absolutely the worst! I called just before closing yesterday. Verified that they had my tire size came today 45 minutes from home to have it installed, but that didn't happen. so nobody here speaks English like at all. So that was fun. Nobody comes to where the desk should be to help you, or to say they be right with you, nothing. So I drive 45 minutes and finally get somebody's attention for them to tell me they don't have my size. Of course they offer me a new tire twice the price. In the past three days I've bought two tires from here. I just had them put the tire on the wheel because I'm a wierdo that likes changing tires (I have no doubt they would do an excellent job) and the price for a quality user tire on the wheel in less than 10 minutes twice really was excellent. Absolutely love this place! They work hard and back their work 100%. Had two tires put on and the weights were off and I had to go back and Valentin did amazing work on making sure the tires were balanced and the air pressure was the right amount. They carry lower brand tires, though quality of said tires I'm not sure of. You might want to ask what brand and model of tires are in stock for your tire size and do some research. So far I've only gotten used tires from them as I am considering selling my car. Both 18's came with decent amount of tread life left to carry over for some more thousand miles. One used tire for 18's are $42. Smaller tires are probably cheaper. Due to the influx of car shops around the area, I have in the past brought my own tires that I bought online for them to mount. Weekdays are a pretty empty especially in the mornings so they are pretty quick. read more

Customers Beware! Awful experience. Make sure you know what the final price is before they start working on it otherwise she will charge you whatever she feels like. Workers working there are OK (I give them all the stars) but their "patrona" Maria Sanchez could not be more unfriendly. There is no price menu so she comes up with prices and they are different depending on her mood. If you want cheap tires go there but if anything goes wrong they will make it your fault and will not stand behind their work. You'll be better off somewhere else. read more

This is to speak to the honesty of Luis (Manager). I sold them my used tires ( a deals, a deal) & went about my way. Only to find out that where I had put my new rims/tires on had forgotten to take the sensors off & install on the new tires & rims. I went back to Sanchez Tires & told Luis I was willing to buy back the tires because I needed the sensors. He immediately called one of the other guys to get the sensors & give them to me. He didn't ask for money or refund because I was giving him less than what we agreed upon. It is nice to do business with an forthright guy. read more

The staffs here are very nice and helpful. They did the repair in my tires fast and properly. The waiting room is nice and clean.

i contacted the seller how much tread was left and he replied that there was 80 percent left. when i got to the shop the guy mentioned that there was slight damage to side wall. I said oh well and after i bought the set then took it home, i noticed that there were multiple patches and the outer tread of the tire was bald on a tire. when i went back they wouldnt give me my money back. would never recommend! stay clear if you dont know a lot about tires they will scam you out of your money... very disappointed read more

"CROOKS ALERT" do not go there! I stop by because i had a brand new tire and caught a nail. they wanted to charge me 30 dollars just for a patch and air on the tire. I went to SAMS and got it fixed for free. Looking for decent deal on 4 and these guys had 2 of OEM tires (with more than usual amount offered tread for typical used business)for my truck. Not sure about keeping so felt asking price was steep so inquired how much would tire be new. Trusting this seemingly knowledgable owner $179 almost 50% more than the asking price. I bit. He lied. Tire all over the Internet $135....a few more Fallon's and I would have gotten some kinda warranty. Should have done my research so TOFTT. If I could give this place a star less than one I would. I took my G37 to this place against my better judgement to have two tires installed. I happened to walk to the back and saw the tech hammering the socket wrench on the lug nut. When I asked what he was doing he stated that the socket wasn't catching. He broke the cap off the face off the lug nut and then the owner tried to say that I had a damaged lug nut. I would never even if this was the last place in Atlanta ever do business at this establishment again. I've never written a review about any store, but felt compelled to write one here. I purchased 2 used tires a few months ago and recently noticed one had a sidewall bubble. I went back to get it replaced due to the issue and was met with indifference. The replacement tire that I purchased from them was already down at the wear bars. I mean, who sells a used tire that has zero tread left? Yes, it's my fault for not checking it before leaving. Due to no warranty and overall lack of service and indifference, I did not even attempt to call to get this corrected as I did not want to give this place any more business. If you buy here, LOOK at the tires before agreeing to anything. Quality control or customer service is zilch. I will they say mount and balance is fast.
