We had a meeting to attend just a half mile down the road from the motel. The meeting started at about noon, so we called the motel while enroute to inquire as to getting into our room early. NO PROBLEM said the desk clerk and SAID ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about an additional $25 fee for early arrival. We never had to pay that before. When we objected to the fee, the different desk person sat there and did nothing but mumble. We ended up having to pay the fee with the promise to NEVER TO STAY AT YHIS PROPERTY EVER AGAIN. And, we will advise others of their policies in all of our social media accounts. We will give them far more NEGATIVE PRESS than $25 worth. Be Aware People. Ask and question everything.
