I first emailed Don the owner and got no reply. I eventually called and was chastised for emailing (which he apparently does not check). Don and I discussed today as a day that would work for remediation. I had the distinct impression he was going to come. He had me text photos of the problem, which he agreed was not right. Yesterday Don called and left VM asking what it was they were supposed to do for me, as he could not recall, and to verify the time. I texted him this morning indicating the texted photos I'd sent previously, which were on the message thread, signed my name and wrote unhappy customer under my name. Don immediately called back and demanded to know if I'd texted him and why would I have done that? Why would I have written something like that? I responded that it was because he had left VM asking what it was they were supposed to do. Don stated that what I had said (unhappy customer) was "over the top". This call was rude and unpleasant from his end. Unhappy customer is about ME. I get to describe myself any way I choose, regardless of him thinking it's over the top or milk toast. The technician came and re-cleaned the room I had complained about. Hopefully this ends any contact I have with this company.

We have original hardwood floors under our bit of carpeting (227 square feet), and I wanted to try a company known for not drenching the carpet to clean it. The reviews I read were not only impressed with the quick dry time but also stain fighting. I called the number from the website, an 800 number. Obviously, she was not local...must have been a central customer service center. She was very pleasant, informative, and helpful. She also mentioned that first-time customers get a 25% discount on services. I set up my appointment for the following week, first thing on the morning, 8-8:30. I received a call from Rob, who worked at the local office, the day before confirming my appointment. At 8:05, Rob called me to let me know his technician, Gabe, was running late. He said Gabe would call me within 20 minutes with an ETA. Gabe called me around 9, giving me an ETA of 9:45. At this point, I'm a little irritated. I took the morning off work for this appointment, and my time is just as important as theirs. I absolutely hate waiting for contractors. I find it super inconsiderate to not be punctual. I did appreciate the heads up, but the time estimates were way off, hence one less star. When Gabe got here, he was pleasant and knowledgeable. He was able to answer all my questions. He took measurements for my estimate, and the price was very reasonable. He said it would take about an hour, which was accurate. He did a great job, and I'm happy with the outcome. He cleaned up his materials and was very professional. I would definitely recommend this business for carpet cleaning. I just wish they could have been more punctual.
