If I could have given six out of five, I would have to this business, which was one of the most amazing one these days. Not only the food for super delicious and it was not just my order which first fish fry but everyone in my group loved their food. We have not seen service like this in a long time the host and the manager or owner I'm not sure where making sure everything was perfect. Because of the heating Arizona shades were down. As soon as it started to get darker, they opened up the window shades, and the most magnificent sky was shown. I love this gem!

We took our annual holiday photos nearby, and posing really makes you hungry! We came in to replenish from all the glam and before we drove back to Mesa. The service was QUICK - the hostesses greeted us and seated us. Heather was our waitress, and she was so kind especially to my little one! Our breakfast was FILLING! We ordered: The Open Italian omelet: loaded with Italian sausage, mozzarella, tomato, and basil. The Wild Western: filled with jalapeño bacon, chorizo, longanisa sausage, and cheddar cheese We also ordered off the kid's menu for my son. He enjoyed the blueberry pancakes and bacon! Although it was busy, nothing seemed rushed! Great ambience! I think also maybe the owner or manager came out and checked in on us. Absolutely love this place!

Soul café is a neighborhood favorite. My family and friends have enjoyed this restaurant many times over the years. The service is always on point, and the atmosphere inside and outside are very enjoyable. They also allow dogs on the patio. Our waitress even brought over a little bowl and water for my cousin's pup. Although breakfasts are usually my favorite here, I opted for a beet salad with shrimp today, so good!

8/1/26-what an incredible dining experience last night for our 17 ppl party! Mgr Annamarie is so wonderful! She always takes care of our special requests! Seated us at a great table to accommodate our large birthday party! She even stops by to make sure all is well. Orlando our server had his hands full and took care of us without a hitch! Everyone loved their meals and drinks. This is a great place to plan celebrations! All the staff at Soul Cafe go out of their way to make it an enjoyable evening!

Soul cafe was one of the only restaurants that could take our large party of 10 on a weekend day near the holidays. The restaurant space was open, used space well without overcrowding tables, and was very lovely with plants and wood decor intermixed for a fresh space. The staff were really great - our server Aresela was so so very nice and got everything for us so quickly. Our table has some picky people and everyone was well attended and happy with the service. The food was so so so yummy. Way tastier than anticipated and so fresh. The homemade salsas were very well made and roasted to perfection. The veggies and fruit were also fresh and full of flavor. Overall a fantastic weekend brunch spot that should not be missed!

Great spot to grab a bite to eat after hiking pinnacle peak. We got the happy hour menu, which had plenty of options. Everything was delicious. The size of the BLT salad and patty melt were huge for a happy hour portion.

Soul cafe is more than a cafe it is a restaurant that serves breakfast/brunch, lunch and dinner. We have been here before the updates and the updates are so great, give it a more modern vibe. The food was good, the service was ok. We sat with no silverware and then our son's food was delivered and we had to search for someone to get us silverware and napkins. When looking for our server we see him over by the bar just chatting it up with two other servers. We eventually got the hostess' attention and she got us a napkin and some silverware. Other than the ok service, the food is very good. Will come back and hopefully we have better service.

Cute brunch spot that serves brunch, dinner along with crafted cocktails. They also have HH Tues-Sat 2-6 pm only at the bar. For breakfast I would have to say that their prices were pretty steep but their portions are huge. I ordered the Mediterranean omelette, it was okay. My roommate order the 2 pancake plate and it was huge but the batter was okay, nothing special. Probably wouldn't be back here again, not in my budget to pay $18-$24 a plate for breakfast. If it was perfect and amazing it would be a different story but it's not. Not to mention we sat right next to the entrance door which wasn't very comfortable.

Food: Come here for the food! It is top notch. The pancakes are some of the best I've ever had and they have an assortment of dishes that you don't get other places or have unique twists that are delicious. I brought my dad here for brunch because he loves the pancakes and they didn't disappoint. He got the 2 good 2 be true with lemon ricotta and bacon and blueberry pancakes. I shared the special of the day which was an applewood bacon and bourbon pancake with pecans with my stepmom who ordered the crazy cowboy. The pancakes were all fluffy and filled with a generous amount of ingredients. No skimping on the bacon or fruits here. My pancakes came with an apple compote that I used as a syrup and it was delicious without being overly sweet. The crazy cowboy is a good mix of flavors with a slight bit of heat from the green chilies but not overly so if you aren't a huge fan of spice. Drinks: I got the blueberry mimosa which had a small amount of syrup at the bottom to add the flavor which I loved because I hate when they overfill with the juice or sugary syrup. That tends to give me a headache. The coffeetini is the usual. The jalapeño bloody Mary was a bit spicy which is to be expected by she thought it was just a little too much of tomato juice flavor. Service was a bit slow and the table next to us had a hard time being seated. I think the table was too small for them and they struggled to cram in there which was awkward since there were two tables next to them that were empty and were later used for another party of the same size. It was very busy as usual which I don't mind but some people may consider it too loud and cramped. I prefer sitting at the bar if I'm alone. There is a nice patio that is shaded and under a cover, away from the street as well, when the weather is nice.

Nice restaurant, but there's a really long wait on the weekends. I came here for breakfast with my mom and really enjoyed it, 100%. My only impression is that this place seems a bit overhyped, but they get a lot of business and people seem to like it, so maybe I'm just the odd one out. What I really appreciate is the staff. They understand the Arizona heat and do their best to get you seated quickly. My pancake was delicious, and I would order it again. It was different from what I've had before because mine had jalapeños in it, so it's not something I'd find just anywhere, but I was feeling experimental that day. I'd definitely come back, just to see if I feel any different next time!

Wifey started with the strawberry salad which was very large and had a wonderful dressing. Easily could have feed two. Went with the lamb entree which was cooked to perfection. Chunks of beet on short skewers and wrapped with a large basal leaf. The beef itself was exceptionally good. For an entree, I went with the New York strip with a side of asparagus and off the cobb corn elote. The strip was slightly overcooked, I ordered medium and it came well done. Bummer! Asparagus was very grilled and tender. We wrapped up the meal with two pieces of Flan topped with coconut. Delightful ! Restaurant is a little unusual with respect to layout but very functional. Service, by Mel, was friendly and attentive. We enjoyed our experience. Bring your wallet. High recommend without any reservations.

We usually dine inside the main restaurant, which is great too, but this spot is right off the course with tons of tables and TVs everywhere, perfect for sports, snacks, and emotional support during extra innings. The staff managed to seat all eight of us, which already felt like a small miracle. We started ordering drinks and appetizers, and I was starving. Like, the kind of starving where my daughter and I both turn into tiny gremlins who should not be approached without caution. If you've ever been within six feet of me when I'm hangry, you know your best move is to evacuate the area immediately. So I asked for bread before the dark side fully took over. They brought rolls that were... interesting. Sweet? Savory? Peppery? Honestly, I still don't know what was happening on top of them, but I ate them anyway because survival mode was fully activated. For entrées, I ordered the chicken pot pie and my daughter got the chicken piccata. I'm still undecided whether my pot pie was genuinely amazing or if I was just ravenous, but I demolished the entire thing. and the size of that dish is not for the feint of heart. My daughter also wiped out her piccata, and she's three, so that's basically a Michelin endorsement. All in all, the food was delicious, the vibes were fun, and we had a great time, even if the World Series outcome has me emotionally damaged. 4 stars and we'll definitely be back!

We decided to split the Meatball (a new addition on the menu just this week) and the Italian Grinder (one of our fave's) and it was worth it. We knew we would take the other halves home for a dinner snack, so we had a less overloaded lunch today. Casey again was our server, and he saw use getting seated and brought over a bottle of their sparkling wine (they do a deal for $20 or $25) which we enjoy, as we got it last time also. The bottle overflowed significantly on opening so there was a bit of loss unfortunately - however, Casey came back later during our lunch when we had finally finished the bottle and topped us off from the lost portion of the previous bottle - a very kind gesture and certainly was not expected. But he said he wanted to do right. A good man right there. The food as usual, was fantastic - service is exceptional and the ambiance very good - def not a loud place, but certainly has the potential, as there are glass windows behind the bar area so if you have loud talkers at the bar, it bounces back at you - most noticeable if you're sitting at the community table in the middle - the booths are much more protected further back. We have sat at the same seats at the community bar each time we have been there, but it's pretty good and the noise isn't generally a concern - might be later in the evening/night when there is a fuller bar area - we usually are there for a mid-afternoon lunch so it's not so bad.
