sales people hounding us on their sales lot. You can pulling in and browse without numerous sales people coming at you at once! It's a very relaxed and chill environment to shop. We had our own finance company, so that was a fairly smooth procedure. Through the course of our time there, there was a lot of waiting as it seems to be a very lengthy operation from start to finish in purchasing a vehicle. That said, this ensures that both parties are solid and that the transaction $ is finalized with all the necessary documentation required. NOTE- pay close attention to to your total cost and if they present any DOC fee charges. Look that up and educate yourself on it as this was something we were not familiar with. It can vary from $85 to 900 plus depending on the state. It's an absolute BS money grab that probably just pays the commission to ALL involved in that car sale. If you can negotiate this or rid this that would most beneficial to your out of pocket cost. We have enjoy our car and have been pleased by the dealership allowing us to come in and have our vehicle washed. When I went in for my first oil change, multiple serious issues were discovered during the inspection--issues that are not easily noticeable when shopping for a car. The vehicle was found to need over $9,000 in repairs, including cracked ball bearings, a cracked ball joint, suspension and shock issues, and AC performance problems, among others. This was completely unexpected for a vehicle of this mileage that I had owned for only a few months. What's most disappointing is that none of this was disclosed at the time of purchase. As a result, I am now faced with managing not only my car payment and insurance, but also a significant and unforeseen repair expense. I reached out to Audi directly, but since the vehicle was purchased from a non-Audi dealership, they were unable to assist. This experience has left me with a very poor impression of the dealership and its lack of transparency. Lesson learned: when buying a pre-owned vehicle, always have it fully inspected by an independent mechanic beforehand. Dealerships need to be more honest and transparent with consumers--this is the only way to build trust and a lasting reputation. I am in the market for a new car and looking at the 2026 Lexus RX350. The Nori green caught my eye (I wasn't looking for a color that everyone else has), and I found it online, at the Superstition Springs Lexus. I completed the online form to initiate conversations with the dealer on the car. [[HIGHLIGHT]]For the next couple of weeks, I would get calls and texts for just about everyone that had access to the online forms. This should have been red flag #1, as the expectation was that I would be assigned ONE sales person[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. One person to establish a relationship with, as I went through the negotiation and buying process. Yesterday, [[HIGHLIGHT]]I returned a call and requested to speak with Hassan, who was the latest person to respond. I had two questions for Hassan. I was previously told in text that the ONE Nori Green they had, was sold but there were 2 more on the way.[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My questions were : 1. When will the other 2 arrive onsite? 2. What is the TSRP? Can you send me that information. [[HIGHLIGHT]]Before the questions, I informed him upfront, that I was not interested in coming in and wasting hours going back and forth, under the pretext of negotiating. It would not be a value- added use of my time. I, instead, wanted to complete the negotiations ONLINE, and then come in to pick up the car, once everything was concluded[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. That set him off and should have been red flag #2. The answer to question 1 was between March 18 and the end of the month. [[HIGHLIGHT]]The answer to question 2, was apparently something he was not prepared to give. Instead, he invited me to come in and test drive the vehicle. Again, I reiterated I was not interested in coming in, until I had completed negotiations online[[ENDHIGHLIGHT]]. I understand all the sales tactic, and I was not about to play games. [[HIGHLIGHT]]He proceeds to inform me that due to the CALIBRE of the car, it is unconceivable that I would be interested in purchasing this car, without test driving it!![[ENDHIGHLIGHT]] My response - this is NOT my first rodeo with a Lexus RX350. I have been the proud owner of one for about 10 years. I am well familiar with it, and that is the reason why I am buying another one. As any normal person would, I expected hearing that I owned a Lexus prior, would bring the realization of 'oh, this customer knows what she is getting into'. Additionally, why are you so concerned with HOW I spend MY money?? Was that the end? Nope! He continues to ask : 'Would you buy a house over the phone without seeing it?'.... Sir, I am NOT buying the car over the phone. I am simply asking you to send me the breakdown of the TSRP!. And when I thought it couldn't get any worse, he says ' You may have had a Lexus before, but not this technology. You don't know anything about this technology!'. Not that it matters, Hassan, but I am interested in buying THIS car, as I KNOW I want another LEXUS, as I truly enjoyed the one I had. And I already researched some of the features online, and had actually gone to another dealer recently and looked at one IN PERSON a few months back! At that point, I was at my final red flag and it was clear to me, Superstition Springs wasn't the dealership for me to spend my money. First of all, I would like to say that I've been a member of the Toyota family for 25 years. I just purchased a 2025 Lexus ES 300 h at this dealership. After one month of ownership, I brought my Lexus into the dealership in order to have a clear protective bra placed on the front bumper and the mirrors. After 5 attempts, they failed to complete the job correctly. I had to devote six hours of my own time driving back-and-forth to the dealership . The film was peeling back on my mirrors. In addition, when I picked up my car after the 5th attempt, there were deep scratches on the paint surrounding my mirror. Hence, the dealership also damaged my car. Karl, the sales manager attempted to utilize intimidation tactics to convince me to accept the poor work and not point out any further problems in the future. The situation is that I paid over $700 to have the film placed on the mirrors and bumper which was not done properly. I also have deep scratches on my mirror, which will need repainted. As a beloved Lexus owner, I would not allow this dealership to touch your car when it comes to bodywork. They hire subcontractors to do their body work and then try to pass it off as Lexus quality in a manipulative manner. The new car sales management and the service department gave my new Lexus back to me with the conditions presented in the photos. As a Christian, I should have known better than to do business in a dealership with " superstitious" in its title. I professionalism to be based on apathy, dismissiveness, and intimidation. I am not surprised by the lower reviews. I purchased a "returned" 2024 NX 350h on December 20, 2024. The technical instruction for the various systems was very good and thorough, with an invitation to return for review after we had the car for a week or so, and an offer to call them with any questions. We did set up a review and have called them a couple of times for simple questions, which went well. All happy on this support from Dezi. The problem I had was getting call backs on other issues. I called the service department on an issue and never to this date have I heard back from them, but after 10 days from the original call I escalated the call to the sales manager. He did get my answers to me in a timely manner, but I don't feel I should have had to escalate the call. The next issue was they sold me a maintenance add-on maintenance program I wanted, but because the car wasn't spanking brand new (it had 4,500 miles on it) the coverage was declined. They should have known this and not offered it, but that was OK with me, I just contacted them for a refund. Again, no call back after calling 3 different people at the dealership over a period of 10 days. FINALLY, I got a call back and they eventually sent me a refund check. But again, I spent a good deal of time following up with them which I don't feel I should have had to do. I will be using a different dealership for my service needs and my next purchase. read more

I really admire Lexus and the body style of their vehicles but I feel like financing with Lexus is the hardest part as they don't like to bulge and work on getting you into the new Lexus family as other luxury vehicle companies do, they are all for getting you into used vehicles to avoid keeping those on their lots though!!!HA I would seriously LOVE to see their demographics on who they actually sell their vehicles to because, I personally feel that, they market more towards the Seniors, the mid life crises folks, and the retirees for new sells. It's not often that I've seen a college student, a working Mom, a hip Dad or even many minorities in their vehicles. I'm not aiming at any racial accusations so calm down people, I'm just calling it how I see it!!! Even when I'm visiting this dealership as I'm a huge car analyst, I notice how this particular dealership treats some of the older customers walking into the door vs "the still have a whole lot of life left customers", walking in. I've spent many hours observing this pattern at this dealership to also notice a certain type of class of people driving out! Hmmm Anyway, I simply adore James Charm, Bob, Rashard and Amanda (who left the company) however, Ryan in finance, literally hated me after seeming as if, he wanted to push to get me in, but not really putting in effort which, I don't fault him as I am a heavy hitter on numbers and going back and forth to make them work for me since I'm the one who has to make the payments. The rest of the crew, I gotta seriously say that, either I haven't had interaction with, or I didn't fit into the appearance on paper of what Lexus wanted as a customer! Needless to say, but happy to say, I've decided to give up on this location taking my business to another luxury brand which worked out 99.9 times better for me. Not only did Lexus lose my business but I've detoured my love for Lexus all due to their financially blinded and clueless factor of demographic, of the type of drivers they could add to their Lexus family of drivers. They are#1 for safety and long lasting vehicles so, perhaps they could care less, however... never close your eyes to the hip, vibrant millennials and baby boomers of society, as things continue to change! What goes up, ALWAYS comes down to keep the#1 spot, you've gotta find what's working TODAY and broaden your horizons out here for these streets! I made an initial $1000 deposit a month ago, and after multiple requests for a refund, it just came through today. Here's the timeline: On October 3rd, I submitted an online request for a GX550 and was told by a representative, Sean, that I needed a $1000 deposit to join the waitlist. I booked an appointment for the next day to make this deposit. When I arrived, I got a brief look at a GX model in the shop, but what was supposed to be a quick appointment stretched over an hour. During this time, I was told the deposit was actually $5000, not $1000, though they made an "exception" for me. I also signed a price sheet, though I specifically noted I was only making a deposit. I requested a copy of this form but never received it. On October 18th, I decided to cancel my spot and asked for my deposit back. I was then informed by another representative, Salma, that a GX matching my specifications was available, but at a higher MSRP. I agreed to proceed if they sent me the "out-the-door" cost. However, Salma later informed me that I had agreed to pay a $10k markup--something I'd never agreed to. When I questioned it, the responsibility was shifted to me, claiming I'd misunderstood due to being "in a hurry." After much back and forth, I finally requested a refund on October 22nd. While Salma offered to reduce the $10k markup by $3k to "make it work," I declined and reiterated my refund request. The communication issues continued, and despite assurances that my money would be returned, I was still waiting two weeks later. By October 31st, I'd followed up yet again, but still, nothing. For over two weeks, I've tried repeatedly to get back my deposit, and I've never even received a final copy of the price sheets I signed. If you value transparency and a no-nonsense approach, I suggest sticking with other local Lexus dealers (like Lexus of Chandler or Earnhardt Lexus) where I've consistently experienced customer-focused, straightforward transactions. If you are looking to trade in, these people are a bunch of scammers. They will say one number the next and when it's time they lowball you. Wouldn't recommend them or ever buy from them. Our first purchase of a Lexus was from Superstition Springs Lexus in about 2003. We have never had a problem with ANY of the six or seven (lost count) of our Lexus purchases. In the two decades of driving Lexus we have not had one service issue; a heartfelt thank you to the amazing service staff. Salma Albashir was our sales consultant. She did everything possible to make our purchase easy and exactly what we wanted. She is fairly new to Lexus, and already incredibly knowledgeable. We started our search for a new vehicle a few months ago. We met Salma and immediately trusted that she would work for us- meaning her questions consistently reflected her active interest in meeting our needs. But we also felt no pressure from her at any time. Both my husband and I found her a joy to work with! Before we purchased this week, my husband had one obscure, technical question. Salma acknowledged that she needed some research and asked for a moment. She was back in less than a minute after speaking to Easton McIntosh, Certified Product Specialist. Easton seems to be a fixture here. While we have never worked directly with him, he seems to be a resource consultants turn to with questions. He is a gentleman who adds to the general sense of being in a dealership you want to do business with! We have consistently found Brent Adkisson, GM, to be incredibly proactive in supporting our purchases while also respecting our financial considerations. I asked Brent how long he had been the GM and he said about 11 years. That made sense. Years ago I was on my own buying a car while my husband was traveling. I returned to Superstition Springs Lexus. This was the year I bought an Audi. The salesman at SS Lexus was the epitome of the high-pressure caricature of a car salesman. He had no interest in finding me a car that would be in the monthly payment range I wanted. After so many years at this dealership, I was sad to not get the help I wanted. My husband and I returned when the Audi lease was up. I was dreading this, after the last encounter, but my husband wanted to give it another try. Brent greeted us. I told Brent our last experience at this dealership led me to an Audi purchase. He seemed genuinely irritated that I wasn't helped and promised that we would be happy if we gave Lexus another try. He did everything possible to meet our circumstances. We left in 2012 with a new Lexus that would run for years, without a problem. Brent obviously supports his sales team in creating an impeccable environment for customer satisfaction. He is extremely good at what he does, with a huge knowledge base. We have since continued our purchases here, and cannot imagine buying anywhere else! It doesn't hurt that he is incredibly personable and genuine. Denise Erickson is the Certified Delivery Specialist we have had the pleasure of working with on past purchases. She was not working on this day, but it was great to find Denise is still with Lexus. If we have technical questions getting acclimated to this new vehicle, I know she will be extremely helpful. Denise is TRULY extraordinary and fun to spend time with- a force of technical know-how and a wizard! If I seem totally sold on this dealership- I am! The staff is 100% consistent and responsive without any negative stressors.
