Despite that, my mom still chose to leave a respectful and honest review, simply expressing her concerns in hopes that things would improve. What's even more upsetting is that when she returned to give the restaurant another chance, she was told by staff that they could not serve her because of the review she left. Mind you, this is someone who has supported this business for years. It's disheartening to see a loyal customer be turned away for providing honest feedback. Reviews are meant to help businesses grow, not punish customers for speaking up. I really hope management takes a step back and reevaluates how they handle feedback and treat long-time customers.

What occurred was far below any reasonable standard of customer service and left me feeling unsafe and disrespected. During my visit, a male server verbally accosted me -- using profane language, making threatening remarks, and treating me in a wholly disrespectful manner. This behavior was entirely unprovoked and completely unacceptable in any setting, let alone a dining establishment. What made the situation worse was the response from management. Despite the incident taking place, the manager on duty took no meaningful action to address the situation, offer an apology, or ensure my safety and comfort as a customer. Their inaction sent a clear message that this kind of conduct is tolerated at your restaurant. I am requesting the following: 1. A formal written acknowledgment of this complaint 2. A full investigation into the conduct of the staff member involved 3. Appropriate disciplinary action against both the server and the manager who failed to act 4. A direct response to me outlining the steps taken I sincerely hope Turning Point takes this matter seriously.
