The coleslaw is perfect because it's very fine with a celery seed. The rye bread is fresh and not dried out. My best advice is to get the breaded mushrooms. They are some of the best I've ever eaten because again they are hand breaded. On Fridays you must get free fresh cake again homemade not bought. We tried three of the desserts and they didn't disappoint. Drinks are a strong pour and if you're lucky the owners wife will serve you because she's awesome. The owner is a very sweet man from Slovenia who used to live in Chicago and is a huge fan of Da Bears, hence the name, "Da Bar."
