Country sausage and eggs, hashbrowns, biscuits and gravy.

Don't let the cafeteria seating and drive-thru windows put you off. We came in with low expectations and are pleasantly surprised with a wide menu, reasonable prices, large portions and tasty food. A pleasant experience all the way around.

Bacon and eggs, hashbrowns, and pancakes, and also the number one which is scrambled eggs biscuits, and gravy

Simple dated decor that says welcome. The waitress was on top of keeping our coffee filled and always checked on us even though she was training another server. the food was fine, the only thing that was unsatisfying was you could really taste the grease. We ordered the eggs, bacon and pancakes and the #1 that had biscuits and gravy. My husband said the gravy was good. Overall this was a down home country feeling with food that was good, but greasy.

Great breakfast joint. I ordered to go so not sure how the service is when dining in, but they were great for everything else. Give mom and pop vibes. Definitely worth trying out.

Back to try the breakfast and it was pretty average. This place is clearly the definition of a greasy spoon. if you dine at the counter. Do you want your toast manhandled by the waitress with no gloves. She touches your toast to cut it in fours and then hangs on tight to the toast to butter it. My meal involved fairly normal buttermilk pancakes and a terrible plate of unseasonably home fries. No onions, peppers or salt and pepper in the out of the bag potatoes. Lots of career waitresses here as well.

What can I say but amazing!!! From the food to the server, this place did not disappoint. Everything was fresh and cooked properly, and it tasted great. My only problem is I will have to come back to AZ for this. Road trip anyone

Being a recent transplant to the Phoenix area, I was looking for a good, country breakfast. I found it today at Country Boys! From the second we walked in, Jay greeted us from behind the counter like we were regulars! The service was friendly, attentive, and welcoming! Hugs (with a side of loving sass) were on the menu for true regulars:-) The atmosphere felt like a place where everyone is family! And the food...the food was amazing!!!! 'Seasoned perfectly and probably the best breakfast we've had since relocating here! So when you don't feel like a fancy fru-fru breakfast and just want something filling, reasonably priced, and delicious- this is the place!

Pancakes and biscuits were very good. Served a great portion of hash browns but the chicken fried steak is served in small portion. I also had a Tabasco sauce on table that had bubbles in it. So i would check the dates on the condiments they serve. Diner smelled old and greasy. Chairs were old and uncomfortable.

First time visitors - we were in the area and decided to try late lunch. Few other guests when we were there, but kitchen was busy. Seems they do a lot of takeout-delivery service. Also offer drive-thru. I was happy to see they offer breakfast anytime, ordered a breakfast special English muffin sandwich with ham and side hash browns. It was good. He enjoyed a chopped Philly cheesesteak sandwich, even tho it was too saucy which made the roll squishy. Our service was fast and friendly. Noticed a sign offering 2 for 1 coupons from their website. There's also a check-in offer for Yelp but I couldn't get it to work from my phone. No worries, it was still a decent value for our money. Show some love to the Locals and give Country Boys a try!

We continue to be impressed by both the quality and creativity of their food. On this visit, I ordered The Pilgrim, which is essentially Thanksgiving dinner wrapped inside a pasty. It features turkey, stuffing, sweet potatoes, cranberry sauce, and gravy. It arrived absolutely piping hot--seriously, give it a few minutes before taking that first bite--but once it cooled down, it was phenomenal. The combination of flavors was comforting and satisfying, and a little cranberry sauce with each bite provided the perfect balance. My only minor critique would be that the ingredients could have been distributed a bit more evenly throughout the pasty. I also found the gravy slightly more peppery than expected, occasionally overshadowing the stuffing, sweet potatoes, and turkey. Even so, this has become my favorite pasty at Cornish Pasty Co. We also tried the Peppered Steak pasty, which features sirloin, portobello mushrooms, leeks, zucchini, Stilton bleu cheese, and a peppercorn brandy cream sauce. The quality of the ingredients was excellent, especially the steak and the wonderfully flaky crust. For my personal taste, the peppercorn brandy cream sauce was a little more prominent than I prefer, and I found myself wanting more of the steak, mushroom, and Stilton flavors to come through. That's simply a matter of preference, though--it was still a well-executed dish made with quality ingredients. One thing Cornish Pasty Co. consistently gets right is the crust. Every pasty we've had has been flaky, flavorful, and substantial without feeling heavy. This wasn't our first experience with their menu. Over the years we've thoroughly enjoyed the Tikka Masala, the Lamb & Mint (which was a genuine "wow" dish), and the Royale. Those are all excellent choices, but after this visit, The Pilgrim has moved to the top of my personal rankings. Our two pasties came in under $20 each, making for a filling and satisfying meal at a reasonable price. We ordered takeout, and while there was a bit of a wait after we arrived, it's worth noting that these are made-to-order pasties, not fast food. Even though we only ordered a few minutes before arriving, the quality was well worth the extra time. My biggest criticism has nothing to do with the food. While waiting, my wife and I sat inside briefly, and we found the music extremely loud. During our visit, the restaurant was playing Silth, a progressive metalcore band. Musical tastes are obviously subjective, but the combination of the style and volume made conversation difficult for us. My wife eventually decided to wait in the car because it was simply too loud. The restaurant clearly aims for a lively pub atmosphere, with games available and a diverse mix of patrons enjoying themselves, so many people may appreciate that environment. It just wasn't a great fit for us. That said, the food is outstanding, the portions are generous, and we'll absolutely be back. We'll probably continue ordering takeout, but that's a reflection of our personal preferences rather than any issue with the restaurant itself. If you're looking for creative, well-made pasties with high-quality ingredients, Cornish Pasty Co. is definitely worth a visit.

It's their take on bruschetta, although I'd describe it more as a flatbread. It comes topped with honey smoked salmon, jalapeño cream cheese, red onion, crispy fried capote capers, chili oil, lemon, and parsley. The flavors were good, especially the honey smoked salmon, but unfortunately it had very little jalapeño cream cheese. Without it, the flatbread was a little dry. I also would have loved a little more chili oil and lemon. The cream cheese would have added the richness it needed. Thankfully, our other dishes were great. We ordered the Smorgasbord, which is consistently fabulous, and split the Humble Caesar, one of our all-time favorites. Those two dishes never disappoint. Humble Bistro continues to be one of favorites. If I order The Kosher again I would ask they make sure and add cream cheese.
