The truck is kept nice but it had dog hair on the carpet. He did not like that my truck had dog hair and he said "don't come on the weekends no more it slows me down" My truck is kept nice. I have a black leather interior and black carpets... and a yellow lab: her hair goes... Everywhere. To which I replied: "I paid like everyone else ...It is what it is. So disappointed. Was in Howell and hopeful that I had a few minutes to get a car wash. We still had sand from the summer and something spilled in my cup holders. If I could give zero stars I would. They were not done badly, they were not even touched. I wish that I did not have to get to an appointment right after or I would have gone and asked them to actually clean the inside of the car, since I thought that was what I was paying for. I have been coming to this place since I got my first car in 1999. They do a pretty good job at the car washing, and also offer tune-up and oil change. You get a free, basic car wash ticket, with every oil change. The staff has always been really nice and friendly, and even helpful when they tune-up my car. read more

Worst car wash EVER, stay far far away, they dont know what they are doing, are VERY lazy, management doesnt care. I complained about the horrible job they did and the manager said I could go through again, even though I never spoke a word to the kid who pulls the cars out he apparently took it as an insult so when I got back in the car he had messed with me entire seat setting putting it as close to the dash as possible. Just drive away and find another car wash. If there was a way to give them negative stars I would rate them a negative 5 stars. I payed for the platinum car wash that was $35 and gave them a $5 tip. So for $40 you would think your car would be clean. When they were done with my car it was still so dirty with crumbs on my sits, floor mats had foot prints on them, and the windows still had bugs on them. When they went to clean my tires all they did was take a brush to go around the the tire and still didn't look shiny. They never wiped down the rims and because of that the rims we so dirty that I went home and had to use an entire roll of paper towels to clean all the dirt. Also, the management was so disrespectful on every level that I don't recommend them for anyone to go through what I went through. For $40 I could of done a better job myself. You're better off saving your money or going somewhere else. read more

I paid for an exterior / interior car wash . When I went to get my car when it was " finished " , the cup holder wasn't cleaned nor the gear area either and neither was the trunk . I was then told that the trunk was $3 extra . I wasn't informed of this prior to the service at all and I was my car with like packages on weekly basis and nobody ever charges extra with such a package . Secondly I told the guy to clean my cup holders and gear area that was still sticky and had crumbs in them and he gave me a big attitude and wooed the cup holders only ! I took my keys and went inside to complain to the manager and he insisted that I was lieing and that his guys know what they are doing ! Instead of standing behind his service to the customers. I've been coming here a while but this last time was my final visit. I sent my husband to get our van washed. He comes back and it cost $27!! They charged extra to vacuum the front, extra to do the back, extra to do the trunk and extra because it was an "oversized" vehicle! So let me understand, is our mini van so oversized that it's using extra water & soap or something? Half the population has mini vans. They also told him it was one of the filthiest vans they've seen! I have 3 kids two of which are 3 year old twins. Yes there was a lot of random goldfish etc on the floors. But don't you take your car to the car wash because it's DIRTY??? They want to just tidy up a car so sorry they had to actually work! As a woman going to a man dominated business, it is always uncomfortable but when men point and stare, it makes it even worse. They do not deserve a single star. I paid for a full service and after 1 minutes and 40 seconds they gave me back my car. I gave them a 7 dollar tip, then i opened the car to notice that they had done nothing to it. I claimed that all they did was put water on it and dried it and after I complained they said to just take it to the back to get it vaccum. I would never come here spend the extra time and go up the street to garden state car wash. The guy in the back couldn't even get my truck into neutral not sure if he even has a license, second the truck wasn't even on the track so the boss had to come out and show him and then you walk inside and it smells like they just got done smoking pot in the rest room or garage. Highly highly recommend going elsewhere for a car wash don't waste your time here. You would think a place like this that has been in business for a long time would care about there few customers they probably have but it doesn't look that way. Don't fall for the undercarriage car wash , I watched the whole process and not a single drop of water was used on the undercarriage .BTW I do work on my own cars and have some mechanical knowledge so I know when i'm being scammed. Good for basic exterior wash and vacuuming wasn't even that good . Country sudser reply to my post and prove me wrong ,I will bring my car back and you can show me the mechanism that washes the undercarriage and i'll change my review. If I could give negative stars I would. Do not go here. Entire staff was very unfriendly. The team that dries the car at the end lazily rubbed the towels on the car and left huge water spots on the doors and roof. The guy who did the interior used a dirty towel and left all kinds of streaks on all my windows. For the prices the charge I will never take our cars back here again. Went to get my car washed and specifically asked for the back of my truck to be vacuumed which cost an additional $2. I watched from inside as the worker did a quick vacuum of the front close the door and drive it into the wash. I had to go back outside and remind them to do the back. If I could give a negative star I would! I went to get my car washed, I purchased the platinum package which includes the mats being washed. After I sat in car and pulled away I noticed one of my mats weren't put back. I returned and asked the attendant, he reluctantly said he'll look, took him awhile and finally comes back and says he doesn't see any mats. I asked for the manager and was told to go inside. I wait for him to come out of the office, when he finally comes out I explain what happened, he says there are no mats there and rudely he says he's too busy to look. He didn't want to bother with me and was very rude. Will never return to this place. The manager is never nice and always speaks to customers like he's annoyed. I just come here for the free car wash with my oil change. Every time they clean my car i upgrade there are always spots that are still a bit dirty on my car and my windows come up streaky. I also had to tell them to clean the matts because they forgot and then expected me to tip them. read more

These people are the worst!!!! I paid for the platinum package - which was supposed to include a car wash, interior vacuum, clean the windows (inside and out); wipe down the seat, dash, and center console and polish the tires. The tires didn't really look polished... We got into the car and NOTHING was wiped down. We complained and one fool came over and haphazardly wiped the dash and walked away. Unfortunately we had to head to a graduation and couldn't spend the time to argue with these fools. AND when we got home, I looked in the trunk and it had not been vacuumed at all and I had paid extra for it!!! I hope there is a special place in hell for jacka$$es that rip people off like this! So I pull up and quickly read a sign to my left that says leave car here and go inside, so I do. As I am walking inside a lady beeps at me so I turn around and say it says to leave it here?? (Confused) and a very unpleasant guy with a pony tail says "where does it say that?" "I don't know what you're reading". So I said I no longer need a car wash, and turned my car around and left. I have just paid for the very WORST car wash- and it's a stretch calling it a wash- EVER! I was on lunch hour and didn't THINK I needed to check if the windshield was washed- I paid to upgrade to Gold level after all, but: inside windshield- not washed, wrote in dust on backseat- so no cleaning done back there, crumbs all over stick shift boot and console, hubcaps partially cleaned so I could see what they missed. I have been to the wash a few times now and have almost aways been disappointed. I won't go back. Twice they have done sloppy work vacuuming the car. I let it slide the first time and cleaned up their work when I got home. The second time I brought the truck back to be re-vacuumed. After paying extra for a full vacuuming, I would expect that they would at least lift the mats to vacuum under them. The place was empty that day so they weren't rushed, just lazy. On another visit on a Sunday afternoon, the guys at the wash exit were blasting their rap music from a radio full of profanities and sexual innuendos. Not that I can't tolerate it normally, but I would prefer that my 9 year old son not have to listen to it. There are plenty of other car washes that do a better job... go to them instead. read more

I never ever feel I get my money's worth with this place. I always get the most expensive wash, where they clean inside your car and wipe it down. Well the windows are always streaky, inside never clean, wheels aren't cleaned. I always have to go home and clean it myself anyway. To top it off and the reason I will never come back here ever again, i saw the guy riding in my front seat while it was going through the wash!! I ordered an exterior wash. When my car got out of the cycle, one worker did a half ass job drying my car with wet rags. My rims were still wet and there were still soap suds on my car. I told the one worker that my rims are still wet. He told me, "but you only got an exterior wash". Last time I checked, the rims are on the outside of the car, which count as the EXTERIOR. I had to go home and finish drying off the soap suds off my car. This is the last time I get a car wash from them. I've had better car washes in other parts if jersey for less money. I would not recommend going to this place for a car wash. They do a piss poor job of cleaning your car, even for just an exterior wash. read more
