They tried making the process as easy as possible and there is no haggle back and forth at all. It's great to know that the price online is the real price. We're so happy with our vehicle. It is in perfect condition, even smells like new, and the price was unbeatable. It just felt really good to go in there and not have to deal with all the car dealership haggling and back and forth! I encourage anyone in the market to buy a car to check here first because their selection, service and prices are hard to beat.

If you don't like anything in the lot you can order from a nationwide database with the security that every vehicle was taken care of. They will bring it to you. They will even print off the maintenance schedule if you ask. I've both ordered a vehicle out of state and bought one off their lot. The staff is knowledgeable, helpful and charming. They will offer you coffee, tea or water while filling out the paperwork. They make it as pain free as possible. I recommend due diligence before going of course. It's not nearly as stressful as going to a regular car dealership, they don't hassle you for a decision right away or treat you poorly. It's worth it. I plan on buying from them for years.

We arrived and the car was already running thinking they were ready for us to test drive. I opened the drivers door and the power running board didn't work. We worked with Shawn, who went above and beyond to find the vehicle that fit our family's needs and price range. It was so past my scope of what I dared to hope for in a car buying experience; Shawn genuinely cared about what our family needed and offered us a loaner for as long as necessary, and kept us updated on vehicles that came in that could fit our needs. We ended up with an economical vehicle in our family, and the next time we need one we know where we are going. I never imagined a car buying experience could be so easy... especially while recovering from an accident. We are sticking with the "little guys" - what a HUGE difference and amazing experience

If you've ever wanted to experience the absolute pinnacle of automotive incompetence, I highly…read morerecommend paying a visit to the service department at Honda Cars of Bellevue. Seriously -- it's a masterclass in how to get absolutely nothing done while confidently having no idea what's going on. I purchased my car here in April. Fast forward to May 24th -- blew a tire. No big deal, right? I had the foresight to purchase a tire and wheel warranty when I bought the car. You'd think that would make this an easy process. Oh, you sweet, naïve soul. Enter Dustin and Rick, the service manager -- and I use manager loosely, because managing anything seems wildly outside his skillset. These two couldn't find my warranty anywhere. Poof. Vanished. Like a magician's trick, except instead of applause, all you get is delays and migraines. Then, in a moment of pure, unfiltered genius, Rick tells me there's a $150 deductible and that the warranty doesn't cover cosmetic wheel damage. Only problem? He was quoting a warranty this dealership hasn't sold in over three years. Three. Years. And who had to enlighten him? Me -- after calling my salesperson and getting the real information. Because apparently, the service manager has no idea what products his own dealership sells. You truly can't make this up. And here's where it gets downright insulting. 11 days later, I still don't have my car back. Eleven. Days. Over a tire. I've watched entire homes get built faster than these clowns can fix a wheel. Their mysterious, elusive "wheel guy" comes once a week, and somehow didn't get to my car last week. Now we're into this week, and no one can confirm if the mythical wheel guy is even gracing the dealership with his presence today. Eleven days. For a tire. I cannot stress enough how wildly unacceptable and embarrassing this is for a professional dealership. Honestly, I'd have a better shot handing my keys to a 22-year-old meth head at Jiffy Lube. At least he'd have the decency to wreck it quickly instead of stringing me along for a week and a half. The fact that a service manager has no idea what his dealership sells, can't coordinate a basic tire repair, and thinks it's fine to leave a customer without their vehicle for 11 days over a flat is beyond belief. This isn't a joke. It's not exaggerated. It's just Honda Cars of Bellevue being tragically, spectacularly bad at what they do. If you like wasting your time, being lied to, and dealing with a service department that would lose a race to a snail with a limp, this is your place. Otherwise -- stay far, far away. Update: I just found out the wheel guy won't be coming in today... because of the weather. Now, before you picture some catastrophic, end-of-days scenario, let me clarify -- it's 60° and drizzling. I had to actually step outside to make sure I wasn't missing a biblical flood, an alien invasion, or a solid 30 inches of snow. Nope. Just a little drizzle and the kind of mild weather that even house cats would be fine in. And yet somehow, that's enough to derail this already tragic operation. 12 days and counting... over a tire...

Think Twice Before Buying Here…read more I trusted New Horizons Auto Center based on their image. That was a mistake. After my experience and research, it's clear this dealership is building its reputation on unsafe, defective vehicles and zero accountability. I recently purchased a Toyota Tacoma here during the weekend. Right after buying it, I noticed something felt wrong. Two days later, I took the truck to an official Toyota inspection, and they told me the vehicle was extremely unsafe to drive -- for me, my family, and for others on the road. The repair costs were estimated to be higher than the entire value of the truck due to serious structural issues that had clearly been hidden. When I returned to the dealership seeking a solution -- whether a partial refund, a fair exchange, or any support -- their only answer was: "Find a lawyer." No help. No responsibility. No concern for my safety or that of others. The Real Problems You Should Know: They hide information about major vehicle problems. They sell cars without proper inspections or regard for safety. They protect themselves under an "As-Is No Warranty" agreement. They have no post-sale support -- once you sign, you're alone. Multiple reviews mention Vehicle Quality Concerns, Lack of Transparency, and even Questionable Review Practices. I've bought cars before at other dealerships, and the difference is huge -- other places actually help you when something serious comes up. New Horizons Auto Center doesn't. If you value your money, your time, and your family's safety, avoid this place. It is thousands of times safer to buy from a private seller than from a dealership that refuses to stand behind what they sell. A dealership's real reputation is not built by five-star fake reviews but by how they handle real problems. Here, they fail. If management cares about their name, they should start by protecting their customers, not abandoning them. Please read the negative reviews carefully -- they all tell the same real story. Hands down the worst car dealership I've EVER experienced…read more First I test drove and bought a car. A Volvo XC90. I was coming from Des Moines and drove it home. On the drive home, a light came on and I heard water sloshing every time I stopped. I scheduled it to be seen at Volvo Des Moines anyway for some peace of mind. After looking at the car, I get a call that the Volvo dealership was aware of this car and had serviced it previously after a significant accident involving WATER. Imagine my surprise since their "car facts" never showed anything of that nature. After a week of emails and threatening legal action, they FINALLY take the car back and exchange it for something else. Only they need their mechanic to address something and they'll deliver it. BIG MISTAKE. This car has never worked and after contacting them about it they mailed parts for the WRONG MODEL and told me to fix it. Then they stopped answering emails or calls at all. Honestly avoid them at all costs. An absolute nightmare company with no morals. They're predatory and their car "facts" are fiction. Response to seller: we've called and left multiple voicemails. We've also emailed multiple times. You shipped parts to us that do not fit our car and continue to face issues with this vehicle. Both of our phone numbers have been accessible to you and during the first week you returned phone calls to these same numbers repeatedly. No numbers have changed. Update 1/2026: There's a reason multiple people are saying they sell lemons. And they get on the Internet to respond to low reviews but won't answer the phone. Be extremely wary. Even two years later they still haven't answered a single phone call. Blocked my number and my husbands.

Now at 98,000 miles, 14 Service visits and 4 different mechanics at a loss the truck suffers from: Random electrical communication faults (CAN bus errors) Infotainment screen staying on after shutoff Key stuck in the ignition after driving Jerky, delayed 1-2 transmission shifts Frequent trouble codes including U0100, U0140, U0101, B3205, and more I've had these problems since the day I bought it. I trusted that a truck sold at this price and mileage had been thoroughly inspected, but it's become clear that these issues were likely pre-existing or at least never disclosed. This is not just a "bad sensor" or "wear-and-tear" -- these are major network and control issues that affect how the truck drives, powers down, and shifts. I expected better quality control and accountability from this small dealership. Now I'm stuck troubleshooting a vehicle I rely on daily -- and one I shouldn't have had to fight with from day one. This has been a deeply frustrating experience.
