It's a new, very clean, bright hotel, in a very convenient area for shopping as well. They also offer a free complete breakfast in the morning! We decided to try the included breakfast and we were really pleased how the items were being continuously filled with piping hot food. It was quite tasty and the entire area was always being attended to and kept immaculately clean! We will definitely be booking this hotel again when the opportunity arises for an overnight stay in this area!

We had a meeting to attend just a half mile down the road from the motel. The meeting started at about noon, so we called the motel while enroute to inquire as to getting into our room early. NO PROBLEM said the desk clerk and SAID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about an additional $25 fee for early arrival. We never had to pay that before. When we objected to the fee, the different desk person sat there and did nothing but mumble. We ended up having to pay the fee with the promise to NEVER TO STAY AT YHIS PROPERTY EVER AGAIN. And, we will advise others of their policies in all of our social media accounts. We will give them far more NEGATIVE PRESS than $25 worth. Be Aware People. Ask and question everything. Supposedly the Manager was to get back to us. Will never happen. Very Disappointed.

These people need to be held accountable for their actions and STOP ripping people off.

I was able to rest peacefully. They had a full kitchen. The customer service was fantastic.. I was very impressed with this hotel and I highly recommend from one night to a week or two. It is the place to stay. If having a procedure done, they do give a discount.

I recently stayed here for a wedding…read more The location was very easy to find. And it's walkable to places like DQ, Chilis and Taco Bell. The inside and outside was clean and looked newish. When I Checked in, the lady at the front was very helpful and friendly. The elevators seems to move fast so we never had to wait long for them We got a 1 bedroom suite. The rooms are spacious but I don't think it's utilized well. The couch is not comfy and hard. There is place to sit and lounge. Bathroom was also spacious but the shower door only closed like 95% closed. It also had slow pressure and, oddly, at 4am... it took a long time for hot water to come The bedroom was nice. Very small bed... I'm surprised there was no king bed here. Two nightstands which had decent amount of outlets here and the entire suite Breakfast was okay. There was plenty breakfast items like juice and fruit and cereal. They do have a waffle station with a lot of add-ons/toppings. For hot food, however, they had premade mini omelette which had a powdery cheese sauce and sausage links. Both were actually pretty good. Plus they had your toaster station with breads and bagels. The pool was decent but the water was ice cold. And so was the pool room itself Overall, the hotel has its pros and cons. I did enjoy my stay and the staff was nice to me.

Just found out on a recent stay that they are upgrading to motion sensing thermostats in every…read moreroom. It's 88° outside and the hotel room is 73 when I arrive. I turn it down to 65 to rapidly cool the place off. When I come back from dinner the room is back up to 73. It's too hot to sleep and your towels don't dry overnight. This is absolutely garbage, and apparently it's becoming a more common practice with corporate greed and franchise stingyness.
