I picked a $22 which is a full cleaning and added a $25 interior cleaning service. A total of $47 .. so after you go through the car wash, you're greeted with two gentlemen drying your vehicle with Micro fiber cloths, and then you have to do roundabout and come into this area where they do the interior. Once in ,your ask to sit in waiting area till your vehicle is done .my kids spilled a cereal box on floor, so I told the guys and gave em the heads up. While waiting, I was confronted by one of the guys cleaning the interior (who later identified himself as manager) I was told I would have to pay additional $20 to get my car cleaned to its full potential. I turned it down and said simply complete the $25 interior job I paid for .. proceeded to look for a manager at the office and no one was available to talk to, and no one at front desk,once I asked the same guy about what's the bar to ask for additional money.,I started feeling he was getting annoyed by my questioning his offer to charge me an additional $20 ... after job was done, I pulled over and noticed the few spots that wasn't cleaned and/whiped ... for $47 I got a basic wash and tire shine... not happy at all and felt like I was being hustled to pay more for the service of my original charge . I called Jason, he said, bring the car over at your convenience and he would professionally dry out the car. 48 hours later we picked up her car, Manuel was completing the finishing touches not only did they soak up all the water, they clean the car inside and out as well. The car hasn't sparkled like this in years! I want to thank Jason for being very accommodating and Manuel on his hard work. I will continue to highly recommend this business. We will be back!!! I signed up for the monthly unlimited for $17.99 which was about $2 less than my old membership in East Brunswick. I love that you have to be a member to use the vacuum cleaners... and speaking of the vacuum cleaners... man, I LOVE that machine that cleans your mats in seconds! The vacuums are super strong as well. Customer service was very attentive and walked me through the process when I seemed to try to figure something out. Oh and they gave me a free upgrade to platinum during my first visit. I'm very happy with this business.

I didn't go for the full service because the price felt ridiculous and shady. I honestly wouldn't be surprised if they enter the sale at the $27 price and pocket the difference. I went with just an exterior wash, and even that was a waste--my car came out still dirty, with blue streaks left on the hood. I won't be coming back and wouldn't recommend this place to anyone.

Paid for the most expensive service for the car....before car went on the tracks to get the power wash the guy just barely splashed the car with the hose (this was the first sign this was going to be less than an adequate service). Drove out looked at car there was still mud which was now wet all on the rims the power dry would have been better if I had stood in front of the car and blew on it with my breath. This is why I wash my car myself.....so I know it gets done properly but I had spine surgery so that just wasn't an option at the time.
